I am very nervous when I go to the dentist. This time I had to get a crown and a filling and my stomach was in knots. However Sage dental made the experience easy and painless. They are incredibly friendly and patient oriented. I would highly recommend stage dental for any dental service.

Debbie the hygienist was very professional, very gentle, and very personable. The entire staff at the Parkland Sage Dental office is fantastic.

STAY AWAY FROM THEIR MEMBERSHIP PROGRAM. THEY CHARGE YOU FOR AN ANNUAL MEMBERSHIP THAT INCLUDES ALL KINDS OF GOODIES-0FREE PROCLEAN SONIC TOOTHBRUSH; PROCLEAN BRUSH HEAD 2 PACK OPALESCENCE GO WHITENING KIT BUT THERE WERE 5 OF US AND NO ONE RECEIVED IT. WHEN I CALLED THEY SAID ONLY ADULTS AND ONLY ADULTS THAT HAVE FULLY COMPLETED THEIR TREATMENTS. ON THEIR WEBSITE IT HAS NONE OF THESE DISCLAIMERS. THEN THEY SAY YOU WILL RECEIVE LARGE DISCOUNTS ON ANY SERVICE BUT WHAT THEY DO IS MARK UP THEIR PRICES AND THEN DISCOUNT THEM WHICH THEIR PRICES ARE THE HIGHEST IN THE MARKET COMPARED TO NO DISCOUNT AT ALL OTHERS. COMPLETE RIP OFF AND I ASKED FOR A NUMBER TO THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE AND THEY SAID THEY CANNOT GIVE THAT OUT BUT I COULD LEAVE IT ON AN ANSWERING MACHINE AND THEY WILL GET BACK IN 24-48 HOURS. IT IS FUNNY WHEN YOU RESPONDED TO MY POST YOU GAVE ME A WAY TO DISCUSS BUT IT WAS AN EMAIL NOT A PHONE NUMBER. I TRIED TO DISCUSS WITH YOUR OFFICE MANAGER AND ASKED FOR THE NUMBER TO THE CORPORATE OFFICE AND WAS GIVEN A VM NUMBER. IF YOU WANT TO HAVE DECEIVING POLICIES YOU SHOULD BE ABLE TO DISCUSS IT LIVE. I HAVE LOOKED AT YOUR REVIEWS HERE AND ON YELP AND THEY ARE ALL PRETTY CONSISTENT WITH WHAT I WROTE.

Dr. Lemus is best dentist. I truly trust her. She's practical and so informative. She's patient and kind. I'm so grateful that I found a dentist that I could trust. The whole staff is incredible as well.

If you are looking for a wonderful Dentist, I highly recommend Sage Dental. Dr. Lemus is so caring, compassionate & extremely knowledgeable in every procedure she does. A special shout out to Office Manager, Kimberly, who is just so awesome. She goes out of her way to assist you. Always makes sure everything is going well. Debbie is the best hygienist I have ever had & Tierra is so hands on at the front desk. The entire staff is so pleasant. Can't say enough good things about how tremendous Sage Dental is & how they take care of their patients.

I have been going to this same place for years and I'm finally done. It's like taking your car to the dealership with a dead battery and they try to sell you anything they can even if it's not needed. I have been getting periodontal cleaning for the last few years as I am not "eligible" to get a regular cleaning. I have good insurance but I am always charged a different amount - between $75 -$200. Well this time I came in and they took X-rays and decided to write up a treatment plan. Says I need a "better" cleaning as the other cleanings I have been doing haven't been working. Lol. They proceeded to want to charge me $507 for this cleaning. I said, I understand this is recommended however I would just like a regular cleaning. They refused! Said I'm not eligible for a regular cleaning. Whatever that means. They refused to do any cleaning on me unless I agreed to the $507 that was quoted. I have since went to another dentist , they said my mouth looks great and performed X-rays and a regular cleaning , and my co pay was only $5. Thank god I'm done with Sage dental. They are all a bunch of bait and switch sales people there. Do yourself a favor and find a real dentist.

Very professional. Explain the procedure of getting a root cancel and crown in detail. Just had a pleasant experience at the dentist office.

2 issues with this place: they just want to sell you additional services all the time and the quality of the services needs improving On the first visit, the dentist wanted to sell me a mouth guard. Really? never had that need before (I just moved to Florida and I had a top notch dentist where I used to live before). Then, on my cleaning visit, they just wanted to sell me some other treatment that I had never had the need to do. What made matters worse, I had the worst experience ever in my life during the tooth cleaning. The girl that was treating me kept hurting me... even pinching my lips with the mirror, missing the teeth with the scrapper tool and hitting my gums.... terrible. I am back at home with a very sore mouth. Not sure if this is the expected experience in a "chain" practice.... I think I am going to stick with private practices from now on.

Both my husband and I went to Sage Dental of Parkland today for the first time. All I can say is "Amazing". The customer service is perfect. Everyone there is courteous, and welcoming. We're very satisfied. Thank you.

This SAGE Dental location has very good customer care. They were able to book me an appointment very quickly and followed me up to ensure that everything was on track with my insurance. I definitely recommend this location
