DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!!! "Doc" Shawn Briggs left a hole between my tooth and the filling he attempting to do which could of resulted in me loosing my perfectly heathy tooth in a few years because of his malpractice. Then Michelle at the front desk try to argue with me about it when I asked for my money back she finally shut up when I told her I had proof from the X-rays done before And after. All they want is your money they do not care about their patients. Briggs couldn't even do a filling correctly can't imagine how he works on harder things.

My daughter did a filling in March 2022, and all of sudden she's been experiencing excruciating pain. I called the office to explain the situation. I was asked to take her in for an assessment. After the evaluation, the scans showed that the filling was right above the nerve, almost touching. I was then told to pay the visit fee which was no fault of ours and the disclaimer is that "all operations come with risk". Are you kidding me! I will now have to pay for an expensive surgery and no one is held accountable or wants to fix the situation. And to make matters worse, the receptionist was acting annoyed because I decided that I shouldn't have to pay additional fees to a company that didn't do a good job at just filling a teeth. Poor child has been crying all night... I would never recommend anyone here EVER

Horrible and beware! The hygienist Lauren is the most unprofessional person I have ever met. She tells everyone they have gum disease and charged $600 for a deep cleaning. 2 other Dentists confirmed I do not have it! She discusses politics when cleaning your teeth and you cannot respond. Totally unprofessional!! I had a chipped tooth I had fixed in Arizona and it lasted for years. Dr. Briggs fixed it 5 times, and they tried to blame it on nail biting. The last time they tried to charge me. My new Dentist see's a lot of Sage patients and guarantees her work for 5 years. Will never use them again!!

Dr. Briggs, hygienist Lauren and technician Diego all made me feel comfortable and in good hands. The office staff were very accommodating and efficient.

Have been going to this Sage Dental office for about 2 years now. I opted to purchase the discount family plan because it was better and more affordable than what my own medical benefits coverage offered. I am always pleased with the people there. The front office staff is always friendly and courteous. Dr Briggs is honestly the BEST! Absolutely love him! Have already recommended him to many people. He is kind, friendly and professional. He put a small filling in a cracked tooth for me last year and it fell out. Went back and he filled it again and then told me it was Free! Who does that anymore. In all honestly I would have been happy to pay for the service and he is worth it but he would not take my money. He is absolutely wonderful!

I am a Dr Briggs fan. He has great chair side demeanor explaining what he is doing each step of the way. Very little discomfort during the work. Dr Briggs also takes the time to explain what to expect after the procedure. Excellent workmanship. Excellent staff. Everyone is so kind and gentle. My new smile is all due to Dr Briggs, his staff and Sage Dental. Highly recommend.

I came into this office for a dental cleaning. The doctor was friendly and professional. This is all I can say. I waited an 1 hour and 40 minutes. After the X-ray the Dr saw me. He never explained the situation about the deep cleaning, or that his office couldn't perform any other type of procedure, but this one. I was under the impression a regular cleaning was enough after he viewed the set of X-rays. The dental hygienist refused to give me the regular cleaning because she thought I needed something else after the Dr saw me. And I was not ready for this more expensive procedure that was going to take longer. I felt completely hustled by her and this office. Her attitude was more like a cheap car salesperson than a healthcare professional. Very ugly demeanor. So after waiting almost two hours and a round of uncomfortable X-rays, I had to leave the office. Unfortunately they came across as only caring about the money. There was no desire or willingness to help or try to accommodate me as a patient. I wouldn't recommend them. I will be filing a formal complaint with my insurance company.

I give this branch of Sage Dental one star for the services rendered to me today. My appointment (for x-rays & Cleaning) was at 10:30 am and I arrived at 10:15 am. I was the only one in the lobby until 11:00 am. Two other patients came in about 11:00 am. One of the patients asked me if I had an appointment and I replied yes at 10:30. She said her appointment was at 4:00 pm but they told her to come in early (11:00 am) because they were closing early. I went back around 11:15 am and the technician took my x-rays and then the dentist came in and started his check and consultation with me. During the consultation the hygienists (Lauren) came in and interrupted the dentist and consulted him about an lunch order (it's now about 12:00 noon). The dentist finishes his consultation with me and said that the hygienists (Lauren) will be in shortly to clean my teeth. She appeared within 5 minutes and stated that I have not been in a while (like everybody - covid-19 duh) and that my x-rays took longer than expected (maybe because I was in the lobby for 45 minutes) they need to reschedule my appointment for the cleaning. I have never been so disappointed in a service in my life. I rescheduled for my cleaning on a day when the hygienists (Lauren) is not working. I made this appointment two weeks in advance and when I was on vacation. Now I have to return during work hours to complete my visit.

I love this dentist. Best one I have been to in my life, even over other Sage offices. I drive 4 hours one way to continue to go here after I moved to north Florida because it's worth it. They are flexible, professional, courteous and provide quality care. I fully trust them with my teeth. Emily and Logan are great hygienists and Dr. Briggs makes me feel like he cares about my teeth now and helps me to be informed about future needs for my well being as well. Grateful to have found this place!
