I came in the office to be measured for periodontal disease and for a deep clean. This was done. The hygienist didn't know about the deep clean. But she said she could do it. But first she cleaned another persons teeth then when she was done she did a deep clean on my teeth. I wasn't aware of how much it would cost me til I was to get it done. It was for several hundred dollars. I think scheduling and your management staff could have done a better job with my scheduling. The hygienist did a great job and was very friendly.

I waited a month to get ANOTHER wisdom teeth removal referral because last appointment they wrote nothing down. They cancelled and rescheduled my appointment without calling me and I didn't find out until I got there. I waited another week and they've rescheduled me AGAIN. The worst experience I've had so far.

THIRTY FOUR 1 star reviews, and now I see why. Office manager is aggressively rude when asked any questions about billing or treatment. There were several incorrect charges on my bill, as well as my filling FALLING OFF an hour after I left! Horrible experience. They broke my trust and instead of working to regain it, they refused to service me further. I've never met a more incompetent staff, when it comes to customer service. Max Fellars was my dentist. I wish I would have read the reviews before I joined their dental club. Not to mention -- many of those advertised prices in their brochure are false. Horrible experience. Update: Emailed them, as requested below. No response.

Omar did a great job on our teeth. I had never had my gums numbed before prior to a cleaning. That was much appreciated. In the future my wife and will request Omar to do our cleanings..

I made the appointment online right off of an advertisement for a free exam and x-rays. The website had the deal on it and brought up this location. I waited outside in my car, wasting gas, until they finally called me into the building. Then they told me they don't honor that promotion at this location and would charge me for the visit. I did plan on getting work done on my teeth. You're loss Sage.

Dr. Dib was terrific and he worked with my insurance and budget. I was so impressed that he cared about me. Thank you so much for bringing me relief. Christian the technician was the absolute best. I freaked out but he made me feel calmer. He listened well and made me feel like he understood all of my concerns. Thank you

Wanted to to charge me ridiculous amount of money for a deep cleaning not needed as for my second opinion stated. X-ray very antiquated and painful.

Sage Dental is amazing. The people that work here are so nice & professional. It was storming & the receptionist even gave me her own personal umbrella so my son & I could get to our car. We are even getting my sons braces through them because we like them so much!

GET A SECOND OPINION. A few years ago Sage Dental took blurry x-rays and told me I had 5 cavities. There was 0 chance they could see anything in those x-rays. Thankfully I went across the street and they confirmed there were no cavities. I just moved and started at a dentist who said I have no cavities. Sage Dental has made me distrust dentists.

Most Sage Dental offices are really busy on the daily but they are always super nice, explain everything and try really hard to find the times that work for me. It's always nice to see the same dentists, dental assistants, and front desk staff and they always remember me so that's pretty cool too.

My family have been going here for years. The hygienists and dentist are great, no matter if it is routine work or more in-depth work done they have a treatment plan that works for us . The front staff have always been helpful with appointments, billing and any questions we may have. The office is always clean, would recommend them to everyone.

The dental hygienist was friendly and courteous. She did a great job of cleaning my teeth and caring for my gums. My teeth haven't looked this good in a while and she got rid of stains that others weren't able to. Thank you. Well done.

I started coming to this location after a really bad experience at the Waterford/ Alafaya location. They were way more professional, polite and prompt. They don't cancel appointments 30mins before my arrival!!
