Great experience. I went in with severe pain in need of a root canal and was seen right away. I was X-rayed within 20 minutes of arrival and the Endodontist made an assessment directly afterward. Got my root canal and temporary crown done in no time. I paid out of pocket and the price was nearly $1000 less than what I was quoted by another cobb county dentist. I'm new to the area and from now on Sage will be my regular dentist and I would definitely recommend Sage to anyone in the Cobb county or surrounding areas

My wisdom teeth had been bothering me on and off for about a year. I finally decided on sage because they actually looked for another location that could fit in with my time-frame. I arrived and got my X-ray 20 minutes later. The doc came about 10 minutes after with the prognosis and next steps. He referred me for an oral surgeon to get all 4 of my wisdom teeth removed. I was prescribed some antibiotics for the swelling, and some OTC pain meds that would get me prepared for the surgery. I'm very picky about being referred to other places because in my head I'm thinking. "I chose this place already" haha "I don't wanna go somewhere else" About a week later when the infection and swelling went down I scheduled an appointment for the procedure at their recommended oral surgeon. The doctor had done thousands of wisdom teeth extractions along with his wife and kids. I arrived at 7:30am and was out of the door in a wheelchair by 9:30am everything felt very well practiced, The owner has been working with teeth for 25+ years. Thank you sage dentistry Marietta And thank you Jeffry R. Princell DMD MD For the extraction. It was truley 100x easier then I thought it would be.

I went to Sage Dental in Marietta.I was impressed , first I looked at location,which is very good with a large parking lot,second,I looked at exterior for cleanest, that was also very good! The receptionist was extremely pleasant and call by name actually everyone in Sage were professional with extremely great customer service! The dentist was pleasant took time to here all of my concerns,and explained to me what I need to happen to fix my mouth!, I have to see a surgeon in there network,so therfore I want return to this location but im all ready giving friend a new place to look into for thier dental needs!!

Fantastic Experience. The front desk was knowledgeable and polite, answered any questions I had. The xrays taken were gentle and thorough. Dr. K is by far my favorite dentist. He is caring, explains all treatment options, and my comfort was his primary concern. I had a crown completed with the office and everything was smooth. Everyone there is completely invested in your care and oral health. The atmosphere won me over, and the staff made me feel extremely comfortable. HIGHLY recommended!

The worst dentist office I've ever been to. More concerned with selling additional services than cleaning my teeth. Several times the hygienist and dentist would step away, without saying anything, for several minutes (5-10) at at a time. When I went to another dentist office, it was like pulling teeth (pun intended)to get them to send me emails of my previous X-rays. Had to call them 5 times and had to get my new dentist to call them before I finally got my X-rays after 3 days of asking. Do NOT go here. Find a dentist that isn't a chain- they will always be better.

I was given a root canal at this location by their traveling specialist. I have never had a root canal, but I've had many other dental procedures, and gotten at least 30 shots in my mouth in my lifetime. This was by far the most pain I have ever been in while getting numbed, the specialist was not gentle, and I very nearly shoved her away. The rest of the procedure went ok, but the pain afterwards was intense. I called six days later to verify this was normal, and was told it was. When I went in on the seventh day for my crown (Roswell location-review left over there) the pain was so unbearable while they were working I was sobbing in the chair (after being numbed) and the doctor insisted this was NOT normal, and I had to make an emergency trip to their downtown location to see the root canal specialist again. I cannot recommend this facility/doctor for root canal procedures. I would like to stress, the front desk staff are LOVELY, but that's not why you go to a dentist.. I've reached out to the customer support email twice (the one Sage replies to everyone's review asking you to speak with) and have been completely ignored. Apparently a lack of customer service is universal in this company.

Scammers within the Evolve Dental network. I was referred for a root canal by my dentist. Not my first one, unfortunately, but I by-passed the recommendations of my dentist for 3 local out of network dentists to drive over and hour to the office of Sage Dental, the only Endodontist in network in the whole metro Atlanta area. That should have told me something. Even after emailing the Referral and an X-Ray of the tooth, I was told I would have to have a Consultation with the dentist (because she's a dental specialist) who would have to evaluate whether I need a root canal and if the tooth could have a root canal. Couldn't they tell that from the X-ray I sent? I agreed, and sat down to wait. Very soon I was called to the counter to pay a $290 consult fee. Wait. What? Why wasn't I told that there would be a separate consult fee when I made the appointment. Now I have to go back, have this consult then wait while some more while they calculate how much my insurance will pay for the actual root canal? My insurance is supposed to pay 100%. I knew there would be some charge because I've already used some benefit, but $290 upfront to do the same exam my dentist did? I told that receptionist I wasn't paying and I left. Got back home and made an appointment with an ethical endodontist practice who will not charge me hundreds of dollars just for the poor luck of needing a root canal. How do I know? Because I've been there before and there was no massive consult fee. FYI, the general dentist in this network ran the same scam of taking 18 x-rays up front, even though I had absolutely no issues and was only there for a cleaning. 30 minutes of nothing but x-rays. Like the other reviewer, I have gone every 6 months for most of my adult life, with various providers in the metro Atlanta area and never once had this done. Just because you can charge for a service, doesn't mean every patient needs that service.

Usually it's great.. today was terrible. They ran over 30 min late.. I told them I have to be done by 11:45 and they said great! Was the worst cleaning I've ever had.. I'm a weirdo and like the dentist. I love the clean feeling afterwards.. and I didn't get that at all.

I received multiple calls confirming my appointment up until the day of . I drive 30 minutes out to make it for them to say there's not enough room for my appointment we might squeeze you in. All that was said was "we gave you a call the morning before" VERY INCONVENIENT AND UNPROFESSIONAL !!

Sage Dental has been a lifesaver for my teeth. They have taken excellent care of my teeth, providing g thr extra care of my gums and teeth that I have needed. I have always gotten timely appointments when I needed care right away.

I normally do not leave reviews, but I had such a bad experience here. I was there for 2.5 hours, and about an hour of that I was staring at the wall sitting in the chair waiting for the next person to come see me. The x rays took about 30-45 min to do (should be 10 min tops) and were extremely uncomfortable. They offered very little friendly conversation as well. I paid for the premium plan they had in advance which supposedly covers 2 cleanings each year. However my "necessary" cleaning was an extra $180. The whole thing felt very unprofessional, and like a scam. I walked out extremely frustrated and will not be returning even tho my family and I already pre-paid for cleanings and x rays for the year. I do not recommend this place.

The staff was very professional and courteous. Once I arrived, I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for my cleaning! This is the fourth time I have been to Sage Dental (Roswell & Marietta locations), and I have been very impressed with every visit. I would highly recommend to anyone!

I needed to see an Endodontist to complete 4root canals (referral from my DDS). I checked with my plan (BCBS) and Sage Dental was a listed provider. I contacted them and was able to secure an appt within a week at their Sandy Springs location. Dr Sheerin Yusuf and the staff received me that day and thank God that they were able to completely treat three teeth and moved me to another location in Roswell to complete the fourth a couple days later! I am a very satisfied customer!!!Outstanding!!!
