Best experience ever. The staff is very professional and provides excellent customer service. The office manager assisted me with getting an appointment asap and the moment I walked in the door the staff was welcoming and ready to assist me. The dentist and her assistant was AMAZING, very knowledgeable, kind and has lots of patience. Thanks again Sage Dental of Margate.

The staff is very curious and polite. My request for nitrite oxide was accepted. This makes the uncomfortable pains more acceptable. Worth the extra fee.

I had very bad experience :The front desk lady was rude, unprofessional , did not care about patient needs. The hygienist had rough hands during her evaluation and she missed numbered my teeth and in results the dentist diagnosed the wrong tooth and was not confident and not experienced dentist because she was not sure about my traitement and she was consulting for solutions with her assistant. I asked her questions but her answers were very vague and not confident

Only praise for this team for the root canal they performed on me yesterday. The careful touch and relaxed manner of Dr. Ryan Germann resulted in no pain. None! That, along with friendly and funny assistant Tracy made for an unexpectedly pleasant experience. Highly recommended.

Don't go to this place. They are just trying to take your money by demanding you do higher priced services. I was told my insurance would cover 80%...from their quote this was not true....got the hell out off there...thank god..Told me I needed to have tooth pulled, went to different dentist, this was not true. Told me I needed deep cleaning, my other dentist did regular cleaning....These people just trying to make money with lies and made up diagnosis

Clean place. Got seen right away. Then the checkout... she says $15 copay. I said I just reviewed my benefits, it's free. She argued, I paid, got right back in my car and called Aetna. Aetna said she is mistaken so I walked back in there on speaker phone. Receptionist was immediately annoyed. Aetna faxed her the benefits. She said Alina this is what I have it says copay but I'll refund your money this time. I called aetna because I don't to deal with this everytime I visit. Aetna called her, she said I already refunded and I have to deal with another customer, and HUNG UP ON AETNA! Aetna called her back, she does not know how to review benefits! She is so upset like i'm taking HER money or something! Her name starts with an A. So disappointing.

I am a new patient here. I reluctantly went to dentist when pain was too great. Dr. Lapore and her staff were kind and as gentle as possible. They discovered an abcess under tooth #30 and the need for a root canal at tooth #20.. Very thorough in exam and detailed in necessary work. 1 month later after painful extraction of #30 and root canal of #20, I'm feeling great. Morale of my story - the 2 years of avoiding dentist due to Covid19 concerns was stupid. Be smart and go see Dr. Lapore and her support personnel at Sage Dental !!

The staff was pretty nice and the hygienist did I decent job on my cleaning however the dentist seemed bothered and rushed with my procedure. She wasn't very friendly and seemed eager to finish let's just say I had complications from her work and had to go back first thing in morning to have it corrected. This was a white lady I can't remember her name because she wasn't memorable, so if you get her which I believe she is one of the main dentist there beware, she may make a horrible first impression. Hopefully your experience is better than mine hopefully she was just in a bad mood and she isn't like that everyday.

the worst. came in with medicare dental coverage for a partial bottom denture. charged me $200 to clean 7 bottom teeth and wanted $833 to pull 4 broken teeth. Cant eat right now with my upper denture because I have no bottom molars. After seeing the bill, I called medicare dental and found I had coverage for the extractions. Sage insisted I pay for a consultation with the in office person doing the extractions, after consulting with the dentist. Refused to reprice the extraction/ bone graft. Overcharged, arrogant, unprofessional, cutting my losses with these clowns

I saw two different dental hygienists. Both did take the time to explain the process and the treatment plan. They both were attentive and addressed all my concerns during the cleaning. If it weren't for a mixed up that caused me to sit for one hour and half in the parking during my first visit, I would had given them a 5-star.

Phenomenal place for dental care. Dr. Lepore, Hollanda, and Anne were amazing. I was embarrassed and scared to go to the dentist but they were kind, thorough, and professional. I'm so grateful I found this office. I highly recommend them!

Ive had terrible dentists in the past and have hated going to the dentist for that reason! Dr Lapore has been very sweet and attentive. She had a lot of work to do with me because as I said I didn't go to dentists due to past experiences. (My fault I know) Anyways I won't be going anywhere else for a long time! Thank you guys again

Everyone was so polite and informative. I went in to have my teeth cleaned. My hygienist was so pleasant. He explained each section of his actions before performing them He was very gentle. Loved my Dentist also. Even the Representative at the front desk was calm and professional. I really enjoyed my visit. I prefer to have all visits at this office and I think everyone should receive a raise and a bonus

Had a great experience there. Had 2 cavities and a deep cleaning. I feel like everyone was knowledgeable and did there best to make you at ease. I would recommend this place to anyone

I had a very positive experience at the Margate Fl location. Everyone is so friendly and efficient. I felt relaxed and that is amazing for me. I am very pleased. The office is new and very nice. Thank you Sage Dental. See you next week !

Just left from here. I'm so so happy to finally have found an awesome dentist. This place is brand new and the staff is beyond words. The cleaning was the best I ever had no pain whatsoever. Totally recommend!!! Thank you Sage Dental Margate, you guys are AWESOME!!!!
