Very pleasant experience everyone including the dentists seem to care and I feel confident that I'm going to be cared for.

I'll say this it's not easy especially for some people like me who are really intimidated and afraid of dentists. I'm really broken that I found out I need dentures. Don't get me wrong the staff and the surgeon where nice. But do to the dentist putting in the WRONG codes my insurance Care Plus denied the surgical procedure so I could get the dentures! So I called Care Plus and they had to call Sage Dental of Lake Worth and tell them what happened. Well Care Plus told me they called and whoever they spoke to apologized and said they would resubmit the paperwork with the PROPER codes so I can start the process. I know from reading different reviews that some people are saying don't go there because they try to get more money instead of going through insurance? Well I'll let people know after I go and see what happens

Do not go here if you are looking for personalized dental care. Over a year at this location and I experienced multiple issues. Was told I needed to have 6 cavities filled and two root canals with no explanation. Went for a second opinion at a county dentist (not profit driven) and was told that only 2 cavities and 1 root canal is necessary now. I also went in once for a cleaning that was scheduled over the phone and sat in the waiting room for almost an hour until someone finally asked to help me. Then was told my appointment was never made with no apology. On top of all of this, staff members I have dealt with lacked general friendliness and seemed overworked.

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! Less than 24 hours prior to my appointment I received a call DEMANDING the address of the insurance company on the back of my card. A nasty, non accommodating, and aggressive rep named Tiffany called as I was DRIVING (therefore, unable to retrieve the information). Basically, the appointment was canceled because I wasn't able to work within the timeline presented to me. This is not a dentist (let alone company) that I would give my money to! Additionally, Tiffany, you are in the wrong profession. You are on the front line, my first experience with a live person associated with this business. FAIL!! Aspen Dental here I come.

Service was standard and very impersonal. Your Just another number waiting in line to get your oil changed at a car dealership! Recent x-rays taken from one Sage Dental not able to transfer to the next. Blah blah blah have to charge you another $100 for new ones. Love the wordplay on the flyers they send out. You won a free teeth whitening kit? Oh you have to pay to get your teeth cleaned to get the whitening kit. That scratch-off didn't mean anything. Free exam to new patients. Oh sorry, we gave you consultation. Let's sign you up for Sage care. It's will help you out with all this. Long story short, based on prior dental work with no insurance at a mom-and-pop dentist. Tooth extraction and a tooth filling wouldn't have ran more than 5 or $600. Sage Dental was able to okie doke me for $800. They did a good job with the dental work. but im not very happy about the process of getting extra charges just to make cash. I just took x-rays less than three weeks ago from one of your locations. How am I getting charged for new x-rays at the next visit in a different location?? New x-rays for a tooth extraction??? Come on??? I'm already poor, you're about a paycheck and not about helping people

They said they couldnt save my tooth and the dentist him self was very quick he couldn't take the time out and show me in the ex ray they said I had root canals but the dentist BRUCE ELKIND I'm going to now said some are actually cavities and there able to save my tooth i wouldn't trust sage dental at all with my mouth the endodontist on the be half was nice nicer then the dentist but didn't no what he was speaking about they need the dentist and the endodontist need to go back to school to further there education / hands on experience and learn more knowledge on teeth that 3.7 rating isn't there for no reason sage sucks really I don't recommend this for adults or kids one spend my hard work and money there ever

After being tossed around by dentists, put through the ringer with changing dental insursnce without notice causing problems staying in network, and extreme wait times for an appointments, a case manager with my new insurance carrier was able to secure an appointment with an endodontist at Sage Dental. Initially, I requested to become established with a dentist there first, but his schedule was tight. So, I opted to start with the endodontist. When I arrived, the staff had made the new patient processing a real breeze so I waited maybe 10 minutes for an on-time appointment. After taking x-rays, the endodontist sat and proceeded to have a real meaningful chat. He and I both believed that everything I had collected from my recent dental appointments should be tossed and start fresh at Sage with a dental consultation first, a cleaning, then a consult with a periodontist, then a full exam followed by what is most urgent in a manageable treatment plan. Then, he said to hold tight while he got the dentist where they both consulted me together in the room. The hygenist then stopped in to review her cleaning plan. When I checked out, they had already scheduled the appointment with the periodontist for the following day at 10am due to a nonconfirmed appointment that left a vacancy. So, after a year of the dental shuffle, I couldn't have found a better team of professional for my dental care and needs. I was extremely impressed with how accommodating and efficient my first appointment went that I'm shocked this practice doesn't have 5 stars across the board. I am a professional myself and it is very rare to find this can-do office culture. I could not be more pleased entrusting Sage with my smile. Give them a shot if you aren't happy with your dentist or are otherwise looking for one.

Do Not Use this place. They make a lot of mistakes. The dentists are inexperienced, and when you confront them on a mistake or problem, they steer you in the other direction and say, no , you're imagining that, it;s not that tooth that hurts you, it's this one, so wait a few more weeks and we'll go from there. in the meantime they want to do a crown and root canal while you wait, for 2200 bucks. then a deep cleaning for 900 bucks. they milk you for thousands of dollars and when you have problems with the work they did they obfuscate and lie to you. everytime i went in there i was not happy 2 different proceedures, they messed it up, and the cavity they filled, she got too close to the root and ruined the tooth, which was a big molar with 2 roots, and now i need a second root canal for several thousand more. even though she had x rays i still need another root canal. On a crown she did, i asked her several times to make it whiter than the rest of my teeth, which are somewhat yellowed. she said it wont match the rest of your teeth, i said thats fine i want it white. she did what she wanted and it was yellow, too small, smooth and not jagged like a real tooth for a whopping 2100 dollars. The front office unbelievable with attitude i have never seen. i called to ask for a copy of my plan with estimates of the cost and the woman said,I'm going to lunch now so I'll send it this afternoon, but if i dont then callback and remind me. She never sent it and the next day i called back and they asked my name and hung up. I had to speak to the office manager to my plan sent to me. they absolutely no training and couldn't care less. Do Not Use this place you will regret it. This is how they operate, there is no one in charge and everyone does what they want. So sorry i wasted so much of my precious money on them.

I was happy with the service overall but why is it taking 2 1/2 months for the next appointment to get 2 cavities filled? Cavities gets worse over time. It shouldn't take this long!!

Hello to all. The employees were phenomenal but I didn't enjoy my first and final visit. First and foremost, there's no privacy to any patient who visits this facility. All personal dental hygiene is heard among other patients. There are no private rooms which make whispering a must to keep others from hearing your reason for visiting. This is completely embarrassing. Before my visit, I had a phone interview explaining that I needed a wisdom tooth pulled and not a cleaning. I had arrived five minutes before my scheduled appointment and when I was seen. The examiner did an amazing job. My issue was that I had been there for over an hour and a half waiting for an Oral Surgeon that I scheduled for which was with another patient and was told that my wait time would be forty five minutes or more after my hour and a half wait during the examination. They also generated a price and had tools out for cleaning before I agreed. The main visit was a wisdom tooth pulled not a cleaning. Plus, why are they charging 25% for cleaning and each side of my mouth has a different price? The previous visit at another dentistry never changed for cleaning due to having insurance that covers it. I decided to not go through with anything that day and wanted to reschedule when they were available. Before exiting, they insist that I paid $50.00 deposit fee for the next cleaning. I said that I would not pay because nothing was done today that I request so why would I pay in advance? I WILL NOT CONTINUE BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

Friendly staff, good doctors. Anyway, I would never go back there. Their billing process is terrible, in terms of dealing with the dental insurance, if it is your case. I think I ended up overpaying for the service. They kept sending me invoices after a while, and the staff insisted on me contacting the insurance several times. Hard to keep track of the process. Other than that, the service was good.

MARY!!! You are amazing! Thank you for making me feel so welcome and at ease. I was a very nervous before meeting Mary. It's been 5 years since I had a cleaning. Not proud of it...but so happy Mary took care of me. She has a great personality. Great work on my teeth. It was painless. I highly recommend Mary at Sage Dental for cleaning!
