Had an expensive root canal and a cap put on my tooth and it hurt from day one I finally had to have the tooth extracted and I am not paying anything else, not $1 to your facility. Will be calling the Dental Board on Monday.

My son and I had thee worst experience. He was scheduled an appointment and no one told him what he initially needed. So he was rescheduled for the next week. He gets there and is then told he needs a referral. Why wasn't he told that in the beginning? No problem. He calls his insurance twice, got them to email it but the front desk person claims she never received the email. SO! 2 hours later, my son leaves. No he was not seen and no he wasn't rescheduled. An absolute waste of time of work, time of his own and gas getting to this location (which by the way IS NOT close to his house)

The staff was so kind, caring and supportive! I have a lot of anxiety about dentist visits and I couldn't have asked for a better team. I'm looking forward to restoring my smile with them!

Excellent staff, the hygienist was the best. She was able to do a deep clean without giving me a shot, she never caused pain.

The staff was amazing and helpful .. I got seen in a timely manner . The orthodontics was very patient and explained the procedure in detail every step of the way . I highly recommend this dental office for quality care.

I have been a loyal patient of Sage Dental and every time I have gone to the office I have been treated with absolute professionalism by the entire staff. I had another wonderful experience today. I would highly recommend Sage Dental to anyone looking for exceptional dental care.

This dental practice is the biggest scam out there. Don't fall for the Sage "care" dental plan if you don't have insurance! You will never pay just what's on brochure! The answer I got to that was it all depends if the "dentist" can do the work but since I had to get a root canal done by an endontist it cost more than the brochure. They never make sense. The one star is because other than the scam they are they do phenomenal work.

First think out of contacts mouth need X-ray for a cleaning. I don't think so. What ever happened to an ORAL exam. Look in patient mouth no broken teeth maybe a no abscess no bleeding. Are dentist blind nowadays? Update your listing you show as holistic not in my book.

Avoid this place. I had an awful experience. I had a root canal done that I did not need and they puncture my tooth which ended in an infection and the loss of my tooth which was not in a bad condition. That was a year ago and I still waiting for them to assumed the responsibility for this malpractice. Their customer service has been very insensitive and unfair with my situation.

They have an amazing team! Chrystal, the office manager, is amazing! She was able to resolve an issue that had spanned 8 months and had been initiated at another clinic! Dr. Sarah Matthew is also amazing! She is a great dentist, understands what needs to be done, and her work is of high quality! I highly recommend this office to everyone!

Horrible experience I went to the ER 1am in the morning on June 2,2022 with tooth pain. Called Sage Dental Lake Mary spoke to Akira she was so rude I don't know how she is working in a customer service and front desk. I told her I wanted to schedule an emergency visit because they did my dental work. I had an extra tank a bridge done I ask the doctif I needed to get a root canal first because I had pre-workout done some where else and I had a crown on it. He said no I didn't need to do the root canal so he did the extraction and bridge, I spent $2,900 for this work to be done. And they couldn't give me an emergency appointment and she had no availability today or tomorrow. She made me an appointment at the Windermere location because I had to get my tooth fixed and she said they would take care of me. What she didn't say is that in was a mini evaluation. Windermere said they couldn't help me they would do the exam and make an appointment for me to do the next steps. But the front desk girl thei was very nice and told me they I should go their for the dental work because I'm assigned there and they did the previous work so they can give me a wattanty of the bridge work I got done. Akira never told me anything or guided me to a suit I got nothing fro. Her but frustration and her being rude. They are not a transparent business, they lie. I ask to speak with the oddity manager at 9am and after I called back to try and resolve the issue and appointment at 11:30 she was still in a meeting..I canceled my appointment I will never go back there again, beware people do your research before you go their there's no accountability there.

I was referred to Dr Del Valle from the hospital due to an tooth abscess that lead to the left side of my face to swell all the way into my eye and down to the lowest part of my chin. It was so severe that even the emergency room nurses would gasp at the sight. The level of pain this caused can not be put into words. I spent 12 hours with doctors trying to manage the pain and get the infection to subside. By the time I was in Dr Del Valley's care, my patience, optimism, and overall morale was less than zero. Dr Del Valle immediately squeezed me into his schedule and assured me he would help me. The level of compassion and genuine care far exceeded any of my expectations. Despite the fact that I am DEATHLY afraid of dentists, and being in the office with an oral surgeon under these nightmarish conditions, Dr Del Valle managed to keep me calm throughout the visit. He extracted the teeth, removed the abscess so fast and effectively that I have to believe he was heaven sent! He went above and beyond what any doctor would do to make sure I was helped. Thank God for this healthcare professional with such a big heart and the desire and skills to bring light into such a dark time in my life. This is what all healthcare professionals should aspire to be. I cannot possibly thank him enough!

Horrible experiences here! They charge you for everything. My son had a root canal done here and crown when he had insurance 10 months ago. Already the crown popped off and tooth decay happened inside the tooth because it was never properly glued down or set correctly. Now Sage dental wants to charge me for an exam of $256 plus whatever to "Fix" the crown. I should not be even going through this in the first place being that the initial cost of the root canal was thousands of $ and they still want to charge us. I've been a customer of Sage for 4 years this is just unbelievable not too mention extra charges for cleaning on top of the plans you pay for here. Don't waste your money coming here!!! There's other places that won't treat you this way.

You want to stay far away from this place. I personally went in and paid my bill when due and they did not apply credit to my account, they begin sending me past due collection notices two months later. I stopped in personally and supplied them with copies of receipt of payment and the staff assured me I would stop receiving harassing past due bill statements, the credit was applied to my account they stated. Here we are again, I get home and check my mail, over four months since the bill has been paid, one month after providing proof the bill has been paid I'm getting more harassing collection statements. I will be turning this over to my attorney and looking for compensation for all my attorney fees if they can't get their billing in order. After reading the reviews I'm surprised a class action hasn't been already filed.

Very bad customer service from the doctor.Did not take time to address the issues I had. Appointment was set for 1130 and it seem they were more of a rush to get out of office then care for my needs.
