Where to start? Dentists don't stay. Had a cap fall off 3 different times (incompetent) repaired by 3 different doctors.Taylor, office manager NEVER smiles. (RUDE)Delays are more common than not. I stayed longer than I wanted bc it was easier but the bar they aim for finally became too low.

I have read previous rewievs and should have read them before I even went to Sage Dental,Jensen Beach.I have never met such people who totally are only after your money.I went there first for getting extractions on my upper part since i had two broken teeth.I was told I needed bonegrafts as well and they gave an estimate for $5.200 this with my insurance paying for 3 extractions!!! I could not agree to this, living on Social Disability.Since they are closest to me I decided to give them a second chance and I knew my insurance will pay for the dentures!I needed upper and partial dentures, they took the impressions and told me to come back 3 weeks later. When I arrived I was represented with another treatment plan, they told me I needed 4 crowns in my lower part before they could make any dentures- the bill $4.700 for me and the insurance had already paid for the dentures-$2.300! They also told me I had signed the new treatment plan which I did not, somehow they had copied my first signature or falsified the one they showed me,it sounds now like a police matter. I simply do not have that kind of money, living on Social Security Disability and they knew about it from my first visit!! Twize they came up with a treatment plan with thousands of dollars, they also charged the insurance company before the services were rendered. Now I am stuck since I need a new dentist but have to wait before they refund my insurance company...this has become a total nighmare.

I had a amazing experience here - carina is the best hygienist! I was so scared to go in for a cleaning because it had been a while - but she was very informative and gentle - also very kind and friendly - thank you sage dental

I went to Sage dental with $1000 on my insurance had my teeth cleaned they charged my insurance $562 and then I had to pay another $190 for an oral rinse anabiotic. If I could give them a zero rating I would. Make sure you check all the prices before you have any work done.

Absolutely the worst dental visit I have ever been to. Staff was nice enough but the dentist was rude, rough, uncaring and uncommunicative. She seemed to be purposely hurting me, not giving me a break while she poked and picked at my gums and teeth. Then they dream up all kind of expensive recommendations, none of which were communicated to me by her. Absolutely astonishing and I will never go back there and I will spread the word. If possible I would give them a negative rating. Horrible!

I walked into Sage terrified of dentists, due to my childhood dentists always being straight up mean to me. Sage is such a breath of fresh air! Everyone is so nice, the atmosphere is great, and the music is even better. I'm so grateful to Sage of Jensen Beach!

I don't write reviews but this one is a must. I was there in February. Everything is awful from scheduling to reception, assistants, hygienists, AND dentist. So unprofessional. I waited 15 mins to be taken back and then I waited AN HOUR to be seen by anyone. The assistant took X-rays that were the worst I've seen, only partial teeth were visible (at best) and then I waited another 30 mins to see the dentist who talked to the assistant the whole time, while I can hear reception staff gossiping behind us the whole time. Then they quoted me about $3k worth of procedures on a treatment plan. I had previously purchased their SageCare+ plan and with the "discount" I would pay over $1k, I just needed a perio-maintenance cleaning that I used to pay $110 for in North Miami Beach. That's it. Honestly, I haven't had a worse experience.

The office staff and dental assistants and hygienist are amazing! So friendly and make you feel welcomed. My experience with the dentist, Wendy Batista- Rodriguez was awful. She made me feel so uncomfortable about my dental concerns And like I was a nuisance for even being there. She had horrible bedside manner, she sighed and rolled her eyes during my entire exam. It's so sad for a newer dentist to have such horrible bedside manner so early into her career. I would highly recommend this office, but this dentist is horrible. See someone else!

Excellent Doctor, staff on the other hand not so good. Mishandled appointment for crown, I lost nearly half of day of work by the time getting rescheduled. So after 3 days (despite the response that someone will reach out) regarding issue "canned response" below my initial review here, still no communication. Beware...I am physician of 20yrs with multiple offices locally and find it very hard to recommend this place due to front desk staff issues (Taylor) please see all other reviews below re: condescending remarks etc..... UPDATE 7/13/21: Now after an additional 4 days (1 week total) : Still no response to email requests....BEWARE they have a standard canned response to comments listed below multiple other comments; no replies from email approach and no replies from "Leaving a message on their customer service line" UPDATE 8/3/21: Still no outreach by SAGE dental just another PAST due statement and still no "refilling of claim" with proper documentation requested by insurance company was done by office to date. Called and left message. UPDATE 3/21/22: After XRAYs were Reviewed by my insurance company, it appears "crown build up" for both teeth were not indicated. I have finally received a bill with removal of those charges by Sage.

Dont waste your time!! Totally unprofessional and rude! The online form does not work and they cant wait 5 minutes for a referral. Sage has way too many bad reviews, find another dentist!. The girl at the front desk was rude and incompetent, plus rude to my insurance agent !! Read all the bad reviews and find a better dentist dont waste your time! I will never go there again! Rude with a bad attitude and make you wait, but cant wait 4 minutes!!

I was a patient here March 2018 prior to moving out of state. This office did a root canal and crown, I was also to get my wisdom teeth at another location of theirs, but that didn't happen. There were issues with my root canal, I was told I have long roots? The doctor was sure he took care of it. Fast forward to the present. He did not. I now have an infected tooth due to a failed root canal. I also have a crown in my mouth that is too big, which I knew when there, and they attempted to smooth it down to make it a little smaller but it wasn't enough. I was told then I'd have to pay for another plus come back to have a new one put in. I WAS MOVING, and this office knew it. Now I'm paying for it again....my wisdom teeth. I was told my teeth had to come out. The office couldn't get me in for an xray but the offices went between one another and said fully ruptured teeth etc. They can be taken out. The oral surgeon at the West Palm Beach office refused to remove without an xray and the xray maching was broken. The guy was a complete baby and had a tantrum in the office. I had taken off work, paid a deposit, and drove round trip over two hundred miles as at the time I was in St Lucie County, but worked in Palm Beach County so had to go home after work, take care of my family, then come back down, just to go back home. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. I am paying for their screw up physically as I have an abscess, and financially as I have now paid 5 grand to have this process done twice.

[DON'T RECOMMEND] Took my husband for deep cleaning today. Paid $280.00 Waited half-hour before he went in. Got their at 11am by 11:30 he goes in at 12:15 his out... In less then one hour he was out. What kind of deep cleaning takes less them 45 minutes. This including prep time. When I Asked what kind of deep cleaning they did. They said top n bottom. I never heard of deep cleaning in less then 45 minutes. I try to talk to a person name jenny at front desk. But she had a attitude. She did not want to give her last name saying she didn't have too. Finally the hygienist (carina Rico)got on. she tried to say she was in there with him for 1hour and a half. I said no you was not I was out side thqe entire time then she changed her story. Is sad how people and businesses take advantage of people, seniors n others. I do not recommend this place. Not if they treat clients, customers, and hard working people like this. U should be ashamed of yourself. Ps I have a text with my daughter say going home now. It was 12:16 pm. Who's lying . This was my txt to my daughter when we were driving home. 12:17. Shame on you. Ps as a owner you should do better. [better business bureau] has my application on file what about that. Maybe they can help you out.

If you enjoy snotty attitudes and being talked down to, ask questions about and discuss your insurance. The entire staff will all be happy to share their condescension with you after they are done complaining about you behind your back. Lovely bunch of harpies :D Went to another dentist they had the same issue with my insurance but instead of treating me poorly they referred my case to their insurance personal and it turned I turned out to be correct. My insurance policy is a newer type of policy and was not in the system of the other dentist office (Aspen) they corrected this (Probably the same case with Sage Dental). Sage Dentals staff need to learn how to listen to the customer without the assumption they know everything and not be so easily offended. Word of mouth goes far, will recommend to everyone I know not to waste their time with Sage Dental. * A copy and paste response is not striving to meet your customers needs btw. If you want the business of someone you contact them when their service is poor.

Friendly staff and short wait times. Also very knowledgeable about my insurance. Dr. Jabbar made me feel very comfortable during my dental procedures and Carina the hygienist is great too.

Quoted me over $2300 for dental work "needing" to be done. Took my print out of my treatment plan to another private practice and I was told none of the work they claimed I needed was actually needed and I only needed a filling and a cleaning $260 total. I was told by this private practice this in not the first patient they had seen this type of con work. These people are con artists and will never work on myself or my son ever again. So thankful we got a second opinion ! Called to complain and remove myself as a patient and the lady was extremely rude . Not surprisingly since I called them out on their scam
