I do not recommend this office: big turn over of dentists, bad service, reception, disqualified professionals. Worst customer service ever, from the manager down to the front desk. They charge you beforehand, don't deliver for it, and don't take responsability. The quality assurance page recommended says: "page is no longer available", now what??? Feel free to call me, I will explain.

Difficult to find your orthodontist doctor if you have an emergency, Hallandale office is no good in costumer's service. They really don't care about patient. I give 3 stars hust because is a clean place. But they expensive and I don't like the customer service

A supper pleasant experience at Sage Dental at the Hallandale location. From Dr. Ingrid Muller ( DDS) and Dr.Franscico Oliver( Periodontist) who both posses a great deal of expertise, genuine care, patience, and excellent bedside manners to medical assistant Brittany McKenzie, and administrative support personnel of Marilena Silva ( Office Manager), Carlos Espinosa ( Treatment Coordinator), and Felicia Jeanty ( support staff) my day ended on a much calmer and assuring note than when it began. They have the patients' best interest at heart !

My experience was great and i dont know why there are a lots of complains on this review session. Clean office, the staff are nice and Adnery- who took care of my doc/insurance process was very helpful. They know what the customer needs and they nail it nicely. Im not giving this review for discount so if you have problem with their service, being a constructive complainer.

Excellent, professional and welcoming office. The staff, Millie the assistant and Dr Mueller were all amazing! Gentle, reassuring and care about the patient. They took my insurance and I didn't pay anything. Great people!

Stay away from this place. Hygenist wanted to apply a rountine cleaning procedure that is far more expensive than the 100% cleaning coverage my insuance paid. I had a cleaning four months earlier with Juana, it was perfect. Suddenly, this other hygenist decided to pull rank over the dentist I had just seen. She only commited to clean my teeth unless I committed to over $100 of additional out of pocket costs above my insurance, that pays 100% of cleanings. Must be a commission driven staff and predatory Sage policy. Sage Dental, PLEASE dont respond with your generic, computer sent apology for "striving to do our best, but sometimes we fall short". Meaningless words. Your profit driven practice is very clear. Nothing more to discuss. Public beware!!!!!

First visit to this location was for a cleaning. It was ok the young guy who did it made me feel uncomfortable while attempting to what seemed to me as flirt while doing the cleaning, all the while clearly I am wearing wedding rings. Very unprofessional. Fast forward to yesterday, I had an appointment at 3:00pm for a basic filling of cavity. Waited 30 mins to be called back, then told the Dentist will be in shortly, at 3:45 still no dentist so I'm just sitting in the chair. At 4:00pm, 1 whole hour after appointment time, still sitting waiting for dentist to come into the room. The assistant then tells me oh just little longer, like what!!! I had another appointment to go to, so I got up and left. They don't respect your time here and why schedule appointments when your business clearly can't adhere to those times. Poorly managed staff and the entire office just seems so disorganized and chaotic here. I will never come back here. Would recommend you to not select this location, it deserves no stars.

Like others have said, they are total. scam artists. They are basically the used cars salesmen of dentistry. All. the girls at the desks are just trained in different pitches to sell. I assume they work off of commission. They don't care about your teeth at all. They charged me for multiple things that were covered by my insurance. And their excuse now is, oh we reimburse you when the insurance pays. No one does that! They just try to see what they can get away with. it's just a sad state of how people are so low nowadays. I'd bet anything the good reviews. they wrote themselves. They should have some pending issues with the Better Business Bureau. I'm. going to open a claim. with them.

Definitely scam ! The service is horrible. They were trying to make me to pay fo the visit when the insurance covers it 100%. The doctor that suppose To do evaluations ask me what do I want to do? I was there to ask him and he was asking me ? The dentists in this invoice are very unprofessional and inexperienced. Never come back again.

Total scam artists. I got a cleaning and exam done here in October 2020. I left the office thinking that I was all settled up and paid for until yesterday, lo and behold I got a letter from a debt collector saying I owed them $286. I called them and my insurance company and am in the process of appealing the charges because I never authorized the extra services. On top of that I've never heard a word from them until I got a letter from a debt collector saying I owed this money. They obviously have my address because the debt collector was able to send me a letter. What a complete scam, would give them 0 stars if I could.

Dr.Rafaela Dejanovic is an Angel!! I felt nothing during my extraction and no pain during or after. I haven't taking any pain medication. I am in awe of her abilities. The best dentists in Florida. Attention all dentist you don't have to be butchers. Please learn from Dr.Dejanovic.

Excellent review on services provided from the moment you walk in greted by the font desk. The technician are caring and supportive. Last but not least the doctors have angel hands when required due to sensitivity. I highly recommend this office in my area, you will not be disappointed.

Having 3rd visit here and I'm surprised how they do not care about the appointment time. You can wait here 20-30 minutes, even if you have fresh appointment. Also they charge me $140 for general cleaning, which should be covered by the insurance. Will update if will experience any changes.

I'm a new patent and didn't know what to expect, my first visit with the receptionist Sharon was very pleasant. I had root canal work done and Veronica, my Endodontics DMD, was very professional and did a great job with very little pain. I highly recommend this place....

Terrible Terrible Terrible. Front desk is terrible and rude. Dentist was rude. The patient is definitely not their first priority!! Save yourself the grief and go somewhere else!

I hadn't gone to the dentist in a long time and was a little scared to go to a new dentist. I was pleasantly surprised when I went to Sage dentistry of Hallandale. The staff is friendly and so welcoming. I feel so at ease every time I go to my appointment. I will Definitely recommend my friends to go there.

This office is amazing! The staff here is extremely nice and helpful. Sharon, Dr. D, Juana and all of the assistants are great. This is the best sage dental I have been to thus far. Highly recommend!!
