Even though one can go over dental care covered. Inevidintably there's always an unpreathorized extra cost they choose to perform without conversation or patient permission. This is unspected and actually price quageing putting the patient I'll at ease and embarrassed. Completely unethical business practice!

I called because something in my braces was sharp and hanging down. The front office made me an appointment right away and Alexis got me together quickly and efficiently. She and all the staff were friendly and made me feel at ease

My continual thanks to Dr. Barbosa and his marvelous and very professional staff, especially with Alexis and Susan. My journey began with trying Invisalign braces over partial upper and lower dentures which have been very successful. We really did not know what the outcome would be with this first time procedure, but my experience has been happy and satisfied. I highly recommend Sage Dental locations to anyone looking for a great Dental experience.

The staff was sociable and polite, but dentist, nurse, and secretary all tried to soft soap sell services I did not want. It was worse than taking my car to the garage. Sage is a profiteer disguised as a dental service. I would not recommend Sage to anyone!!!

Very polite respectful professionals working there. They respect your time as well. The assistant was very attentive and the doctor was very gentle and concerned at all times for my comfort. They worked well as a team.

I had a good experience with the oral surgeon, she was very nice and explained everything pretty well, and step by step while performing the procedure. On the other hand, the dental assistants we're not that pleasant, both of them came in the room without telling me their names, they didn't tell me what they were doing. They were just putting stuff on me without telling me what they were doing , and without explaining the excepted effect before giving me the nitrates until I stopped them and ask questions and also asked for their names. I would advise that the assistants in this office get educated on that.

This is an email I sent to Sage Dental Quality Insurance team today and hopefully I will get the response back. May 27th,2022 : I have consulted with Surgeon regarding wisdom tooth extraction. She has explained about the process and office staff has estimated my expense at around $2000 or less. And I also need to do CT scan at other office and bring back to the office. I decided to make a deposit $1000 in advance on this day to ensure I am able to pay all the expenses after the process. June 3rd,2022 : I went to Sage Dental at Plantation Office to do CT scan with $237 additional and got the CD scan result (CD format) June 10th,2022 : I brought the CT Scan result (CD) back to East Fort Lauderdale office in order to hand over to the Surgeon. Since then, I have never been contacted back from this office regarding any update for my surgery schedule at all. I have called to contact the office many times during this period but the answer is always. " Someone will call you back for the appointment" July 15th,2022 (Estimated) I decided to call this office to cancel my surgery plan as I have no more confidence what is going to be as I never been contacted back at all. And I also asked about my CT scan result (CD) back cause I need to bring it to consult other dental office. The person who picked up the call told me that she will call back to let me know when I can get the CD back and will inform responsible department regarding my $1000 refund. And again, I never got any phone call back from this office. Early of August : I decided to go to the office and asked about my CD scan result. The lady who sat on the back in the front area just took about few minutes looking in her cabinet and able to get my CD and handed over it to me immediately. I was wonder why this people never call me back and update the status when I should go to the office to pick up my CD? 8/18/2022 : Until today, I still never got any call from this office to update me about my $1000 refund. Actually, I had very good experience with your downtown Fort Lauderdale office but with my bad experience with this office. I am thinking to stop using all service from any location in your group.

Very clean and professional Dentist office. However, I feel they over charged me significantly for a cleaning with services that were not needed. By far the best thing about this office is the woman who works the front desk. I also work in healthcare and she is one of the friendliest/kindest Medical receptionists I have ever interacted with. If I come back for another appointment, she is the sole reason as of why.

Stay away. The way they up-charge you for services you do not need is so ridiculous I feel personally offended. I am not that stupid. Please find better and more discreet ways to make money off your patients who made a mistake of coming to your office.

What a wonderful dental office Dr.George was so amazing when he did my restorative treatment. No pain doing or after. the assistant was nice and helpful with explaining home care.The front desk staff was very friendly. My overall experience is a 10/10 would definitely recommend if you're looking for a awesome dentist.
