My 1st time coming to this office and I can say the staff is amazing. The office manager Que and my new doctor is amazing. would recommend this place to everyone. Wish I could give 10 out of 10. My previous experiences with dental offices have not been great but now I know it's over.

My boyfriend and I live out of town and we were temporarily in Boynton Beach when he had a tooth emergency. He ended up having a root canal and a crown placed, for around $2500. This was in August and today is October 10. Well folks, today his crown fell off. Barely 2 months in. Unfortunately we are 7 hours away from this location, and 3 hours away from the next closest location. Looks like we will be spending more of our hard earned money to pay another dentist to fix the shoddy work Sage dental has provided. Dont believe this response to email them. No one actuay responds to any message sent to the address.

I would never step foot in this office again. I wish the dentist would switch offices because she is awesome. I've been waiting months for a refund. I've contacted sage dental patient advocate via phone and email, I get no where with the office manager, I even left a message for the district manager, etc. and no one has contacted me but instead took my money.

When you call the offices you can never talk to someone in office directly and when you do finally reach someone it's extremely difficult to understand. I have called three times and it's always a woman with a heavy accent. I scheduled my appointment for a cleaning just for hygienist to tell Me that the doctor isn't there today so I will do X-rays and cleaning a whole week later just ridiculous and a waste of time moving foward please schedule doctor and cleaning visits the same day so inconvenient!

Friendly staff and dentist but that doesn't out way their lack of transparency which causes a waste of time especially when you're on a limited schedule, you'll just waste the time you do have to realize you have to go somewhere else because of their lies and more $$ spent than what you're advised of. DO NOT TRUST THEM

I have been here a few times but am not going back. Was told my visit would cost $0. I was billed $45 after the visit, then $66 a month later. I paid it anyway, but received another bill a month later. I called again and said I received another $66, which I paid over a month ago. They said they can't see it because it is in another system, but to go to the website and let them know it is not reflecting. I kindly said I won't do that, I was just letting them know I am frustrated with the situation, then they hung up on me. Definitely not going back again.

Staff made me feel comfortable even though I'm a big chicken when it comes to Dentist, I'm switching my whole family over there now. Que made it easy for me to understand my insurance policy

I was very pleased with their service very friendly and always concerned about my comfort Dr Que is awesome I am afraid of needles and she made me feel at ease the assistance were great, the front are friendly and courteous I recommend this dental office

I have been using Sage Dental since August 2021. There been some issues, but nothing that was not able to resolve. Dr. Umiren and Dr Rodriquez ( surgeon) have been very helpful and do excellent work. I do question the lab they use, but ultimately became satisfied. Time that the lab takes seems a bit longer than necessary and communication has been amiss twice. Coordination btw front area to back area needs to be smoother which is what caused some issues. Overall, it has become better each time. I say this only to be constructive without being over critical.

I went to Sage Dental for a routine exam and cleaning. One of their dentist came into the exam room and said my teeth required major work. To my knowledge that wasn't the case. I also needed a deep scale cleaning that my insurance would not cover and I had to incur $800.00 out of pocket expense. The dentist was adamant on the more expensive cleaning and refused to have the hygienist do any other cleaning on my teeth which would have been covered by my insurance. I was right there and she said the deep scale cleaning was needed. Come on "it was about the money". Stay clear of this dental office and save yourself aggravation.

Staff is very professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. Office Manager Andrea and Assistant Gina very welcoming. Dental Assistant Natasha was friendly and knowledgeable. Initial visit with the Periodontist, Dr. Rodriguez was excellent, great Doctor. The deep cleaning was better than expected as Hygenist Nieves was excellent and very conscientious. Every staff member from Front Desk to Dental Room was excellent. Would highly recommend the East Boynton Office! Great staff!!!

I took a day off to see a dentist that I had an appointment with. However, when I got to the office and spoke with the front desk personnel, I was told that my appointment was never made and that my dentist is on vacation. I even had to show them the pre-visit email form as the seem to think that I am lying. I am not sure how this place runs, if the appointment system isn't working as it should or people don't know what they are doing. What I am mostly annoyed with is the fact that if I were to miss an appointment I would have to pay a fee. But when I get my time wasted, all I get is "We are sorry. We could schedule another appointment for you at later date."

Very friendly and professional dental office everyone was very cordial and helpful made the trip to the dentist very soothing and they also play great music . I have definitely found a dental office that I will continue to use. I would tell anyone reading this to give them a try I'm sure you would feel the same way I do once you've been there. .
