@Sage Dental of downtown Orlando I had a wonderful experience fixing my 7 implants. Doctor's and staff are kind, friendly and top expert. They use the most recent technology and they are super fast to fix my dental issues. I consider myself so blessed being there. Thank you Sage Dental especially Dr. Shalabi.

Do not go here. They tried to tell me I needed $2000 worth of antibiotic injections for my gingivitis. They would not even give me a regular cleaning unless I agreed to these antibiotic injections. I went to another dentist and they said all I needed was a $30 mouth rinse. And recently I've been to another dentist and they said I just needed cleanings more frequently. The people here were so rude and all they cared about was making money. It's a scam. Go anywhere but here

I made an appointment for a routine semi-annual visit and showed up for it. Sage Dental at 404 E. Central Blvd, downtown Orlando, showed my treatment plan to me which included 2 types of pictures, panoramic and intraoral (regular) series. They explained that they need both types of pictures, but my insurance company would pay for one type of pictures only, so I would have to pay for the other type. I was told by the office manager, Ms. T. Valencia, that all dentists need both types of pictures, though I explained I never encountered this situation in my many years of seeing dentists. Ms. Valencia then told me that this dentist needs both types of pictures, and he would not agree to do my routine treatment if I did not agree to pay for the second type of pictures. I called my insurance company and the representative from the dental section said they never heard of both types of picture being needed, and recommended that I go to another dentist. So I did! Was this a profit-making ploy? Shame on them!

In and out in NO time. What a joke. They took more than 2 hours to check me in. Front office billing girl was so unpleasant. Very rude. Customer service was 0. One doctor who was running way late and by pass me to go to the patient who had an appointment after me. Terrible place.

This is in reference to William comment at the sage dental office downtown. I was there the day you were making a nuisance out of yourself. The woman you were talking to was my mother and I don't appreciate you talking to her or about her in your comments or otherwise. Not only do you need to mind your own business but you also need to get an attitude adjustment. You was rude and obnoxious to the people around you, also the office manager and staff personnel. Sounds like you need to stay home in your four walls and leave the world to us. I have been to several sage offices and the downtown office and staff is one of the best. I would not go any place else . I would highly recommend it to anybody. And Dr. Dib is the best of the best.

First visit: This office left a negative impression on the both of us (the patient and me). The staff was uninviting/unwelcoming. They had 2 chairs in their waiting area. They didn't allow anyone who was with the patient to wait inside. Instead, they invite you to wait outside in the 97 degree heat or in your car in the parking garage (for an hour with you AC running). The doctor, I was told, was wonderful. Second visit (and last)- The staff was uninviting/unwelcoming (again). We briefly sat next to an 80+ year old woman who told us that this was her 3rd Sage Dental. She went on to say that it was by far the best of the 3, which, she added, wasn't saying much. Sadly, I have to say that I agree. Shortly after that conversation, we were challenged (instead of being greeted) by a woman at the front desk. Because I was not the patient, I was asked to leave and wait for the patient elsewhere. Unbelievable. I made my annoyance very clear which was met with condescension and rudeness. Again, I was told that the doctor was wonderful. Fortunately, they're not the only game in town. *Side note: if you have an elderly person who you need to wait with at their dental appointments, there are other Sage Dental offices that will allow you to wait inside. We're heading to one on our next appointment.

Jada was very unhelpful and rude. I would NOT recommend this location. No clear explanations and a bad attitudes. The prices are insane! & This office is a joke and a waste of time!

Quoted me $500 for a cleaning - with in-network insurance. That's after taking an hour and a half for x-rays. Fantastic waste of time.

This is the place if you're looking for really qualified, competent dental professionals -you've come to the right place. Also if kindness and friendliness is important to you then you struck gold. Some of the great people I just met are: Omar. If there are gods walking among us, the he is definitely one. Bettie! Very much on her game. Bring her back please. My beautiful doctor Tiki, Natalie, Mo, awesome people at reception desk and if course Dr. Alvarez a great guy Sincerely. Glenn Miller

Hell yes. This place was great. Everyone was professional, nice, and efficient. Fit in an extra procedure for me same day as my cleaning when it turned out I needed work done. I had a great time there, and I hope everyone has a chance to experience great care like I did here.

If I could give this Dental place less than 1 star I would, I started the process of getting dentures 13 months ago, paid for the healing denture in Aug 2021...went in for the molds in Sept...my teeth have been bothering me alot lately so I finally called, turns out they have not sent any of the wax molds off to be permanently made!!! Now I have trouble eating one tooth broke to a point and I had to use a fingernail file to file it down to keep it from poking my tongue. Now that I have called they are saying it will be another month to see the surgeon..over the last year everytime I called or tried to communicate I was ignored or excuses were made..I have had nothing but a bad experience with this dental office..I have also tried several times to communicate with patient services and no one responds to my messages so I gave up..

The office is very unprofessional and quoted me two different prices on a prodecure. After calling for weeks and being given promises that someone will return my call on "Monday" every time I called. I finally had to send my records to another dentist who could actually follow through. Nice office but not worth the headache and the staff don't seem to care either.

I had a dental emergency and, being so far from my dentist in South Florida, I was devastated. I called Sage Dental and they fit me in the same day. They were running behind but I was totally fine with that and just thankful to get in. Melissa, the dental assistant that helped me, was extremely thorough and addressed all of my concerns. I couldn't be more satisfied with my experience here!

Poor attention to detail. Went for molar extraction with IV sedation. Quoted $50 copay. 1. I had an account credit 2. IV Sedation was not included in the price. I gave my treatment sheet from my last appointment for reference. I was not instructed of pre op procedure so I paid for Iv sedation but only got a shot "to take the edge off" since I ate. The procedure was excruciating since they talked me into pulling my wisdom as well. I couldn't hold Back the tears feeling the needle pierced my gums and cheeks. One done I was relieved and happy to have been done. Only to find out the following day my side tooth wasn't extracted. I've called for going on 2 weeks now and no one returns the calls as promised and they don't provide standard care. Run and run fast. FYI you can look up open Cases for patient complaints online. Just a short list of people I spoke to with no resolution but to just wait "for someone" to call me. Update 2/14/2022 I heard back finally when I posted this but here I am again 10 days later and no follow up from Coperate smh. It's really sad that I have to deal with this and It's not my fault this is such a big inconvenience to feel like I have to run this company Dpwn for help when they know in pain dealing with the tooth that has chipped even more since.
