Honestly love this practice from the front desk to the dentist. Everyone is so welcoming. Dr. Jaffe is so thorough and make sure to break down your treatment plan and X-rays to you. He's very gentle and you can tell he genuinely cares about his patients. The front desk I believe her name is Nina is a joy and always lights up my day. From her phone call follow ups to her caring energy. I am so appreciative of her.

The staff are very pleasant the moment you walk in the door. The care was Exceptionable and I will definitely recommend Sage Dental downtown Fort Lauderdale!!!

This dentist office is a NIGHTMARE! They convinced me to sign up for their insurance plan and then when I went to get my teeth cleaned they said they weren't allowed to give me a regular cleaning because the doctor suggested that I get a deep cleaning for $800.00, they refused to just do the regular teeth cleaning. I was never told when signing up for their plan that if their doctor suggested I need a deep cleaning that I would be refused a regular cleaning treatment which is more affordable. These people just want to get you signed up, scare you and get as much money as they can from you. They don't care about what you can afford, they only care about how much money they can get from you otherwise you are a waste of their time. FIND A BETTER DENTIST, THIS ONE IS TRASH! Sat their with an embarrassed manager this morning having her apologize to me for signing me up with their plan without being truthful about the pricing, she had no idea what to say because she knows she is running an unprofessional company. It's no coincidence that there are so many 1 star reviews of this place over the past couple months, stay away from this place!

Everyone here was SO nice & made my visit super enjoyable. From the front desk to the hygienist to the dentist, everyone was so friendly & very informative. Definitely recommending this office to friends!

I am so impressed by the care I received from this office. The front desk staff is gracious. Dr Joshua J'affectionne is the most caring and compassionate dentist ever. Dr Cunningam was incredible and Khia my dental hygienist was the nicest and very gentle. I would recommend this office to anyone!

Excellent care, however BUYER BEWARE on costs they are horrible and I mean horrible and estimating costs. I see I am not the only one. Went for deep clean they told me that it would be ~ $250 out of pocket. When I went to leave it was ~ $700. NOW they sent me a bill (yesterday) for $398, for another person. Didn't seem right so we called. Turns out we owed $163. I bet had I just paid the overcharge they would have said nothing. Honestly we just got off the phone with them and they could not clearly explain what the costs were, what the estimate was, what the estimated amount of insurance coverage was , or what the insurance coverage actually was. Go in for great service, just bring an open checkbook. LOL .. at the canned bot responses from owner. This should give you an idea how much they care. EDIT: Well at least you took this off the end of your response "Someone from our Patient Quality Assurance department will respond within 24 business hours." because I did email and did not get a reply.

Biggest mistake I have made since moving down here. These people are scam artists and I should have read the negative reviews on here beforesetting foot in this office. Their scam is to up charge you for things that your insurance won't cover. Don't be fooled by the friendly receptionist or hygienists. The female office manager is a piece of work- condescending, rude, snarky, zero customer service. Sage Dental needs to be investigated by whoever had oversight of dentistry offices in Florida. Total scam.

Beware of the mailer scam/ of course you'll get a small mini whitening kit but Dr. Michelle K. will have you wait 15 minutes before being seen, do a "free exam", claim that they strongly recommend $122 worth of work on your teeth and then decline cleaning your teeth under your insurance unless you go with their treatment. A waste of over an hour of my time today.

New patients beware..If you book a cleaning as a new patient, they will only do X-rays and an exam then you have to schedule the "cleaning" for another day. I was surprised to be told I wasn't getting a cleaning today and just an exam, when I had made this appointment for my cleaning. Luckily they had a appointment cancel and they were able to get me in the same day for my cleaning. I've never been to a dentist where you have to book the exam and cleaning as two separate visits. The lady at the front desk (check in) was the nicest person ever. Staff was nice. Updated facility and practically paperless, which is nice.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. I am not one to leave reviews at all, but I am fuming over my experience this morning at Sage Dental in Fort Lauderdale. Stay away from this establishment. All they are trying to do is milk insurance companies for all that they are worth. Let's start with their un empathetic and unethical approach: first off, I was forced to do 3 sets of imaging- normal X-rays but 19 images rather than 12 at my old dentist, then a 3d imaging one, which I can imagine is not cheap and then finally, a gum measurement test which I have never had in 32 years. After that, it took the technician 6 tries to take my blood pressure with a painful blood pressure sleeve. After she failed she sent in another tech who also failed and I was in pain the entire time. Once the dentist came in, he proceeded to say he could not proceed with the dental cleaning and I needed to come back! Since when does a dental cleaning require 2 visits? They made me feel like a second class citizen. I don't even have any cavities and I take Great care of my oral health. Suddenly, I have all of these issues that will require different appointments and visits. During the gum measuring test, my mouth was left bleeding and in pain. Not normal at all. I decided to do what was best for me and walk out. I just got off the phone with my insurance company and have instructed them to dispute any claims that comes from this place as I did not get the service rendered that I signed up. Utterly terrible overall. Makes me livid to think that people must fall for this money laundering scheme. DO NOT GO HERE.

Anyone will love Sage Dental at Downtown Fort Lauderdale. From the manager, front desk, Doctors and clinical staff. Everyone is willing to work with you, safe environment and most current technology.

I've been going to this dentist for maybe 3 years now. The staff is very friendly and Marrietta is awesome at cleanings! I would recommend even though pricey at times when extra work needed.

Great appt with Hygienist Marietta and Dr Jaffe and the dental assistant Shawnna!! Was a wonderful experience! Also front desk staff was excellent, they go out of their way to make you feel at home, the receptionist Renee is so incredibly kind and the checkout girl Grettel is super accommodating with appts. the manager Genny came by my room a few time to check up on me, very sweet and professional!! OVERALL .....AMAZING OFFICE!!

More about money than oral health. They will try to get you to do over 100 bucks in add ons and if you don't do them they want you out of thier chair asap. My cleaning literally took 9 min and I still had plaque on my teeth afterwards. I would not recommend this place.

Stay AWAY from "chain dental offices". This dental office tried telling me I needed a deep cleaning which was absolutely unnecessary. Xrays took forever to do and I couldn't get a cleaning my first appointment, instead they said I needed a deep cleaning that was $450....for what? My invisible calculus? Went to a different dentist and got a regular cleaning and was told a deep cleaning was completely unnecessary.
