Last year in 2021, I visited the sage dental in the gables, where parking was a huge issue. Had xrays and evaluation taken, but was told they would reschedule for a cleaning which is why I went there in the first place. Now in 2022 made another appointment in Doral which Im cancelling due to the fact, that when calling the center you get transferred to a recording. In addition, customer service informed me of new evaluation and most likely would need another appointment to have cleaning done. Its too bad, thats their policy, because Im not going back and forth for something that be done right then and there. Customer service reps are not well trained either. Very dissapointed that doctors healthcare has chose sage dental , will look for another place, Im 70 years old, and not going through their hassle. A. Gonzalez

Beware of this dentist office. They don't even know how to set an appointment in the system. My wife and I had an appointment today and they did not set my appointment. We canceled hers as we can't trust them anymore.

I've been coming to Sage Dental for a year now and I only have positive things to say. The appointments are super easy to schedule, always on time, the staff is professional and friendly and I don't feel like they're trying to take my money like I've experienced with other dentists in the past.

Amazing service and friendly staff. Since moving to Miami this has been my dental office of choice. The staff is amazing I can't say enough about them. If you're looking for a dental office who makes you feel at home. I highly recommend Sage Dental in Downtown Doral.

I had my root canal done by a beautiful young woman her name is Veronica she was very sweet and very gentle I was very scared before the treatment but she made me feel very comfortable

I highly recommend the dental services at Sage, Doral my experience with Dr. S. Gonzalez couldn't be better, she's very professional, attentive and explained my conditions and treatment with details. She was really committed to provide me an excellent dentistry care. The results of my treatment The staff was extremely friendly, the front desk attentive and helpful. This is my favorite Dentist office in South Florida. The front staff is kind and welcoming. The dentist is very nice and takes time to listen and make sure you are comfortable. Highly recommend this Sage Dental location!

This practice is stellar. Administrative staff, dental assistants, dentists/orthodontist are extremely courteous. Facilities very clean, equipment sterile, financial services fully transparent. Practice available during pandemic peak as allowed by mandate. They handle emergency cases very well, and scheduling is flexible.

Don't go to this office, because: I went for cleaning, and they charged the insurance company my allowance $1000, and they did not satisfied for the amount that they took and top of that they sent a bill of $471.54 balance due upon receipt. this dental office doing billing fraud. they are billing too high for the service they do. For a deep cleaning they billed $1471.54 that is besides the exam and and x-rays. They are highway robbers
