They charged on my card $100 for a $44.00 visit... be careful...Awful... they hit you with all thesecharges after they get your credit card.. that they don't tell you before hand.. they are a rip off...don't go!! Come to find out they got a hold of my ins Co and the ins Co said that the that Oral Surgeon was not on my plan so it was denied. They never told me and continued to take X-rays and inform me that I would have to pay the Oral Sugeon without the reason why. Instead of assigning me an Oral Surgeon under my plan which would have covered the exams.. STAY AWAY!! No communication!

Only absolute pain free dentist appointment I think I have ever had. The doctor and her assistant were very caring and helpful. Will be using them from now on.

Very knowledgeable dentist that helped me out tremendously! I highly recommend the dentist and the orthodontist and my daughter is scheduled to see the orthodontist soon.

I went here way back in February 2022, and just now recieved my first bill.... at the end of April. This is all after communicating with the staff at the front desk and asking if anything would be billed to my insurance at all, and was told no. The office has very poor communication to the patients and am extremely unhappy that im recieving a bill that I was told would not be billed to my insurance. At the appointment I was told I had pretty bad gingivitis and needed a deep cleaning that would cost my insurance $900? The whole thing threw me off and just felt super rushed and didnt even recieve a cleaning like I thought I would since it was never explained to me that you dont get a cleaning the first initial visit. Anyways I was sketched out by them and ended up going to another dentist where, suprise suprise, I dont have gingivitis at all. They scam 100%, just save yourself the headache.

Everyone at Sage Dental of Cypress Lakes is so nice and caring ! I've been going for the past month along with my husband to get several procedures done and they have been attentive and informative throughout the whole process. Not to mention how affordable and budget friendly they are ! I've gone to multiple dentist within the last year and the prices are unbeatable

Very friendly and highly professional office. Loved every minute. They did a great job replacing three crowns and performed a deep cleaning ... and filled a few cavities. Fun staff ...lots of good healthy laughs.

I was referred to this location by my insurance (United healthcare). I needed a simple routine cleaning. After going through the motions of the exam, the receptionist gave me the breakdown of my treatment. They wanted to charge me close to $800 for a "deep cleaning". I was taken back by the large price tag and when I questioned it the dental assistant interjected by saying and I quote "It's because your insurance sucks". Very unprofessional in my opinion. Needless to say I will not be going back. Be wary of high pressure sales tactics.

Avoid going here!! I had a horrible experience with a -4 hour total visit with wait time -the hygienist was so busy she was going back and forth between myself and another patient trying to clean our teeth -diagnosed me with multiple cavities (I haven't ever had any) and I got a second opinion that said I have zero cavities -impersonal service that felt like they just wanted to figure out my "payment plan" -charged me for nonsense extra things for cleaning such as a fluoride rinse If you have Delta Dental insurance coverage pick somewhere else!

Yesterday was my First time coming to this location. I was Very satisfied with the whole staff . the front desk staff the young ladies (sorry don't remember there names )were very friendly professional and helpful answering my questions . The dental assistant and. Dr Cordero were amazing they were very informative and went over everything in detail. The procedure and the aftercare I had 3 extractions and I had no pain after the anesthesia wore off. Highly recommend

Whenever I go in the staff is friendly and help me with any problem or concerns I may have. Very professional environment. Put on a payment plan that also helps me save on the dental work. Highly recommend going

Happy to welcome this beautiful Dental practice to the neighborhood. Being their fist client early morning, the staff was all very kind, courteous and helpful. The dentist instilled confidence in us and was able to offer several options with respect to our future treatment plan. Look forward to Sage Dental as our new dentist!
