Highly recommend this office and Sage Dental overall. I was seen at my correct appointment time. There was good communication between the staff members and excellent communication with me. An almost painless experience which has not been the case in similar procedures involving many different dentists before. I was worried how my case would be handled and treated. I could have saved myself the worry because I left feeling that the most important thing to the Sage Dental staff was my comfort, safety and peace of mind.

1> Overcharge for service that PPO insurance benefit has. Found in explanation of benefits and amount i owe is roughly half of what they asked. 2> Check with insurance and get itemized list of procedure they will do. If your insurance doesnt cover even a single service, deny it, or else nothing will be covered. Sage should have done better job explaining this to patient that puts you in between insurance and provider .

We made an appointment in advance, showed up for our appointment and they didn't see us in their books. They were not able to fit us in for a cleaning. Very disorganized.

Do yourself a favor, stay away. If for some reason you find yourself at the office and they are trying to sell you on a procedure, I'd recommend getting a 2nd opinion. Go visit a real dentist who cares about their patients.

Dr. Yassin is the worst thing that has happened to me this year. I went in for dental surgery but I was brutalized, tortured and maimed for over three hours. I still suffer the trauma and have endured many sleepless nights. She's condescending, rude and unprofessional, careless and dangerous. I just finished ortho work and I now have massive black triangles I never had before. She made petty comments and behaved like an immature child! What I wouldn't give to turn back the hands of time and still have my beautiful smile and avoided this extremely disappointing, disturbing and traumatic experience. Oh and the upsell! How did they do two deep cleanings, then cut my mouth open like I'm a cadaver!!!!!

office front people are very friendly and very con artist sage dentistry makes money very easy way fooling people at first they make u wait, collect money and take you inside look into your mouth and ask to make another appointment , while waiting in the office I heard they are calling patient for date and time for cancellation at front they did not explain me charges for consultation fees which was $250.00, other dentist they don't and there service rates are too hi compere to other dentist careful choosing sage

Recently changed to this dental since my other hygienist left. Waited in the parking lot 20 since they forgot to call me in. Hygienist was so overly aggressive she opened the gum line on a crown/root canal I had and now have to have the crown repaired. No more "Chain" dentist for me, was also charged $10 PPE.... have you not been using a gown and gloves on previous visits????? Ridiculous and greedy for such a large corporate. Many other "small"business have had to step up their sanitizing without the benefit of insurance companies to bill those excessive amounts too. Done with Sage Dental UPDATE:: I called and emailed their "customer service " like they say in the response and..... nothing.... You leave a message and no one calls or emails back.

EDITING my prior review, which is still below: Horrible billing experience, and I will no longer be going back to Sage for my dental needs. I love the dentist and staff, but their billing dept is out of control. I went in recently for some tooth pain and was told I have an outstanding bill from 2019 that hasn't been paid. I have been since 2019 and was never told about the outstanding balance and I never received a bill (the office manager acknowledged that they never sent me a bill in three years). Then they told me that they would not schedule my root canal until the three year old payment was made. I was treated horribly in the office like someone who doesn't pay her bills and is trying to cheat the office. It was honestly embarrassing. I've now had multiple calls with the office and with insurance to get this resolved, even now I am talking to insurance for the last hour and a half. It's a waste of time. I should have been treated respectfully in the office when they realized I had never been sent a bill in three years. I've always been nervous to go to the dentist and I was so glad I found one that I loved... but I work full time and have children and I can't spend hours of multiple days resolving a three year old bill. I won't be going back, unfortunately. Absolutely amazing experience at this dental office -- and I normally HATE going to the dentist. I'm 9 months pregnant and had been putting off going to the dentist for tooth pain until my baby was born, but this week the pain became unbearable. Dr. Khyati Shahpatel is a mother too, and she and her team treated me so well and kept me laughing the entire time. She had to pull two wisdom teeth! Today is the morning after my dental appointment, and I'm sore but not in pain. Thank you to Sage Dental for putting this mama at ease and making me feel so welcome and relaxed there!

1st: The worst dental experience of my life, I hate going to the dentist because I don't want to be judged but this Dentist does exactly that. I went for emergency pain and all they did was take X-rays and comment on how I have "so many fillings" and the yellowing of my teeth compared to a previous filling. I struggle with depression and have for years and went through bouts of not flossing/brushing correctly due to struggling to get out of bed, hints previous fillings from cavity's. They took X-rays and "determined" that I need a root canal yet the "dentist" can't even tell me which tooth??? They refer me to an endodontist which I found on my own due to the poor "schedule" there ONE on staff endodontist has. You shouldn't advertise on your website same day emergency services when you really don't do anything but take an X-ray and refer out. 2nd: I have never been somewhere without compassion but this office is HORRIBLE. Nurses laughing, people talking over you, no privacy to get ur teeth looked at etc. I have cried over the tooth pain I have had but wont even rx pain medication until I can get in to see a specialist. I do not typically write reviews but this has to be done. 3rd: DO NOT GO HERE. I will never recommend any sage location to anyone.

Worst service. Ready to extract money from you. Looks for ways to provide unnessecary services to make money. Cheating. Pls stag away from Sage dental.

Had an overly expensive consultation without x-rays. Shame too because I liked the Dentist/Periodontist a lot.

This was the best dental cleaning visit ever! Alyssa is a wonderful hygienist, and made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend this clinic for all of your dental needs.
