2018-2019 and since, I spent over $10,000 on dental work, some new, some replacing old work. I was ver happy with Dr. Vignola and the entire staff. Early 2022, some of the work went bad. Dr. Vignola redid one crown at no charge after she had to force the issue. Then billing problems began. The office manager falsely claimed two of my procedures were not covered by my insurance. She said she double checked. I later learned they were covered when performed by a general dentist and not covered when performed by an endodontist. This is misleading and dishonest. As a result, I was also charged way above average rates. Prior to the procedure, I had questions for the endodontist. The office manager participated. At the conclusion, she reiterated "No charge." When I received a bill for $190, she conveniently forgot "No charge." They will never get paid. My credit rating is excellent, so I'm not worried. Find another dentist.

Everyone at the Sage dental office treated me with courtesy and respect. Total professionalism from A-to-Z. Dr. German was amazing took care of me with kindness and skill. Highly recommend Sage dental office!!! Thank you everybody

Assistant that took me to get started didn't introduce herself, wasn't friendly. Dentist quickly checked and tried to sell me about worth $700 of retainers. Then went to get the cleaning and wash charged for antibiotics when I asked why she said well I don't know but in October they used it at the other place so I'll use it too. Then tried to charge me $600 to remove leftover cement from my permanent retainer. Not a great experience. However front desk ladies seemed nice.

I had such an amazing experience at Sage Dental. I am petrified about going to the dentist but the all of the staff was very comforting and welcoming. Found out I had to get my wisdom teeth taken out and Dr. Seider was an amazing doctor. The Dental Assistant was awesome, she made me feel so comfortable and answered all my questions thoroughly. My recovery after my wisdom teeth removal has been incredible, not too much swelling or pain! Hate the dentist but will definitely be back in the future !

I had an amazing experience at Cooper city office friendly staff everyone was very nice my appointment was at 10 am and I promise I was in The chair at 10 no wait time at all . I'm very happy with my experience the manager Annie walked me thru every step of the way and even called me the next day to make sure I was okay I really recommend this office you won't be disappointed

I thoroughly enjoy going to the dentist now. The whole staff is so welcoming, friendly, and helpful. Dr Rappaport and Dr Cunningham are great! I've gotten 2 implants this year and it was pretty much painless. And I had a filling done in 10 minutes. I am so impressed with the doctors' skills and ethics. They have a great team at the Cooper City location. And their music station is pretty darn cool...feet tapping and singing along!!

Terrible customer service. No one even said hello or introduced themselves. The faculty was dirty and there were flies all over the ceiling. It was my first visit and I felt like no one cared about their job, much less about the patients. Yuck.

Worst experience of my life. I'm still in pain and it has been months. I had one cavity in my wisdom tooth. Dr. Rappaport was so rough during the exam, that I even told the dental assistant that I wasn't sure if I would get my filling there because he seriously scared me with how rough he is. Against my better judgement, I scheduled the filling. He started out pretty gentle and gave me only two shots of lidocaine which I thought was weird but I hadn't had a filling in a while. Maybe times have changed and my lips and tongue were numb. When he started drilling, I IMMEDIATELY said I was feeling it. He continued, stating that it was because it was the wisdom tooth and that he was almost finished. I allowed him to finish, experiencing pain the entire time. I ended up going back about two weeks later because I was having severe facial and tooth pain if cold AIR touched the side of my face. I went back and he tells me that he needs to drill the filling down more and that he couldn't use anesthesia because it would interfere with my bite but that he wouldn't have to take too much off. Again, I was immediately in pain. I was sweating and gripping the chair, I thought I would pass out. I got to my car and broke down crying to my husband. Still months later, cold drinks and cold air hurt the entire left side of my face. This was the worst experience of my life. Finally I have new insurance and never have to go to Sage dental in the future. I will definitely be getting a second opinion and you'll hear from me again.

I hate going to the dentist. Finding someone to trust with my teeth is always hard for me since i dealt with lots of orthodontist work (and pain) growing up. This place is awesome. They always have me in and out, leaving pain free, and with my questions answered. I go to college in tallahassee and still only come here when i'm back home. If you can request a hygienist, Tammy is the best! Incredibly kind, welcoming, gentle, and fast!
