Sage Dental of Conroy is a great place to go for extractions. The team was very professional. All the people here were very gentle and kind to me. I felt I was in very capable hands. Extractions were painless. Dr Spiro was super. Couldn't ask for more. Great job.

They charged me 100s of dollars at one office for a procedure and sent me to a second sage location where I was charged 100s of dollars that we a agreed on. Years later, I received a later saying I owe them $300 plus. Robbery! These people will charge and will charge you and charge some more.

This place used to be a great place to get your teeth cleaned. Once my dental hygienist left I should of got the message but I can no longer tolerate the level of service they provide. I had to have a dental appointment for my 8-year-old son rescheduled three different times just for them to tell me to come in and they would squeeze me in. I waited in the lobby with another person who had an appointment and was waiting for an hour as well. I don't know who is running the show at the Conway location but it's the worst Dental office I've ever been into. I will never come back.

Sage Dental has been exemplary throughout my treatment there. The staff is incredibly pleasant and explain everything. They frequently review my treatment plan, the cost, insurance, and any issues that may arise. Everybody there from the receptionist to the doctors are excellent!

Not happy at all with this place. Do not bring your elderly family here. First of all, de DO NOT HAVE ENOUGH CHAIRS in the waiting room while you have to wait for over AN HOUR to be seen. And in top of that, one of the front desk person was rude to me because I requested a chair for my mom TWICE. I do not recommend it.

One star is too generous. Avoid this place.. After 6 months, cancelation of appointments became common and something to be expected. Also, I had to pay my share before work was started. They even billed insurance for work that was not yet done. My insurance is filing a grievance claim to get reimbursed. I plan to go elsewhere to complete the work. I am sure the owner will respond with the usual canned apology.

I had an appointment on Tuesday the 26th 2022 . I was going to have 4 extractions. And seriously I have no complaints to see the way I was treated . From the moment I walked through the doors. The girls at the front desk very helpful. Dr. Romero assistant was the best let me put it to you this way my blood pressure was very high she was monitoring me to make sure that when they did the procedure my blood pressure would be down . So they do care about their patients. Dr. Romero she is the best she made me feel comfortable she assured me that if I felt pain to let her know when I did she took care of it and I had my 4 extractions done. I am so happy that I went to Sage dental.( I as well had a previous appointment that day they prescribed antibiotics pain medication) so would I recommend them 100%. Thank you so much ! I really appreciate the way I was treated and cared for. This will be my official dentist. God bless you guys!

Horrible don't go here! They don't care about you or your time they will cance your appointment the day of and reschedule you 3 weeks out and when your appointment comes they will make you wait 50 minutes past your appointment time.

Dentist is nice. But they don't seem to care that you are in pain and have infected tooth.waited over 8 weeks with the infected tooth. I finally had to go to walk in clinic. They removed it the same day.

If you have any intention on ever seeing a dentist I would suggest looking elsewhere. Very unprofessional and unorganized. My daughter's new patient appointment was rescheduled 4 times. When I tried to speak with someone about this, I was given many excuses that were contradicting. If you don't have the staff to keep appointments, then don't schedule patients. It was a very frustrating experience for myself and my daughter. I would definitely not recommend this office.

Went from a 5 star review to a 2 star..had several appointments recently that I waited more than 45 minutes before being seen..at that point whats the point of an appointments..no problem with staff really all are friendly but as far as time management this place is horrible..my time is as valuable as theirs especially when I have to reschedule things multiple times for me and my son because an issue on their side

So I broke my front tooth, no worries I have great insurance. I text them for an appointment but it wasnt confirmed be the front office, was told the soonest I could get in would be three week. They called to cancel my appointment telling me that it was going to be two weeks more; I complained that I had already wanted three weeks and need to be seen. Got there and had xray, dentist did NOT come talk to me, she sent the front desk to collect money before she would tell me the treatment. When I questioned it, the office manager came out and told me to pay and that there was no other option. Talked to different dentist office had three options. Don't go to Sage Dental!!!! They are just money hungry company.
