Today was my first time at Sage. The dental hygienist was fantastic, knowledgeable, and very professional. I was also very happy with the office staff, and everyone else I met. The office was also very clean and organized. Yesterday, I returned for my second visit regarding a filling. Again, the service was very good, professional, and for the first time in my life, painless. I will definitely be returning from now on. I recently moved into this area, and that's the reason I started coming to Sage.

Part 3 - That is why I disputed my charge for the night guard of $250 as well as the one filling that has been bothering me since. I am publicly saying this because that was my overall experience with you all as much as you want to defend and reply reasons on why you work and do things a certain way I do not want to hear it. The least that could be done is refund me for the bad quality work and service I had to deal with, I don't want to privately discuss any matter whatsoever just want my money back for the services that were not done properly and a simple apology for my personal experience with the whole office in general. If you all do not want to own up to the mistakes made and truly make it right I will send this statement to the BBB for them to further investigate into my matter and any unfortunate matters other patients and customers may have had in this office. In conclusion, your office knows who I am, has my number and email if you want to reach me. I have nothing more to say to anyone on the phone, I have said it all here so the right thing can be done.

I can't remember the last dentist visit I had prior to going to Sage Dental in Coconut Creek. A lot of work obviously needed to be done in my case and seemed almost overwhelming. Fortunately everyone I've had the pleasure of seeing or interacting with in this office have been extremely professional and helpful making the process much more tolerable. From the moment I met Dr Duarte she's been so positive and a pleasure to work with. Pam, my hygienist was a joy to be around and have work done by. I saw Dr Carter at this office for my root canal and I must say he made the process as painless and seem less as possible. I could not recommend him more highly if anyone ever needs that procedure done. The entire staff including assistants and the front desk have entirely changed the way I look at going to the dentist. I wish I had found this office sooner or taken better care of my oral hygiene for that matter. I would highly recommend this office for anything dental related whether a cleaning or the more elaborate procedures.

The entire staff at Sage Dental is very thorough, efficient and professional. Whenever I call they answer...if I need an appointment they do they're best to fit me in. If an opening becomes available, prior to my scheduled appointment, they call to see if I want to come in. I have been a patient of theirs since May 2017 and I am very happy with their care.

We continue to have bad experiences with Sage Dental. All of our kids come here for their check up's and braces. More times then not we experience some sort of disappointment. Long wait times past scheduled appointments or rescheduled appointments without notifications. For example, we've had scheduled appointments for which I received several notifications for from Sage. I took off of work to make these appointments and as we walk in the receptionist tells us that the appointment has been rescheduled. Ongoing billing issues. I like to pay at the office while the procedures are being done. Then 6 months later I receive a bill in the mail for procedures for which I already paid and also for a procedure not even performed. I call up the billing department to fix their errors and just get "ok we will look into it for you". Then never hear back from them. Surprisingly their orthopedics department (which is run separately) is great. Never had any issues with them.

I had a consultation on my mouth today and the Doctor explained the work that needed to be done and what she recommended. I was very please with the outcome and the transparency. Because of her being truthful I will be moving forward with the procedure.

Sage dental is the absolute best! They are always timely, do a thorough job, answer all of my questions, and make me feel so taken care of and comfortable. I could not be more pleased with their service and quality of care.

Today was my last visit to Sage Dental. I have been a patient there for more than a decade but their whole system has become very inconvenient. I'm a professional on a tight time budget. I find it preposterous that I need to plan for missing work at least 2 hours to get an "exam" and a cleaning (and it literally takes months to get an appointment. ) I also found the front desk personnel curt and inattentive. I would give one star but the dentist is kind and thorough and my hygienist is as well. Sadly, I'm leaving and hoping to find a more efficient system and customer-oriented office else where.

Horrible office with a bunch of scammers!! The front office staff is beyond rude. You have to see the dentist and have a cleaning on separate days which is inconvenient and on top of that they wanted to charge me over $100 for a cleaning meanwhile I have dental insurance. I will be finding another office to go to. Stay away!!
