I've been to many different dental offices throughout my life. I can honestly say that Sage Dental of Central Boynton Beach has been my best experience. Highly recommended. The staff is always very friendly. Hygienist Stacey is wonderful. She's an expert with procedures, and incredibly knowledgeable who will take time to answer and explain any questions.

Stacey was wonderful and took great care explaining procedures and reassuring me. Like many people I sort of dread going to the dentist but the experience was made notably better because of her bedside manner.

DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The most recent hygienist I saw was a lying sales associate. She is not a hygienist she's just a liar trying to Patton and make all the money she can off the products in the office. I spoke with the office manager and pretty much all she said was I'm sorry YOU feel that way. This place is definitely committing insurance fraud and I would recommend that if you got any opinion from this location go to another place.

The dental hygienist Stacey was awesome. She stayed focused on my comfort and calmness throughout the processes, and provided insightful advice and perspective for ongoing self care. I think the pricing was a little high, but so was the quality of establishment. It was clean, comfortable, professional, and I recommend their services. Thanks guys!

This place is great! The staff here is next level! Stacey was absolutely fantastic!!! She is friendly, kind and very funny. She goes above and beyond with the care and comfort of her patients. I normally dread going to the dentist but she has made me excited to come back for my next visit! Stacey explained everything she was going to be doing and answered all of my questions. I left feeling confident with the quality of care I received. I really appreciate the time Stacey took out to educate me about proper dental care. Thank you so much for a great appointment!!

Worst experience ever they dropped a composite filling chunk and then preceded to asked me, "If I had swallowed it!" You can see in the pictures where the entire left side of my mouth was not filed straight. And they shaved my healthy cuspids down so far it is a chore to chew meat now. I would recommend everyone try any other dentists than Sage on Congress. I had had individuals ask me if my teeth were fake since the work was done and it was not in flattery. They mad half of mouth unauthentic from my true identity. Extremely disappointed by there services because I paid over $700 for one session and left wishing I had never gone in. I left in tears and the worst part after their female dentist who did the work handed me the mirror for review. She fled the room before I could point out the flaws. She would not come out of the back room to speak to me about her work. The tech said she would leave her a note. The office manager clearly did not want to resolve the issue when I called in about it.

I went to get a cleaning and exam as a new patient. I never got the cleaning just an exam. I just had a cleaning in November with a different dentist and I always do supportive care like the fluoride treatment, etc. With that being said I'm 14 weeks pregnant and the dentist said I needed 4 fillings and a crown. She also suggested this was safe to do while pregnant. I got a second opinion from a private practice and there isn't anything wrong with my teeth. The recommendation while pregnant is to also wait until after the baby to do any dental work if it isn't urgent. I felt like they took advantage of the fact that I am pregnant. It was criminal what they tried to pull. I would've spent $1300 but thankfully the private practice dentist who I trust didn't see any problems. Just be aware if you are a new patient and if your pregnant. Private practices are usually best for pregnant women.

The staff in this clinic are wonderful. Nicholas helped me with understanding the coverage of my insurance and the items on my treatment plan. I also asked him for help in appealing my claim that was denied, and he quickly addressed it. Every question I had--and they were many--was answered either through leaving me voice messages or emailing me. He made things very easy for me. Griselda explained to me every small thing she was doing during my cleaning, why they had to be done, what they are for. I really appreciated how she took care of me. Don't shy away from asking every small detail on your treatment plan. I highly recommend them.

I have been a patient at this location for nearly two years. Overall, I am pleased with their services. However, my experience has been made *exceptional* by Griselda Z. She conveys her passion for her profession by educating patients about the importance of their oral health, and the impact that it has on the body. She is candid, personable, and proficient in every aspect of her work. She is most certainly an asset to the Sage Dental franchise.

Got overcharged for everything, and assured that my insurance would cover it. Now I'm getting billed way after the fact & possibly getting sent to collections. Dont trust anything they say.

Very rude, was double charged then told them i have my explanation of benefits and i magically didn't owe them anything anymore. Amazing, I had a deep cleaning scheduled but didn't want any surprise bills plus i didn't even get a regular cleaning which is what i scheduled!

Wonderful staff. I am welcomed warmly each visit! Super clean waiting room, bathroom etc. The estimated quotes are very accurate and appropriate to the varying procedures. I am very inquisitive and I ask a ton of questions and I feel like they are answered in detail with accuracy. I actually learn a lot by going there on how to take care of my dental hygiene and look forward to coming each time.
