I moved to here from NY so I thought Sage Dental would be a great place after being here for a year and looking for a good dentist. Boyyyyy was I wrong, the check in was fine, they took a lot of x-rays and i was told that i would need a deep cleaning and the cost with insurance would be about $700 out of my pocket. I was also forced to sign a form with an estimate from an assistant that took on a growing attitude and stood directly over me because I wanted to take time to read the pages of fine print, she kept telling me, all this paper says is that we explained everything to you, I told her well i would like to read it but she got more and more aggravated with me, to the point that I was very uncomfortable and nervous and i hurried and signed it, which I regret because I still don't know what i signed. I went on Monday and by Wednesday I still felt very bothered and uncomfortable with that visit so I called and Thursday, 3 times and asked for my x-rays, I was told many excuses ( they were sent(never sent), i would be text a HIPPA form(never texted me), i would receive them by end of day Thursday(never received), which made my anxiety grow even more so on Friday 8am i called and stayed on hold for 20min a young lady picked and told me she had just emailed them to me. I checked my email and Thank goodness some were there, this experience has left me not wanting to recommend them or deal with them ever again. The only good thing was the lady that sent them this morning.

Everyone at Sage dental are very nice and any questions you have the dentist explains in details. I have had a very good experience.

Be aware of fraudulence! They enroll you in SageCare+ assuring you that you will save a lot, urging you to add all family members at once in order to get maximum savings. Thus, you pay around $300 for enrolling is their "savings". After you get an evaluation, you get shocked! Because they count one filling as two or three. Thus, even with SageCare+ you pay much more than in other dentistries (I compared different evaluations) and feel like a fool! DON'T ENROLL! Go to another dentistry!

I want to give a big shout out to whitney and jasmine. Absolutely amazing customer service skills! They went above and beyond for me! If you visit Sage in Apopka and need a deep cleaning get whitney for sure!! And as far as jasmine....she's just super amazing! Smiles every time I come in! I appreciate you both very much!!

I visited Sage dental for the first time yesterday and was pleased with the service. I got an early morning appointment and everyone was nice, the place was clean and it was a nice environment.

As a 68 year old, who have been pretty lax in my dental care because of fear, mustered up the courage to contact Sage Dental Apopka upon the advise of our daughter in law. I've had nothing but great experiences with this group. From the fantastic front desk staff, to Whitney the hygienist and Sara, the dental assistant. The dr that I had previously used has left the practice and today I was introduced to my new provider, Dr Phang. A wonderfully caring dentist who never dismissed my concerns or questions. Definitely pleased with my care.

The whole wait in your car into they call you is silly but that's up to them, anywho the office appears nice and clean the dentist was nice the woman assistant was RUDE she made smart @$$ comments, was very short and seemed to be in a bad mood or she just has a permanent attitude. She seemed to get even more mad when I said I didn't want all the add ons that she suggesting I told her what I wanted done and why I was here and she seemed annoyed, after she took the bib off of me she pulled my hair (twice) trying to get it off.. However if she was actually looking at what she was doing That wouldn't have happened. Also when she first seen me she rolled her eyes at me.. why I don't know I was nice the whole time, thankfully on my second visit I didn't have to deal with her she was with another person. But I won't be back to this office or sage dental in the future. I had a tooth pulled and I didn't even get a 800 ibuprofen for pain... so I have to deal with it when I'm still so swollen and in pain. Just annoyed with the whole situation. Dental is very expensive and they really should be thankful for the people that visit their office.

This is where I went to get my dental surgery done, the only thing I was concerned with is they do not communicate with their patients to let them know what their ins will or will not pay and what your co-pay will be...at the end of my surgery which went well, they did not put the healing denture in, guess I expected to much from them. Now they are brushing me off, I paid $930 for this denture out of pocket, so now I am toothless with a healing denture and they keep putting me off..if you value your sanity stay away from this company!!!

Love this dentist they are friendly and very professional. You get seen at the time of your appointment. Which I love cause I always tried to squeeze in before work.The dentist there ,She is amazing .
