First and foremost the front desk staff are amazing and very genuine and receptive . The wait times are reasonable for appointment . Nevertheless , I would not recommend Dr. Brignol he is not attentive or professional. He kept walking away while providing care to attend to another patient. He would not acknowledge or mention when he would return. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt but he did this multiple times. Upon completion of a procedure he was no where to be found. I understand health care can be demanding but profit should not triumph quality care for patients

I must say that today was my surgery and Dr Scott Lawson and his assistants where espectacular they made me feel very comfortable at all times I highly recommend any one going through any situations to go to this office thank you guys y'all were all very kind and special thanks to Dr Scott Lawson

Dr DeValle is THE best oral surgeon! I had no pain at all and he was so kind and pleasant. His entire staff was wonderful. Caring and kind. I love them!

Currently spending thousands to correct work that Sage Altamonte botched 1.5 years ago. Crowns did not meet gums. After replacing once due to this complaint, dentist was annoyed and convinced me they weren't supposed to meet my gums and gaps are normal. I'm naive and accepted it. New dentist was horrified and brought me in as an emergency to fix gum damage and to prevent me from losing the teeth. Bone loss has occurred. I should mention, wasn't quite sure I needed crowns in the first place. Never had an issue in my life. So...wouldn't recommend.

Avoid this practice and Dr. Brignol like the plague. He is just out for money and recommends ridiculous treatment plans for things that aren't even needed! I'm someone who brushes 3 times a day, flosses, irrigates & chews xylitol gum to prevent cavities. I didn't have a single cavity when I was seen at the Lake Mary office a year ago but I went in and Dr. Brignol's treatment plan for me included filling NINE cavities and placing a CROWN. I was beyond confused. Dr. Brignol barely said a word to me during the exam and then walked out to let the billing woman "explain". She shoved a treatment plan in my face with a bill totaling $5k and rolled her eyes when I asked her to please show me which tooth needed the crown. She wouldn't show me any of the other "cavities" either. I actually started crying in the chair because of how rude and dismissive they were to me. Clearly I got a second opinion from a trusted family dentist that was highly recommended. She said she was having trouble even finding one cavity let alone 9 based on my X-rays and exam. I had two tiny beginnings of cavities but that's ALL. She shook her head as she read Dr.Brignol's treatment plan and said it was beyond her why anyone would recommend a crown for my tooth. I will never in my life go back to this practice and if you absolutely have to, go to the Lake Mary office because I never had this issue when I was seen there. Dr. Brignol shouldn't even be allowed to practice and I feel horrible for the thousands of dollars that he has scammed people out of.

AVOID DR. BRIGNOL! He just wants to upcharge you for services. Told me my kid needed a filling. Second opinion said absolutely not needed. He walked out of my exam without a word after I declined whitening services. If you have to use Sage go to Lake Mary.

Sage Dental has a policy of upselling, and they refuse to do a basic cleaning unless you agree to their upsold services. At least that was true a few years ago; I gave up trying to get my teeth cleaned there after a few visits because they kept pushing more services on me. The staff are sometimes rude and condescending. Honestly, the periodontist they had until last year was the only good thing about Sage Dental in Altamonte Springs. I can't think of a single positive experience at Sage Dental with anyone other than Dr Alvarez and her assistant. The pre-pandemic general dentist placed crowns on two implants, and both started coming loose within 6 months. I have been back twice to have them tightened. The first time, a year ago, the general dentist (different than the one who placed the crowns) told me he couldn't do anything until the crowns fall out on their own (choking hazard?). My new general dentist at another practice tightened one a couple weeks later, and we held off on the other because it was barely loose. Today, the new general dentist at Sage Dental (different than last year) told me he can't access the screw without consulting with the periodontist who is not available for another month. I wanted Sage Dental to be accountable for their mistake (not properly tightening the crowns originally), but all I can get is the run-around. Avoid Sage Dental.

at the end of 2021 y got my teeth checked and needed a deep clean and other things, got cleaning done and after that they said that the doctor wasn't with them anymore, now this year I have an appt but they want to charge me 295.00$,that's impossible because I got a quote and its payed off since last year and it wasn't my fault that they didn't have a dentist, now they said that I lost that money [3.000$]from the insurance. As you see they have a website for you to send them a e-mail,NO, YOUVE GOT MY PHONE NUMBER AND YOU CAN CALL ME.know you see what I am talking about, just trying to take your money.Please don't go to any Sage Dental they are all the same.They are not a 4 star, zero star.

I used to go to this office with Dr. Tubio and really liked her. I went yesterday had a terrible experience and when I noticed they charged $45 for PPE... really? a pair of gloves and a mask $45? That is the cost of doing your business!!! not for me to pay for. They took it off my bill. then they want to do unnecessary x-rays. My bridge came off and I went to have it glued back on that smudge of glue cost me 175.00. He told me I needed a new bridge this one is not that old and cost thousands of dollars. But when he found out I wasn't going to get a new bridge.. it was clear I became very unimportant . It's clear to me this office is all about money! .When I told him it wasn't in my budget he told me he would glue it back on but it may fall off by the time I got home or it may last a year... I tried to call back and never had anyone call me back. So I will be pulling my records and by the way... don't bother with your impersonal stock answer that you send everyone. I've never seen so many one star ratings, I wish I would have looked at your reviews before I went . Get your act together Sage dental.

SCAM ALERT!! DO NOT GO HERE!!!!!! I went here a couple times more than 3 years ago. All was good until 2021 and now into 2022. I keep getting bills for for something from 2019. Every time I call I am told it is a billing error and they will fix it. But then, a couple months later I get another bill. I asked for some sort of receipt last time so that I could have it on file and they WOULD NOT PROVIDE me one. For the 3rd time, they assured me the problem has been fixed and that there was no need for a receipt because they "Promise/Guarantee" that the issue is fixed. I have contacted the State's AG office. And NO I will not be quiet or private when your skeezy "errors" are threatening my credit report. People need to know this kind of thing.

I was disappointed and dissatisfied with the dentures I received. The day I picked them up was a rush job they were put in they feel rough they hurt but I thought maybe if I leave them in overnight they would feel better the next day. I was wrong my gums were so sore I couldn't even chew, I rinsed with warm salty water to take the soreness away, in a few days when I tried to put them back in I could not get them back in my mouth.

I had Michelle as my dental hygienist today. She was wonderful. She clean my teeth better than anybody has clean my teeth in the past. She gave me some good tips on how to better brush and floss my teeth. Thank you Michelle

Was told that the initial consultation was only $10 and when got there said it was really $300. When we complained they blamed it on a broken machine. Total scam. Aspen did the same thing for free. Greenberg was only $30. Shameful scammers

Multiple canceled appointments, higher quoted dental estimates. Do yourself a favor and choose a more local dental office. A few great dental assistance but ultimately this place is just focused on profits

I have been waiting for a dental appliance since September 27th.. was told it would be ready before Thanksgiving, didn't happen... now it will be after the new year... WTH?...Appointment after appointment have been moved due to Dr illness and the Dr family emergency.....I definitely do not recommend if you actually want to have your dental need met in anything resembling a timely manner.... Interesting side note when I told this to my insurance carrier they said that they have received a large number of complaints regarding Sage Dental .... Hmmm.. Looking at other posts I saw that they list an email address for "customer resolution.." it comes back as not a valid email address .... You gonna be kidding me...

The worst experience ever ! Everything was dirty and misplace including her plastic mask, They had a new girl that didn't Know where all the materials were at she couldn't take the right images they had me waiting for one hour and 45 minutes after they sat me down Then they say we had the wrong pictures which they wanted to retake them ,Nobody was there to help out the girl , then she started cleaning everything she never sterilised or change anything before sat me down in the 1st place ! I will never go there again and I won't recommend to no one.

The staff is so friendly, helpful and professional. I moved from Altamonte Springs last year, and I still make the trip from Casselberry to their location.

I was not pleased with my appt. I had a tooth break off under a bridge on Mon. They could not get me in until Friday. The receptionist said they would make me feel comfortable after my appt so not to worry. I had to leave work early to get there on time or was told they would not see me. I got there on time and they took me back. I waited 1.5 hrs in the chair with nothing happening. No x-ray, one person said it would be a few minutes an hour after I was there. The dentist came in and told me now I need an 8 unit bridge $6000 instead of a four unit, which I was expecting. They do not do porcelain fused to metal crowns, which are stronger then the porcelain crowns. The porcelain fused to metal are much less expensive for the lab to make but stronger! Nobody took any x-ray of the broken took or recemented my bridge with stronger material then the temp cement I put it back on. I was in the same condition an as I arrived and left to be miserable all weekend. Nothing was done because he ran behind and wanted to leave. The receptionist would not schedule the appt for Monday that the dentist said I could have until the I talk to the office manager, on Monday, who had already left. I work and cannot talk to her first before coming in. Why does she have to tell me the work to be done and not the dentist and have me sign a paper saying I would pay the $6000.

Sage is great. Staff always so polite, helpful & informative. Areas always clean. Very attentive to covid procedures.
