The service is okay. But I would never want to work with them again because they schedule an appointment for me without my consent and I can never cancel that appointment . Last time, when I finished my dental cleaning, I told them not to schedule a follow-up appointment because I will move out of the state. However, a few days later, I still receive an email saying my next appointment is on a date after six months. I called them to cancel it. Roughly around the six months, I received a message saying my next appointment is within one week or so, I need to call to confirm it. Then, I called again to clarify and ask them to cancel it. Still, one day after the "appointment date", they called me again saying they missed me and hope I can contact them again. Due to the time difference, I receive these calls in the early morning and I have called them multiple times to cancel it. I really hope I don't have to deal with these. There are definitely other good dentists in West Lafayette, IN.

Went there told me to get xray I did after that to my surprise they said there dentist only comes there once a month to pull teeth I waited the whole month I have dental insurance the last minute bother had a whole month to tell ne there fees 500 dollars for two teeth I was mad why they waited and left me in all that pain what comes around go around

My appointment was scheduled at 1pm. Got my confirmation text for 1pm. Was never informed appointment got changed. Showed up for appointment, checked in at 1250, sat and waited until 130p before being called back. Was never informed they where behind or anything else. Once back the assistant was very kind and sweet. The need to work on time management and communication

AVOID THIS PRACTICE. Service was incredibly misleading, and after waiting 40 minutes after my scheduled visit, sitting through extensive X-rays with a machine that was 1 year past it's inspection date, and being examined by a dentist who did not even touch my teeth (a few that my home dentist is watching for cavity progression), they informed me they could not perform the cleaning I had scheduled for that visit. An absolute scam.

My dental cleaning was very timely, did not have to wait long to get started, and they handled my questions very professionally. As a Purdue grad student, they take my insurance, and would recommend to anyone really needing dental care

Mallory and the rest of the staff were all great. They have attention to detail and make swift progress to create a high quality service. After I got checked in, Mallory was quick to establish a connection with me during my visit, giving me the comfort to have trust in her and the team to treating my teeth.

One of the best dentists I've ever gone to! I had to have 4 cavities filled and they cared more about my comfort than any other place I've been to. They're efficient and super knowledgeable and I'm definitely coming back! Thank you for everything!
