Endodontics is the branch of dentistry focused on the dental pulp and the tissues surrounding the roots of teeth. Endodontists are referred to as specialists in saving teeth because they are committed to helping patients maintain their natural smile for life. Endodontists are in fact dentists, but they have also completed additional years of training beyond dental school. This additional education is concentrated on preserving natural teeth through highly specialized dental procedures such as root canals or endodontic retreatments.

Dr. Seifelnasr AKA Dr.Safe had an interesting diverse upbringing which allowed him to explore multiple parts of the world as he lived in Greece and England during his childhood years. His passion for dentistry and saving teeth led him to become a dentist by completing his dental school training at New York University College of Dentistry and obtaining a DDS Degree. After that Dr. Seifelnasr decided to continue pursuing his passion for dentistry and specialized in Endodontics (Root Canal Therapy) by completing an Endodontic residency at West Virginia University obtaining both a Masters and a certificate in the field of Endodontics. Dr. Seifelnasr is also Board Certified and has been appointed as part-time faculty at Harvard University School of Dental Medicine for several years. Dr. Seifelnasr is married and is blessed with three beautiful children. In his free time, he enjoys cooking, playing with his children and volunteering in schools to teach children how to take care of their teeth.
Dr. Seifelnasrs passion for endodontics is because he believes that nothing could replace a patients original tooth, simply nature gave us something precious to look after and keep, his goal is to utilize the latest technological advancements and strongest scientific evidence to save his patients teeth and provide his patients with a pleasant and relaxing experience.

I could not have been more appreciative and pleased with my overall experience at Safe Endodontics from the professionalism of all the staff to, perhaps even more significantly, their friendliness and the level of comfort they helped to foster (including a propensity for "joke" telling). I called their office on Monday morning in as much discomfort as I could have imagined experiencing over the weekend (after I had learned the previous Friday from my regular dentist that I was likely in need of a root canal), and they squeezed me in that day to successfully relieve the pain. Furthermore, I had a likely medication reaction later that evening, and I was able to connect with Dr. Seifelnasr directly through his personal phone number which he reportedly provides all of his patients. For me, this was unprecedented. I couldn't be more appreciate of the care I received from the receptionist, to the dental assistant, to Dr Seifelnasr, himself. As someone who has privately practiced in the mental health field for over 25 years now, I could not recommend this practice any more strongly given the empathy that I felt and the care that I received!

Recently had a root canal here and dr. S and staff was amazing! They made sure I was always comfortable during uncomfortable dental work. I have a heart condition and they were always making sure I was doing okay during my work. Small office & great staff!

Dr Safe and staff were great. Was In 0 pain when the local anesthesia wore off. All in all a great experience considering a root canal was preformed. Need some better jokes but made me laugh during the procedure. Thanks Don

Horrible place. I needed a root canal on one of my molars, I went in for a consult and they told me the tooth was fine for awhile, they were VERY wrong. The tooth pain had started again so I went to an emergency dentist to see what they could do, another round of x-rays later and they told me if I did not get the root canal soon that I would loose the tooth and not even a root canal could save it. So I called safe endodontics to get an earlier appointment, I explained what was going on and the possibility of me loosing the tooth soon, and to my luck they had one. A couple days later they called me in the morning to confirm the time and day of my appointment. 5 hours later they called to let me know that my appointment was now canceled and they couldn't reschedule it until September 9th. From what the emergency dentist told me I knew I wouldn't have a tooth by that time. So I would just like to say never come to thus place. They do not care about how emergent your issue is, they do not care about you.

Dr. Safe enjoys being an entertainer. Therefore, the patient relaxes and it makes it much easier to have confidence in his brand of care. He always explains the options. He is clearly not, a one size fits all endodontist. 5 stars, hands down!

This is the best dentist office I've ever been to!!! The staff is so nice and polite. They even accommodated us when we were running late!! Like more than 30 minutes late. My daughter has had to get some dental work done (17) getting a root canal yikesss her anxiety was through the roof but they made her feel at home, even cracked jokes with us which made us feel even more comfortable. This place is clean and always smells good lol it's not all blah it has life to it. I Definitely recommend them you'll always feel at home.! Honestly I literally have to drive 40 minutes to get to this place and I wouldn't have it any other way.

This was my second visit to Dr. Safe's office for a consult. The staff is very pleasant and professional. Dr. Safe makes you feel welcomed and puts you at ease. He spends time with you and encourages any questions or concerns you may have. I found him to be gentle with a very nice manner, and a good sense of humor too. No one likes having to see an oral specialist as you know there is definitely a dental problem. Dr. Safe puts you at ease and doesn't pressure you to make a decision. He simply explains what needs to be done and gives you different options if available. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a good endodontist to schedule an appointment at Safe Endodontics.

Staff is very professional, knowledgeable and able to put you at ease in a stressful situation. The root canal was painless during the procedure and afterwards. Only one drawback l had to wait 1/2 hour. They apologized
