Once treatment has started, we will file your claims. We are a preferred provider for most major dental insurance carriers. To help us with your filing, please complete the insurance questions on our questionnaire.
We will fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits. Please remember that orthodontic insurance is a benefit for you or your child. If, during the course of treatment, your benefits change, the financially responsible party is accountable for all charges.

I have never gone to this place personally, however, my cousin has so I have gotten to see her journey here and I am not impressed. Infact it pains me to see how insecure about her smile she has become because of this place. She had gotten braces put on here to fix some sort of a corssbite I believe according to Sadowski's orthodontist, but a year later she gotten them taken off and her teeth seemed worse than before. Her gums were horribly inflamed, a tooth had become infected, and for some reason her teeth grew smaller. She now seems to have a visible underbite due to the braces, the infected small tooth that may need to be extracted now was also caused by the braces. They had also left glue on her teeth after the removal of her braces, she went back to have it removed and some glue still remains on her upper teeth because they had not done the removal properly. Very sad to see her smile and confidence before she went to this place then after, I do not recommend to anyone looking for braces nor will I go there myself now even though I'm desperate for a dentist who accepts my insurance, I refuse to go to Sadowski's. I can't thank Dr. Sadowski and his staff enough for they amazing job with my daughter's smile. They made the whole invisalign process so easy and the year of treatment went by so quickly.

Dr. Sadowski was the only orthodontist in the area that was able to save two of my daughter's permanent teeth, all others wanted to removed the teeth to make their job easier. He closed the office by our house and we stayed driving an hour to his other office because we didn't trust any one else. The staff is very professional and always friendly and we never have to wait longer than 15 minutes. I totally recommend this office.

The staff is very friendly. There are easy payment plans for services. Appointments are easy to make. Dr. Sadowski is professional and thorough, yet friendly to talk to about your orthodontic needs. I would highly recommend!

My daughter had teeth that were so bad I wasn't sure they could be corrected. Dr. Sadowski and his staff Corrected her teeth with Invisalign braces. Now her smile is beautiful. She acutually enjoyed going there. She loves the pirate ship waiting room and the video games. She also played Uno with the Doctor on her last visit! (She won!). I am so grateful to Dr. Sadowski and his staff. I would recommend them to everyone who may need braces. It was truly a great experience!

I highly recommend Sadowski Orthodontics! I went for a consultation for braces and invisaligns for my son and wasn't very impressed with the local orthodontist I visited. But after being recommended to Dr. Sadowski by one of my supervisors I figured, okay I'd give it a try. Let me tell you, it was the best decision I've ever made! Dr. Sadowski's and his staff are very welcoming. The office atmosphere is very child/family friendly (great for children that get anxiety from any dental/doctor environment...they even have a game room!!) I was VERY skeptical about invisaligns but since the price was very close to braces and my 10.5 yr old son wasn't very excited about braces we were considering invisaligns. My son had a very severe under bite. Everyone I turned to for opinions was pro braces because "invisaligns don't work, and it's just a gimmick"...well, that's a lie! After only 8 months his under bite was corrected though the doctor wanted it perfect and continued making adjustments until he felt his teeth were perfect (love it when a doctor cares about their patients and not about the money or getting you in and out of their care!). Well, this skeptic is a believer, in my opinion invisaligns is the way to go, they look better and work faster than braces....BUT, the only way they work is if you follow the regiment. My son was very good at not skipping his recommend wear times, they won't work if you don't wear them. I'm glad I listened and trusted the doctor, he assured me it would work, if my son followed the plan...it sure did! Thank you Dr. Sadowski and team!! *** I've attached a before and after pictures, which were taken before invisaligns and about 7 months apart for the other two****
