I called the dentist as it was in my network, and I was placed on hold for 25 min. I called back, and she proceeded to put me on hold again, as she stated for a brief hold...so 25 minus brief. I will not be going here..The reviews are correct, terrible customer service!!!

Highly recommend this dentist. Ms. Nwizu work is amazing. Had a deep cleaning as well as an extraction. Although I waited a while in the room, once she completed the work I was very happy with the outcome. (tooth was pulled less than a minute!!) I told her i went to Coast Dental in Morrow and requested for a deep cleaning and their work was horrible. I did not receive the extensive work @ Coast Dental like I received at Sacred. She knew the work was horrible when she assessed my xray. If you want your teeth sparkling and cared the proper way, please visit Sacred. You will not be disappointed.

Only if they have zero stars. I have been to worst dental place before but This place makes that place looks good They don't respect your time. Waited 2 hr. (With an appointment). They should close this place. Staff are the worst the person that did the X-ray (male) was rude. I give this place a negative 10 stars. Save your self the time and don't go there.

This is the absolute worst dentist office and her staff is absolutely worst! They have no customer service! They lack respect for your time. I will never return here. My appointment was at 12. It's now 12:53. No one has said "hey sorry for this wait, the Dentist is running behind" but when I asked questions I'm met with an attitude. This is definitely my last visit. And it's sad because this is an office full of black women and they are very nasty!

This dental office does not respect your time or busines. On two separate occassions, I waited in the office over an hour from my appointment time and did not receive service. On the 2nd time, I was the first appointment and still waited 45 minutes before going to the back, and then another 15 minutes for no service. And the Dentist was not in the office. This is total lack of appreciation for customers' time and willingess to give them a 2nd try. I will not continue to do business with unprofessional customer service.

This is absolutely the worst dentist office I've ever been to in my entire life. Worst customer service. The employees at the front desk are very rude and unprofessional. I waited to have a call back for information about a dental procedure I needed done. It's been over 3 months and never heard a thing. When I call they are very rude and say they can't help me or give any information and will call back. Of course they never do. This place should be shut down. If I could give a zero star rating. I would but it isn't low enough for the service the service they give. If your thinking about using them for a dentist. DONT. RUN OUT THE DOOR. And find any other dentist office possible. I would rather go to a homeless man under a bridge for my teeth then ever stepping foot in that office again. Not exaggerating the slightest. WORSE PLACE IVE EVER BEEN. IF I HAD A COOPERATE NUMBER I WOULD CALL IMMEDIATELY!!

Since there is no option for zero star, they'll get a 1 star. To be honest, the dentist herself appears friendly, however the customer service is perpetually on a "Walmart energy " it's not like "Publix where shopping is a pleasure". In summer 21, I scheduled a routine cleaning at the Conyers location (Eagle's Landing being the other location). When I showed up to the office, the doors were closed and noone answered the phones at either location. Np. Two months later, I called to schedule a new appointment. I was placed on hold for 20mins. I hung up and called back, I asked THE HEFFA who answered "if it was customary to leave clients on hold for 20mins?", she responded, " I can't answer that question." Np, NEXT!!

I should have read the reviews before I came back to consider this lady! After five years, I thought maybe her office would have improved, and actually got worse. My appointment was for 2 o'clock. We were not called back until 3 o'clock, at 4:30PM we were still sitting in the chair waiting to see "the lady" Her staff was RUDE!!!! We finally walked out! She had a puppy dog called me to apologize for her delay and unprofessionalism, as he was not woman enough to call on her own to apologize.... much less apologizing for jabbing my daughter in the jaw causing her to bleed out of control five years ago. I should've sued her then! All I can say is RUN FOR THE HILLS!!! Her office as a joke!!!

I would give negative stars if that was an option. Staff at front desk are rude , unprofessional & disrespectful! Can't say to much about the dentist but hell she ain't no better! I tried to support blk business but it's true you get what you pay for! NEVER AGAIN!!!!

This business may try to con you. I went to get a second opinion at a 5 star dentist and was told I didn't need any of the extra work done that they were going to try to do. Please don't go here! It was a horrible experience. There were also long wait times and it was not sanitary.
