The staff is professional & friendly. Alexis in particular was very meticulous in getting my temporary crown just right, and made sure I was comfortable and aware of what she was doing at each step.

I've been with my practice for over 20 years. Everyone is friendly and wonderful. The location is easy to access and park into since it's isolated from usual shopping centers. There are plenty of seats in the waiting area, and the receptionists are always helpful in setting up appointments, rescheduling, and providing any past record information. I've been responsibly advised about dental hygiene, what fillings need upkeep, and what problems may arise with xrays. Though I am sad to hear Dr. Ladow is retiring, knowing that the hygienists are staying gives me confidence the practice is in good hands.

First time seeing Dr. Sandretti! Wow, what an experience. All the staff was wonderful. They have all the new technology even a scanner that shows you your actual teeth!! Dr. Sandretti was very gentle, explained every step while replacing my crown and did not "power through" the procedure!! I'm so glad I found Sacramento Smile Designs!! I would highly recommend them.

Fantastic service along with professional and friendly staff. 1. I get free dental from the VA because I'm 100% disabled. The problem with VA dental, is that when they cancel an appointment, it'll be six months before you can see them again. What good is free if you can't get in to see them? Also, it's all about saving money. They will lie to you if it saves them money. I have four missing teeth. Two upper and two lower. I went to the VA for implants, and the VA said that I do not have enough bone to implant the teeth. Dr. Sandretti scanned my jaw and I DO HAVE enough bone. Dr. Sandretti just implanted the two lower teeth and I'll have the two upper teeth implanted soon. I've been chewing with only my front teeth for more than a year. It's great being able to chew almost normally again. Sacramento Smile Designs always gets me in in a reasonable time frame, and they never cancel!! 2. I'm retired military, so I'm never late and always early. I love that the staff here never keeps me waiting past my appointment time and most of the time, gets me in early. 3. When you call after hours complaining of a tooth ache, it's Dr. Sandretti herself that calls you back and schedules your appointment, not one of her staff. 4. After a painful procedure, it's Dr. Sandretti who calls to check up on you, again, not one of her staff. 5. I recently spent five weeks in SE Africa on my 8th medical mission trip. Dr. Sandretti gave me dental items to take with me AND allowed me to call her with any dental needs, despite the 10-hour time difference. I also found out that she has a dental clinic in Honduras and frequently spends her time there. Overall, I love the professional, personal, above and beyond and friendly touch of Sacramento Smile Designs.

If I could rate a 10, I would. Dr. Sandretti and her staff are excellent! She is caring, gentle, efficient, insuring your comfort. I highly recommend this dental office for any of your dental needs, from cleaning to implants, top notch! As a former dental assistant, please check her out.

Had a great visit to repair Old filling no pain great dental team teeth cleaning and oral exam problems taking care of .necessary adjustments to dentures done on the spot dental staff great.Also work with you within your dental plan

Amazing experience from start to finish. Take it from someone who has major trust issues and hadn't been to a dentist for 5 plus years. After being helped by Dr Stephanie Sandretti, I will never go anywhere else. Her and her amazing team make you feel safe while giving you the best suggestions and plans to keep your mouth and general well being healthy! Honestly some of the nicest and most trustworthy people you will ever meet. Referring her to all my friends and family.

I missed my former dentist so much, but as of my first visit to Dr. Sandretti's office, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Sandretti is state of the art and she works with a critical eye. I know my teeth are in good hands. The staff is top notch: affable professionals. You won't regret your first visit!

Best place I've been to great service glad this is my dentist I haven't went to one in over 8 years because of the experience I had but they made me fell very comfortable and also didn't hurt mouth like the last dentist did much appreciated

I felt absolutely no pain when injected with my numbing medication. Can your dentist do that? Again, the entire staff demonstrated professional and personal care. My appointment time was honored, too. #2 In years past, I've been fitted for a couple of crowns (by other dentists). There was always minor discomfort associated with them as my mouth adjusted to the new hardware. I anticipated the same after Dr Sandretti's work. But, SURPRISE, SURPRISE, SURPRISE! I've felt no discomfort since the ordinary numbing wore off. Dr Sandretti and all her staff who attended to my need can take pride being a part of a team that provides satisfying, quality service. #3 (03-22-22) Dr Sandretti and her staff apply their craft [classical dentistry] with excellence AND they use a variety of technological tools to enhance the oral health care patients receive. Dr Sandretti should be your family's dentist.

I absolutely love Dr. Sandretti and her awesome staff! I'm a former dental assistant and she takes her time explaining her procedures and involving me in my dental care. Kylie, the registered dental assistant, is so compassionate and sweet. Marie, the front office manager, is kind, efficient, personable and explains everything. Dr. Sandretti is very gentle. I never even felt the injection . I broke a crown and was seen immediately when I called. Turns out, my whole tooth was decayed underneath the crown. She landed up having to extract my tooth! She showed me the pictures, so I could see. She worked so hard, because my roots didn't want to come out! She won the battle! I highly and strongly recommend Dr. Sandretti and Smile Designs for all of your dental needs..cowards are welcome....
