Dr. Fouladi grew up in Irvine, and completed dental school at USC, where he earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery.Then he elected to continue his education with another six years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training at the University of Florida in Jacksonville. He was fortunate in training under some of the most distinguished and world-renowned leaders in oral and facial reconstruction. During his surgical training, Dr. Fouladi attended University of Florida and received his medical degree.Dr. Fouladi maintains both dental and medical licenses in the state of California.
Dr. Fouladi's clinical interests include wisdom teeth extraction, dental implants, and bone grafting procedures. He has extensive experience in anesthesia, which allows him to treat patients safely and comfortably in a controlled environment.As a patient you will notice that his personal integrity and high ethical standards set him apart.
Dr. Fouladi is a Diplomate of American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He values the importance of maintaining an active participation in organized dentistry and the academic community in California and abroad. He is an active member of American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons, American Dental Association, California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons, California Dental Association and Sacramento District Dental Society.

Dr. Kuo is an actually godsend. I was originally supposed to have my appointment at Sacramento or all surgery center in Midtown with Dr. Suarez. My appointment was canceled day of due to an emergency on the part of the doctor. I cannot believe how blessed I was to be scheduled with Dr. Kuo. Her bedside manner is very friendly, confident and compassionate. She explains everything as she's going. The staff is also fantastic. They are so sympathetic and are so patient. I was very anxious about my very first time going into surgery. It felt like it was done in 30 seconds. My recovery has been pretty smooth. My swelling went down in about three hours and I am up and about. It wasn't anything like those horror wisdom teeth videos you see on the Internet. I couldn't recommend a doctor more qualified and sympathetic than her. She called me later on to check on me and gave me a full rundown on what was done and what I needed to do. If you have the opportunity to be scheduled with her I would absolutely take it.

Met with a Women dentist. She answered all my questions a day made me feel really comfortable. The staff is amazing. Prices are reasonable. I had a followup billing question and the staff member was phenomenal. I really appreciate my experience with this office. 5 stars

Had all four of my wisdom teeth out plus three other troublemakers and walked out following procedure perfect recovery zero pain. Dr Rhee and her staff are amazing. This is the place to go for oral surgery for anyone that needs it!

The only good part of this experience was with the wonderful office staff. The doctor treated me like just another customer to get in and out as quickly as possible. I felt no love or compassion or professionalism from this doctor nor from her assistant. She was so violent and rough while extracting my wisdom tooth I really felt like just a piece of meat on the operating table so to speak. I was not given the medication I needed even though I explained what I needed and as a result went home with a 6 hour long panic attack and hit and cold flashes and just a rediculous amount of pain. I would not recommend coming to this office or doing any work here unless the doctor is changed as they only have the one doctor in this location and no other option unless you go to another. Shame on you for being so painfully unprofessional and just because you are the doctor it doesn't mean you know it all and should dismiss your patients humanity and requests based on your own judgements.

Went in for a wisdom tooth consult on a Thursday. Got my teeth removed Tuesday. The surgery was actually really fun too. Highly recommend, hardly feel much pain after my last wisdom teeth were removed and Dr. Rhee is awesome. Staff does their job well, and surgeons do surgery well. Glad I chose this one :)

Be warned in advance since they don't tell you on the phone. They require a mask at all times, if the doctor examines your mouth, you pull it off, then put it back on. Which renders it useless by medical standards. The receptionist has hers pulled down while sitting up front and pulls it up when someone walks up, but they won't do anything to work with someone who has a psychological condition preventing wear of one, and who is vaccinated.

Dr Rhee was warm, informative and very professional. I would recommend Sacramento Oral surgery to anyone needing expert oral care. After care instructions were concisely written. Office staff were polite, warm and friendly. Considering the procedure it was a stress free experience due to Dr Rhee's expert care and attention to detail.

I had got all 4 of wisdom out today, I love this place they was friendly and it was beautiful environment they make me feel welcome and far as the procedure I don't remember much because I was put to sleep and it was amazing I did not feel any pain at all even the aftermath if anyone wanted to get a tooth extraction I will definitely recommend this place

I had an amazing experience. I was really nervous going In but they were super friendly and talked me through the beginning a little bit before putting me under. I really appreciates Their patience with my questions and nerves. The procedure was quick and I haven't experienced a lot of pain since. They also sent me home with a little care package for my recovery. I would recommend them 100%

Service was excellent staff took care of me in a friendly and timely manner I was in and out within an hour and a half with treatment having a problem tooth pulled I paid out of pocket everything was explained to me in detail as far as pricing and treatment I was very well taken care of and they made me feel good about the whole procedure I was comfortable they were all very professional the place was clean and they were organized from what I could see as being a new patient I've been to other places but this place by far surpasses all they are amazing.

I am not even going to give this place one star. I go in the office with my 17 year old daughter with the Dr. and the A/R person. After meeting with the doctor I was told right in front of my daughter my cost with my insurance would be 2000.00 and I almost fell off my chair. It was pay it now or half and make payments. Now keep in mind she needed this done so what choice did I have. First of all that should have been discussed with only me as I do not include my child in finances. After having to agree to their terms I had to wait until she was done and could not even drive down the street to get something to eat. When she was done they walked her to the car and told me I had to go get her medication and I am like I cant take her into the pharmacy like this. As, she told me that she would be fine. I WAS FURIOUS! First of all, she does not do very well on pain medication and she was a hot mess. I JUST WANTED TO PUNCH HER IN THE FACE but I am not violent. After all of this mess my daughter got some rest and woke up and one of her earrings was gone. Later that day their office called me and told me it was there. After, several attempts to contact them with no return call I drove there. Then they tell me they were not open and will mail it to me. After all of that I received another phone call today telling me they think their cleaning lady threw it away. THOSE EARRINGS WERE SO SENTIMENTAL TO MY DAUGHTER AND I AM JUST FLIPPING FURIOUS. DON'T GO TO THIS LOCATION! THEY ARE NOT PROFESSIONAL NOR ARE THEY RESPONSIBLE. WHAT A BUNCH OF IDIOTS!!!

i was very impressed with my care, and the environment was very relaxing (yes, I realize I'm talking about an oral surgery office). 2 wisdom teeth out, and I was able to teach the jr high Bible class that night!
