Dr. Fouladi grew up in Irvine, and completed dental school at USC, where he earned a Doctorate of Dental Surgery.Then he elected to continue his education with another six years of hospital-based surgical and anesthesia training at the University of Florida in Jacksonville. He was fortunate in training under some of the most distinguished and world-renowned leaders in oral and facial reconstruction. During his surgical training, Dr. Fouladi attended University of Florida and received his medical degree.Dr. Fouladi maintains both dental and medical licenses in the state of California.
Dr. Fouladi's clinical interests include wisdom teeth extraction, dental implants, and bone grafting procedures. He has extensive experience in anesthesia, which allows him to treat patients safely and comfortably in a controlled environment.As a patient you will notice that his personal integrity and high ethical standards set him apart.
Dr. Fouladi is a Diplomate of American Board of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. He values the importance of maintaining an active participation in organized dentistry and the academic community in California and abroad. He is an active member of American Association of Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons, American Dental Association, California Association of Oral and Maxillofacial surgeons, California Dental Association and Sacramento District Dental Society.

Zero stars, one of the worst experiences of my life. I went in for dental implant surgery and cried the entire time and dr Suarez never bothered once to stop and make me comfortable . It was like a really bad assembly line experience. Stay away. I will have the rest of the implant done by an experiencesd,compassionate dentist

This is the worst experience I have ever had with any office. Very unprofessional. I had gotten my wisdom teeth removed in January to which I put money down and was set up for four payments of 75$after. The payments were never taken Off my card. So I called immediately after I noticed the first payment did not go through they then Told me they are still reviewing the bill? Whatever that means. I called about 20 more times over the course of a month. Literally one call everyday to the office. Most calls they did not pick up and I sent over to someone who doesn't work on the site? Which is funny because she also says she can't give me any information. But the calls that they actually did pick up, I was told the same thing over and over, that they were reviewing the bill and they would call me back. I received not one call back. Then around the last time I called they said they actually owe me money. And that I can only get it through mail. We'll what I actually received was a bill for 1000 dollars. This is extremely funny at this point because even my Initial bill with worse case scenario I only had to pay maybe 400$? I then called multiple times again, and I get the lady on the offsite location who says she can't do anything or give me any information. I now have to go in person to ask for receipts and why my bill makes absolutely no sense and how they are ignorant enough to tell me they owe me money.

I was referred to Dr. Kuo by my dentist for a consultation. No complaints against Dr. Kuo, however the practice is very poorly ran. Very unprofessional and disorganized. My insurance was billed incorrectly multiple times by the financial coordinator. She was very disorganized, this was very disappointed. I was billed $250 for a 3D xray that I already had done and sent over to this office. After speaking with the doctor, the charge was reversed, as it was an oversight on the part of the disorganized financial coordinator. A month later, I received yet another bill, which I did not understand, as no additional services were done. When I called to speak with someone about the bill, I was handed over a VERY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL Practice Manager named, DIANE. This woman was extremely unprofessional and arrogant, basically told me, she was going "above and beyond her realm of duty" to call my insurance for an explanation to the bill I received. She also told me it will take her a week, as this was "not her priority." Well where is her financial coordinator who is supposed to be taking care of this????? In addition to this, this DIANE was not even sure/able to explain what the practice was billing me for. She proceeded to become even more unprofessional by saying "I can't believe you're losing your mind over $49.." I am speechless with the level of incompetence and unprofessionalism of this practice. EXTREMELY POOR CLIENT SERVICE AND POORLY RAN. This is a disservice to the doctors/surgeons at this practice. They will lose a lot of customers over this type of unprofessional and rude service. Dr. Kuo may be a great doctor, however due to quality of front/back office staff, I will not be returning. I would rather take my service and money someplace where I feel valued a client. Not to mention the basics of professionalism and customer service. I would NOT RECOMMEND this practice to my family or friends. DIANE, the "practice manager" should be fired ASAP. This woman is in no position to be representing these offices as the "Practice Manager." She completely missed the point of client/customer retention. I hope the doctors at this practice read this review and look into this manager and the way things are ran at this practice.

Horrible people they refused to do my surgery after I told them I wasn't comfortable with dr fahlaty mi d u I had anxiety and pain I told them that was cruel so I would not recommend this office all these people are interested in. Is money please dont waste your time

Just got my wisdom teeth removed today by Dr. Sarah Kuo. She was very kind and answered all my questions I had. I was quite nervous at first, but she made me feel so much better! The staffs are amazing as well! Overall, wonderful experience!! Thank you so much! I highly recommend this facility !! :)

How can I give a negative point? Why did I not have a doctor call me back when needed? I had multiple infections. I had to pay out-of-pocket to see a dentist in Truckee & then went back to my referring dentist in Midtown Sacramento. I still have tooth shards still coming out of my gums 3 months later

I was extremely nervous going in to have 4 wisdom teeth removed, 2 of which were impacted. I was afraid of using general anesthesia and of the recovery. I went in to do my consultation and my extractions the same day. Every single staff member was extremely nice and assuring. I was seen shortly after filling out paperwork. The consultation was so informative and calming, any question I had thought to ask they brought and answered for me without having to ask. Every staff member was extremely thorough and attentive in what they did and asked. They made me feel so comfortable that I didn't even realize or think about going under sedation. Today is the day after my procedure and I feel great compared to what I had imagined. I have little to no swelling which is a shock to me. I know everyone's recovery is different but I can only imagine it is due to what a great job Dr. Kuo and her staff did. So far so good! I have already started recommending them to multiple people. Thank you Sacramento Oral Surgery staff!

I had my 4 wisdom teeth extracted at Sacramento Oral Surgery, my dentist highly recommended Dr. Kuo and I'm glad that he did. The process was so easy, consultation was same day. The entire staff was so professional, helpful, and throughough. I felt so comfortable and so informed. Couldn't have had an easier process!
