Best Dental experience my nonverbal child with autism has ever had. He is severely afraid of any medical professional will not cooperate in anyway and has eloped from other dental offices in the past. although he was very scared they did an amazing job with him, the wait was 5mins but we also requested the last appointment of the day this helped since he is not comfortable around other children. Staff was super friendly used calming voices with him, tried to do everything quickly and didn't push too much. This is also one of the cleanest offices I have ever been in, lots of thought is put into proper disinfecting procedures which made me feel very comfortable.

The dentist told my friend that "her son is autistic and she can't treat him" which is not correct!!. By the way he was never diagnosed with autism and that was unprofessional to said and caused the boy anxiety.

Do NOT go here if your child has sensory issues, they are not understanding AT ALL. They harass you and threaten you if you don't pick up the phone to confirm your appointment, but God forbid you reschedule your appointment, it's considered a cancelation and your booted. They should probably think about not working with children, things happen and the last thing anyone wants is another traumatized child being forced to the dentist full of anxiety. I'm pretty sure all the 5 stars are from private insurance patients because if you have Medi-cal you're not treated worthy of their service. BEWARE!!

I hate writing this, because upon my first visit with my son, I was overly impressed by everything at this office. It was leaps and bounds, better than the office I had taken my son to the past few years. Not only was the environment better, but the staff seemed helpful and very friendly. So why the low rating? Well last week I had an appointment for my son that I made 6 months ago. I showed up on time and in fact kept my son out of school to take him to his appointment that is now 40 minutes away from my home because I have since moved. Well When I arrived, the office was much busier than last time I visited. I waited 10 minutes with my son and then when I spoke to the gentleman at the front desk, he informed me that they contacted us and said that we needed to confirm the appointment, and because we had not done that, they canceled our appointment with out any warning. So I was definitely upset, but wanted to take a week to let the anger subside. I went back and looked at the text message they sent me, and all that it said was that if I wanted to reschedule or cancel my appointment, I would need to call. Nothing about confirming the appointment. I hope this doesn't happen often and maybe it was just a fluke for me, as I do think they are a really good office normally, but after this happened, I will never go back.

This is a great dental office. The staff are always friendly and the dentist is great with the kids. It's not over crowded so it's easy to get an appointment and they always have openings for emergency or urgent needs.

Dentist runs late where your child will be waiting for 30-45 minutes after the cleaning just to have dr do quick exam- only on our first appointment the dr was there with in 5 minutes to check. They like to put off treatment for several months so cavities can become larger and refuse to do preventive treatment to protect the other teeth and lie and say insurance won't cover it- I called my insurance and inquired and my insurance does cover it and didn't understand why I was told I needed to pay out of pocket if I wanted the preventive procedure done. It takes several months for a filling appointment (literally got another cleaning appointment before the scheduled cavity appointment) and then when you finally come in it's now a larger and more expensive/ traumatizing procedure. Dentists should always save teeth and protect them preventively but this dentist isn't ethical in my opinion and just chases dollars. Also no tooth brush or floss is given out which is a sure sign they want your kids teeth to rot.

We have been coming for a few years now and I have no complaints, staff and Dentist are friendly and office is joyful and clean. Plenty of parking.
