Entire staff was very friendly. Dr Saad noticed a few minor things But instead of pushing to have them done said we will watch them. Definitely would recommend this office.

Saad smiles is a wonderful welcoming Dental office! It is not often that I take surveys or leave reviews but Saad Smiles touched me today in a way that I must. First time patient, I cracked a front tooth over the weekend. I have been putting off a couple other issues and was in fear of a lecture and embarrassment for putting everything off out of necessity, but now it is time to get the work done. Dr. Saad went through everything with me, speaking in terms that were easy to understand, and laid out several ways I could proceed. Absolutely no pressure, no lecturing, no saying you must do this now, as other dentists have said to me. It was here are your options, this is best for your long term, this is your lowest cost option, this is what I would do if it was me, and it was not the highest cost option for each issue I need to resolve. You tell me what you would like to do and how to proceed. His chair-side manor is incredible. When I told him it was amazing the way I felt treated from the initial phone call to his completion of his work on me for the day he simply said simply we treat people here the way I want to be treated and how they deserve, I am not doing anything special. In this day and age that is special! I disagree with him here though, he has a way about him that is unique and special. His pricing is very fair, but that isn't even close to his strong suit. As he worked on the tooth that I came in to have fixed he was also asking are you ok, do you need a break? He manages to work efficiently without rushing or taking a long time, which is a tremendously hard thing to master in any profession. His assistant, who is also a fantastic person, had commented that it looked really good when he was nearing completion, to which he responded it is good but I want it to be perfect, as he continued to dabble until he was certain it met his standards. He did amazing work for me and I am now looking forward to getting the rest of my work done. His mother Fadia takes the payments and she is a wonderful combination of old world charm and modern day wizard, working their systems, ensuring the price and details are correct. I cannot say enough good things about this dental practice. They are simply great family people who understand their work makes a huge difference in other's lives and take a tremendous amount of pride in making you feel welcome and they are your team honored to be working for you.

I've been getting my teeth cleaned by Jill for years, she's absolutely amazing! I love that all the patients are treated like family. The office is super clean and the dentists are phenomenal. Dr. Hassan always makes you smile and Dr. Nadia is so attentive!
