It's ridiculous how at every appointment I take my child to, the dentist will tell me different things from the previous appointment. When I asked her questions she just gave me an attitude & said at the next appointment they'll check on it. She basically said the same thing at the last appointment. I feel like all she cares about is going to the next patient asap so she could careless.

I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone with a 1 year old who will be a first time patient. The staff was kind but extremely busy like a Rush hour at a restaurant or a busy grocery store. There was absolutely no privacy what so ever! My baby reacted like any normal baby going in for there first apt she cried because it was a new experience but it was incredibly stressful uncomfortable and a nightmare for my baby because we had everyone staring at us. She's a baby! Baby's cry! Just not a safe place. Also everyone is laying very close to each other not even arms length away. Multiple beds in a row.

Great place especially for kids! Crystal is great with kids and really patient with my son who get anxious very easily. Thank goodness for that! Highly recommended!

Simply impolite. Some of the personnel is abrupt and cold, while others try to be as friendly as possible. What set off my morning was when they kept asking, "Are you the parents/guardian?" as though if I wasn't either of those, why should I bother bringing the kids here on time and for their appointment? Also, whether I make a comment or offer advice concerning my children's teeth, they appear to blame me for their condition. Which makes me think that it would be preferable if they said it in a nicer tone and manner about how I and the kids should properly care for their teeth. Furthermore, when the kids said, "ouch, it hurts!" they should have stopped and waited patiently until the kids/child was ready to continue with the process of cleaning their teeth. I was examining them and noticed that they do not say "oh, I'm sorry" or have no say/comment to the children/children, but instead continue to brush their teeth. I understand wanting to get the task done quickly so they can spend more time roaming around and chatting with coworkers, but this is not acceptable. What drew my notice was that as we walked outside the door, my kids rated themselves 1/10 and said we should never come back here and instead go back to their old dentist. This was never the case at their previous dental office. I felt that this would be my last time here with this type of staff and environment that is simply unpleasant and does not try to educate the children about their teeth if this continue. Since they are working in this career and positions, I hope they read my comment and change for the better. I would probably urge and advise that if they do not want to work in the dental field or around children/babies, they should leave before someone tells them off. Finally, do not recommend that I phone a number from the office to express my experience when this is sufficient. I believe that changing the moods of the workers to be sweeter and kinder to the kids and parents/guardians who are bringing the kids/child to the dentist place for a check up or cleaning will improve the experience for new patients and old patients.

The office smells great and is very clean and well decorated. Great staff, they are friendly and kind and so well informed. The dentist here is phenomenal, she takes time to ask how you're doing and explain everything to you patiently. They're so good with kids too! They made my son feel so comfortable and they give them cute, little toys at the end. So happy to have found this place!

My daughter has autism and is non verbal, we were worried that she wouldn't have a good time but she was all smiles and happy, all because of the doctor and the dental assistant, Nina. Nina is and was so sweet, calm and informative. We truly appreciate the staff. We didn't wait more than 10 mins for our appointment and were seen.i truly love this location.

I recently took my son who is only 23 months, he didn't want to open his mouth right away when they told him to, they didn't try to play with him or anything just told him to open, she then proceeded to force her fingers in his mouth and pry open his mouth, when he started to push her away I was told I need to hold him down and restrain him. Again when the doctor came to do the exam part I was told I needed to help them out and hold his arms down to his stomach as the assistant held his head down, I quickly grabbed him and left. As a dentist especially somewhere that specializes in children this is not okay at all, you should never have a bad dental experience that is going to forever make him scared to return to the dentist. I do not recommend this dentist at all and will never return.

This is the best pediatric dental office me and my child have ever been to! We had a few bad experiences, one with Western Dental that was pretty traumatizing. But here, they got us in very quickly. And they were incredibly kind, patient & gentle with my child. I got to be right there in the room with her during filling and tooth extraction. The dentist talked with her and put her at ease as well as let her pick the movie for the tv above her. I am so pleased and would recommend them to anyone I know!

Went again to this dentist today and even though my child screamed and threw a fit as usual the staff was still amazing and nice. The dentist is just so wonderful!! Would recommend for sure they are great!! It sure seems that the people that work here really like children. They are saints for dealing with my screaming 4 year old.

I took my daughter here today and had a wonderful experience. Staffs were nice, office nice, clean and bright. Dentist were sweet! Took time to answer all my concerns. In and Out like a breeze! We'll take both of my kids back here.

So this place is good everyone is nice and it was fast I didn't like that when my son was getting a X-ray he did good but was getting impatient and they last asked him if he wanted a toy he said yes and he sat for the rest So at the end of visit he kept asking for his toy and that got me upset cause they told him that and they didn't offer type of anything not even a sticker so Next time I go I will tell them not to say that if they do it again not that they needed to give him anything but that didn't sit with me right

Dental office clean and tidy. Liked how they had two separate waiting areas. The wait time was 5 minutes in waiting room. All staff I came in contact with were polite and friendly. The staff greeted my daughter and talked to her. Which is important as she is non verbal. The dentist and staff explained a game plan and asked if I had any questions. Giving it 3 stars as it is not very disability accessable. Things that need improvement, the ramps leading into the building were extremely steep. Made it difficult to push my daughter who uses a wheelchair into the office. Going out was worse as the wheelchair and her body weight (60lbs) causes you to need to be held back or roll away Door was also hard to use. Very heavy. No handicap parking available. One other thing I didn't care for is there was no privacy. I could hear everything that was wrong with the other kids as well as I am sure the parents/kids could hear everything that was going on with my daughter. Dental chairs were only a few feet from each other and all but one chair had a patient in it. They need to have some separation between patients. Between COVID and HIPPA that was not a good set up. Fix those things and it will be a 5 star experience.

I love this place. The dentist is superwoman. I recommend this place big time. The dental assistants are specialized with little children. The front office staff rocks!!!!! Thank you ladies for all your help.
