I had the best experience with Dr. David Ngo. I went and got a teeth whitening, which I haven't done in a while. The entire office was welcoming, let me know exactly what they were doing and when they were doing it. Dr. Ngo would check on me every so often to ensure I wasn't in any discomfort, and to make sure they process was going smoothly. The whole appointment took about an hour, and when he was done, he gave me steps to follow to keep the whitening last longer. He is now my go to for anything teeth related!

Dr. Ngo is the best dentist I have ever had. He explains things very well and went through my X-rays with me to show me what he could tell about my dental care from the imaging alone. His team is very nice and it's been a pleasure to be their patient!

I emailed S@L Dentist a month ago. Dr. Nao, was very easy to work with and extremely honest about every step he takes, and what I should expect in return for his services. I was very happy with his whole team and especially Angela and Angi. Angela was awesome to deal with during my email consultation and Angi was assisting Dr.Nao. Not one time did I feel like a number or a typical patient that needed to get in and get out to turn volume. I received my veneer's yesterday after 4 weeks and was so happy that when I woke up this Morning and saw my smile in the mirror, I had some tears in my eyes. Finally I can smile with confidence, knowing that I have my straight teeth and they are white again. Thank you S & L Dentist Team. It truly is a life changer. I look forward to getting my lowers done before Xmas and having you are my dentist moving forward. Dr.Nao, is a man of his word and will never miss guide you.

This place is great. The entire staff is very warm and welcoming. That makes a lot of sense considering Dr. Ngo is the best dentist I have ever had. I had to have a good amount of dental work done and from day 1 Dr. Ngo explained everything to me to the very smallest detail. I have had a few dentists in my life but he will be the last one I ever go to.

I have to say this is by far the greatest experience I've ever had going to the dentist. Any time I need to go in for cleanings or dental work it is from start to finish, as easy as it needs to be. I wish I had a dentist like Dr. Ngo growing up.The patience that he has is incredible and he talks you thoroughly, through his every move to make sure you feel comfortable the entire time. He displays his professionalism and extensive knowledge while also making sure you understand what he is explaining and why he is doing what he is doing. In addition to; the office is incredible. The ladies at reception are wonderful, and they have an awesome little dog named Dino , that will come say hey to you if you are feeling nervous or just want to say hello! I would 100% recommend this practice to anyone for the best dental service in Arizona.

Dr. Ngo is fantastic. I had teeth whitening and new veneers, and my smile now looks a thousand times better. He is a perfectionist, and this shows in the results. His staff is friendly, and his dog is adorable. Super clean, modern office. I will return for routine cleanings and checkups as well.

I can't say enough good things about S&L Dental! Excellent experience all the way around. Front desk staff is friendly, professional, and very pleasant. The dental assistants are top notch and Dr. Ngo is amazing. His office is clean, modern, and comfortable. He explained my dental plan thoroughly and answered all my questions which really made me confident in the overall process. Even his referral to a local endodontist was impressive (no surprise he works with the best in their field). Dr. Ngo takes pride in his business and has a great work ethic. This shows in his staff, office, and dental care. I feel confident referring anyone to S&L Dental and I'm fortunate to have found them. I never thought I'd look forward to dental visits but now I do with S&L and Dr. Ngo. Thank you! Highly recommended!!!

I called S&L Dental because I had a toothache and needed to be seen immediately. The front office staff made sure I was seen at a time that worked best for my schedule. Dr. Ngo went over the treatment he recommended and was able to get me out of pain the same day he saw me. I can't express how much I appreciate everyone at S&L Dental. Thank you for making this experience a great one!

I'll be honest I came for the dog. I have a lot of anxiety when it comes to the dentist, and I loved the idea that they had a "therapy" dog to sit with you for your appointment. At least that's what instagram and the receptionist made it seem like. In reality he's more of an office mascot, which still super awesome and I still love this idea. I had a great 1st visit. I felt like Dr. Ngo really cared about helping ease my anxiety and make this a positive experience. We talked at length about my history and allergies. He constantly reassured me at every step he'd make sure I was comfortable before proceeding. That talk all went out the window when I returned for my fallow up visit to get my fillings. I felt so uncomfortably rush and everything we talked about was forgotten. I walked out of the office crying it was so triggering. I had barely sat down before they threw be back and came at me no warning with some numbing gel and a big needle in hand. I completely lost it, this was not how we had talked about this appointment going. My other issues were his push for $20 "prescription" tooth past that he just has mountains of behind the receptionist counter. I'm whole convinced it made my cavities worsen and accelerate. Where he said it would slow their progress down. And I didn't feel like I got a thorough cleaning.

Dr. Ngo is amazing. After trying out a few different places in town I was finally referred to S&L by some good friends. As someone who doesn't like the dentist I finally found a home and will never leave. Dr. Ngo and his team make you feel so comfortable. They explain everything in detail and are very gentle! He recently just did veneers for me and has completely changed my smile. Everyone I meet is so impressed with his work and I cannot thank him and his team enough. If you are looking for just a regular teeth cleaning or looking to get a brand new smile look no further and give Dr. Ngo and S&L a call!

I've been going to Dr. Ngo for 4 years now and I can't say enough good things about him and his team. He takes the time to explain everything in as much detail as you want, and with me being in the medical field, I really appreciate when he dives into the anatomy. You can tell he cares about his patients and is passionate about his work. He and his amazing team will go above and beyond to provide the best care and make sure you're taken care of.

S&L dental was one of the cleanest/nicest dentist offices I've been to. The check-in staff were very friendly and welcoming. DR. Ngo was honestly the best dentist I've been to. I've recently moved to Scottsdale Az from Chicago..I've been looking for a dentist I could trust and he proved that he was the dentist for the job. I've been putting off a crown for 2 years and dr. Ngo assured me that he could get the procedure done quick and painless . After 2 sessions with him , the crown is complete . He was correct , it was painless and he was so efficient! He guided me throughout the entire process about what needed to be done . Every time I thought I would have a question to ask him, he already answered it. Dr. Ngo is fantastic , I couldn't recommend him enough .

I really like Dr. Ngo as a dentist, but his front office is so unprofessional. I had my 6 month cleaning scheduled for 1/4/22 (which I scheduled 6 months prior at my previous cleaning). I never received a confirmation text for this appointment but I had it in my calendar. I called the office the morning of my appointment just to confirm and the front desk girl said they don't have me on the schedule. After looking more into it, she said "you did have an appointment today, but the doctor is out of office so it was cancelled". I never received a text or call letting me know that my appointment was cancelled! To make it worse, she said the soonest they could get me in was late May - which would be almost time for my next 6 month cleaning anyways. Cancelling my appointment without telling me and not fitting me in sooner is why I have had to find a new dentist.

Dr. Ngo is the best, understands all your concerns and will address each one of them very thoroughly. The front office staff is very knowledgeable and, the back office staff is very friendly. The entire staff went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Definitely took my dentist jitters away. Overall, great experience and will definitely coming back.
