Dr. Michael Amir graduated from USC Dental School and attended post graduate programs in Israel. He is a graduate of the world famous gIDE Institute in Los Angeles, specializing in implant and cosmetic dentistry. Dr. Amir taught at USC Dental School and has over 25 years of experience in cosmetic and family dentistry. He has been in private practice for the past 20 years. He is passionate about quality dentistry and enjoys providing the best care to all of his patients. He comes from a family of dentists! His father, grandfather, uncles and wife are all dentists. Dr. Amir is married and has two children. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor sports, especially running marathons. Dr. Amir has offices in Sherman Oaks and North Hollywood, CA.
Dr. Larry Hamer is graduate of USC Dental School, with 23 years of experience, 20 of those years in private practice. He pursued postgraduate education in cosmetic and family dentistry. In his free time he enjoys playing tennis and spending time with his wife and three children.

Has been SC Dental (Dr Michael Amir) patient for many years. Always received excellent expertise and service. The doctor is a knowledgeable expert in his profession. Have recommenced Dr Amir to my friends who always expressed gratitude and appreciation.

My MOM referred me here about a couple of years ago and I procrastinated cause that's what I do when it comes to going to the dentist. Well, if you're an admittedly scaredy cat and would rather consider enduring child birth instead of going, then I've got news for you! Dr. Michael Amir IS the worlds best no pain dentist ever. To be honest, i wanted to be selfish so I was NOT going to do a review because if too many people read this and go, I'll never get in here! It's hard as it is AND he's open Saturdays!! He always calls to check on you after a major appt.! His staff is always amazing too! I think I've found my soul-dentist lol. (Yes I make up my own words) Today I got a root canal and I've been running around and feel amazing. Sore but amazing! I've never had a dentist numb you up like you're taking a drink! He numbs quite a bit even throughout your procedure and that's just awesome for me. This is definitely my life-long dentist. That's how seriously this is lol.
