Dr. Ryan attended the University of Notre Dame for his undergraduate degree, where he was a 4 -year varsity letter winner, and then the Ohio State University for his Doctor of Dental Surgery, graduating with honors and receiving several awards and commendations for academic and research excellence clinical achievement. He completed his residency in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at Case Western Reserve University and achieved the Orthodontic Research Award given to the top senior resident.

Currently, Dr. Ryan serves as an assistant clinical professor of orthodontics atCase Western Reserve University. He has conducted extensive research on facial growth and treatment efficiency.His research as a resident at Case investigated the clinical results of protraction headgear to correct underbites; Dr. Ryan is known for his expertise with Herbst Therapy.

Dr. Ryan is a member of theAmerican Association of Orthodontists, theGreat Lakes Society of Orthodontistsand theCleveland Society of Orthodontists.He is also a member of theAmerican Dental Association, theOhio Dental Associationand has served on the board of directors for theGreater Cleveland Dental Society.

Dr. Orabi, a native of Cairo, Egypt, came to Cleveland to complete her masters degree in orthodontics at Case Western Reserve University. She excelled in residency, where Dr. Terry Wenger and Dr. Ryan Wenger were two of her instructors. At CWRU, she investigated the effects of orthodontic extraction and orthopedic appliances on the pharyngeal airway and was awarded the B. Holly Broadbent Award for Outstanding Research in her graduating class. In May, Dr. Orabi competed against residents from all over the world, becoming CWRUs first clinician to win the prestigious Charley Schultz Clinical Research Award. Dr. Orabis other honors include a dental degree and a masters degree in Restorative Dentistry with Cairo Universitys highest distinction for academic and clinical achievement. She has taught as a clinical lecturer, published several articles, and presented her research internationally.

Dr. Orabi is interested in Invisalign treatment, 3D imaging, oral appliances for sleep apnea, and surgical orthodontics. She is currently a member of the American Association of Orthodontics, American Dental Association, Ohio Dental Association, American Cleft Palate Association and American Association for Dental Research.

Dr. Orabi volunteers on medical service trips and recently received the 2018 Kesling Award for excellence in community service. She is fluent in English, Arabic, and French. Noha and her husband Abe reside in Cleveland Heights. She enjoys photography, traveling, swimming, and jigsaw puzzles in her free time.
