I called today to see if I could get my Mom some much needed help. We were new patients and they fit us in that afternoon. An hour after I called! We arrived to a very nice staff member Brandon and were taken care of immediately. We are very impressed with the great work and caring team they have here and would highly recommend this Doctor. She's very observant and cautious of your needs health and healing. Thanks for all your hard work today and working with my Moms special needs.

Dr. Kim was extremely rude, unprofessional and unhelpful for my cousin who went in for a filling. She spoke to him as if he were a less than dirt peasant The lobby and examination rooms were very filthy and scruffy, the instruments used weren't even properly secured or cleaned, and to top it off there is a complete lack of proper staff. The Dentist also did not sanitize her hands before touching the mouth of my cousin. I am tempted to report the establishment to OSHA.

I went in to have two teeth pulled. I had an infection in my gums. Was given novicane. My 2 teeth were pulled with out me being numb. The novicane didn't work. I never felt so much pain in my life. Was shaking swetting and screaming. I heard her tell secretary that novicane didn't work because of infection. Isn't that something she should of known? She kept going and teeth came out. I almost passed out. Had to lay there for 10 min. So I could leave without fainting. I will never go back!!!!

Place was dirty tools were definitely not clean and was numbed up before confirming if I wanted the work. Felt like they wanted me in and out asap.

Dr. Hannah Kim saw me for one tooth but decided to work on a second tooth as well. When I left and lost the numbness I was uncomfortable and could feel holes in the filling on my teeth but I didn't trust to go back to dr Kim. I got 2 different dentists to look at my teeth after she worked on them and my fears were confirmed that the fillings weren't done properly. The front desk staff at Ryan Family Dental was very kind and helpful but even they had to cover for dr Kim. If you can't find another dentist who accepts your insurance I would hesitate greatly before seeing this dentist. I do not recommend going here. (I was told she is the only Doctor operating out of Ryan Family Dental so there are no chances you won't get her)

I had a broken filling, and they were the only office that had availability that took my insurance so I went here. With covid still an issue they did not do temp checks or had any santizer between use or any guidelines made aware to me. Which whatever but as a new patient, the dentist never introduced herself so I have no idea who I saw. When the dentist looked at my tooth she told me my tooth was broken, so of course I was worried because i had no idea how my tooth broke. Than after an xray she said it was just a broken filling as I suspected and said it was really bad....she wouldn't fix it! She told me I needed to go back to the dentist who did the filling which I told her it's been about 1-2 years and I think they filled that tooth but i'm not sure. She said why did you not go there. I said because they were closed and had no appointments and obviously this was an emergency. She told me if I want it fixed there I would have to pay money and I said even if I have insurance that covers this? She goes "I just told you because it's been 2 years you need to go to the place you got it". During all this she also took her mask off while talking to me when my mask was off during the exam never sanitized after touching my mouth or face. I'm not a crazy person with covid but I felt they were not practicing or following safety. I couldn't believe she said it was bad but I would need to pay to fix it even though I have insurance and I checked my insurance it would be covered. I ended up calling the dental place I went to years ago to find out that they didn't even work on that tooth so there is no conflict. I chose not to go back in to even argue. I will not be going back here, maybe I had a bad experience but it was enough.UPDATE: In the response to this review they said medicaid doesn't cover within 2 years and to call but I did speak with medicaid insurance and they said there was no conflict so sounds like a misunderstanding somewhere. When I called, It was originally thought to have been a broken tooth which is why it was considered a dental emergency when I made the appointment. Either way obviously there was some misunderstanding.

I came here when I was pregnant and they were very kind to me and mindful of my child! After I was pregnant I returned to this office and again was treated with great service and respect! Love this place very good dentist! I do want to add one thing I am the most high anxiety/scared person when it comes to getting dental work or anything to do with doctors and dr . Ryan helped calm me down and even joked around with me! There are not that many personable humans left! Glad he's my dentist!
