I am proud to be a native Oregonian who grew up in West Linn and graduated from West Linn High School.I went on to attend Oregon State University, where I met my amazing wife, Jenny. I truly enjoyed my four years at Oregon State University and I am a Beaver believer for life. After graduating, I completed my dental training at Oregon Health Science University School of Dentistry, earning my Doctor of Dental Medicine degree in 1999. My wife and I returned to Corvallis at that time to begin my dental practice.
We now have three wonderful children, Sam, Sophia, and Harrison. I love Corvallis, and it is a great place to raise a family.We are avid Oregon State University supporters, and we love hiking, camping, and other outdoor activities. I personally enjoy weight lifting, softball, basketball, traveling, reading, and most importantly, giving back to my community.
I am an active member in good standing of the American Dental Association (ADA), the Oregon Dental Association (ODA), the Southern Willamette Dental Society (SWDS), and the American Academy of Implant Dentistry (AAID). I am also a member and Fellow of the Academy of General Dentistry (FAGD).
Being part of Dr. Sparks dental team for the last four years has been amazing! I have over 20 years of front office experience in the dental office, primarily as an insurance coordinator. My husband and I live in Lebanon, and we share a home in the country with my parents. I enjoy being active in my church and spending time with family. I also enjoy gardening, cooking, baking, and kayaking.
I have worked in the dental field for 27 years and joined Dr. Ryan D. Sparks office in May of 2012. I really enjoy working with such a great team! I have been married to my husband, Jim, for 29 years, and together, we have three wonderful children. In my spare time, I enjoy watching my kids play sports, camping, and trips to the beach. I also love volunteering with my family at Camp Attitude every summer to serve people affected by disabilities.
I have been a dental hygienist in the Corvallis area for several years. I took a few years off to stay home with my two children. When I decided to return to work, I applied here and was hired by Dr. Ryan D. Sparks in September 2006. I truly love working here.
I live in Philomath with my husband Jay, son Chase, and daughter Paige. We enjoy camping and Beaver football. After running my kids from activity to activity, I might find time for my hobby, beading, which I am passionate about. I enjoy making bracelets, earrings, and necklaces.
I am married, and we have two grown daughters who both live in Portland. I have one grandson. I enjoy spending time in the city with our daughters and our grandson. I also like outdoor activities such as boating, camping, playing with our dog, decorating, and flower arranging.
After being a patient at this office for almost 15 years, it is an honor now to work for Dr. Sparks and be a part of such a great dental team. I started at this office in the summer of 2019 and have truly enjoyed getting to know my patients. My husband and I live in Corvallis and enjoy road biking, backpacking, and hiking with our two dogs.
I have been a dental hygienist in Corvallis since 2006, and I joined Dr. Sparks team in 2019. I grew up here in the Willamette Valley and attended Oregon Institute of Technology, earning a Bachelor of Science degree. My husband is a teacher, and we have three small children who keep us very busy.
My husband, Bob, and I moved from Eureka, California, to Corvallis in 2014 after purchasing 30 acres to start a produce farm. Corvallis has been very welcoming, and we feel a part of the community. We have four adult children and four grandchildren, unfortunately in other states. I enjoy time with my family and friends, baking/cooking, caring for our diverse pets and exploring Oregon. I graduated from dental hygiene school in 1980 and joined this practice in August of 2020. It is important to me to provide excellent care to our patients and help them achieve dental health through good home care.
I grew up on the coast in the small town of Toledo. I graduated from the dental assisting program at LBCC. I joined Dr. Ryan D. Sparkss team in the fall of 2015. In my spare time, I enjoy baking and being outdoors.
I have been part of our dental team since August 2005 as a certified dental assistant. I obtained my education at Linn Benton Community College. I enjoy my volunteer work with Northwest Medical Teams.
I grew up in Corvallis and have lived here for over 20 years. I finished the dental assisting program at Linn Benton Community college in June of 2020 and joined the team of Dr. Sparks in August of 2020. I enjoy spending time outdoors in the sunshine and being with my dogs.

Upon my arrival I was greeted with cheerful, smiling faces, my hygienist, Michelle, was friendly, well prepared and efficient. Dr. Sparks was his usual upbeat, cheerful self, he checked my teeth and inquired about my health, etc. overall going to the dentist was a pleasant experience. The whole experience was positive!

I paid $150 to have Dr Sparks re-cement my crown. I think he used temporary cement because it fell off a week later, so I went in again and asked him to re-cement it with better cement and he said, "I am using the strongest cement we have." The crown fell off again 5 days later. The whole time Dr Sparks kept telling me that it wasn't a well made crown and I should have him make me a new one, trying to get me to spend a lot of money to do unnecessary work. Apparently he thought that after the crown fell off a couple times I would think "well I better pay him to make a new one," So I guess his scheme was to put temporary cement on so it would fall off until I bought a new one from him in which case he would use acutal dental cement. Shady! You are supposed to be a professional! After the second time it fell off I went to a different dentist and paid another $180 to have the crown re-cemented and it has not fallen off and that was over a month ago. Long story short, Dr. Sparks is a liar and a swindler

My husband has been a patient of Dr. Sparks for many years. He's had basic cleaning all the way through implants completed with great results. We enjoy the personable service we get every time we come for a visit. Thank you for everything you've done!

Dr. Sparks has been my dentist for years. His work is consistently excellent and he and his staff are very friendly and professional. My hygienist, Michelle, is incredibly gentle. I honestly cannot say enough good things about Dr. sparks and his team.

Dr Sparks and his staff are awesome. What usually is a dreadful experience (having dental work done) is made pleasant due to great team that he has assembled. From the moment you walk into the door until you leave the building, you are surrounded by positive, compassionate people who treat their patients with care and kindness. They all do a great job explaining what work is being done....and why. I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a local dentist.

My parents have been going here their whole lives (~52+ years, since Dr. Johnson). I was appalled to learn the prices being charged to elderly long-term patients. After that many loyal years and now being on a fixed income, it is robbery to charge those prices. There should be reasonable pricing discounts for seniors (at the least). The staff and technicians sound great, but the lack of good citizenship is disappointing.
