Dr. Candelora is a native of Southern California. He is a La Canada High School graduate. He earned his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona and then graduated from the University of Southern California School of Dentistry in 2003.
After graduation, Dr. Candelora worked with cosmetic dentist Dr. Bill Dorfman. His work was featured on the hit show extreme makeover. Dr. Candelora moved to his Glendale location in 2006. His focus is total oral health with emphasis on cosmetic excellence.
Dr. Candelora is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association and the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. He has served as a faculty member at his alma mater, USC School of Dentistry and is currently on the board of the Century Club, which is an alumni association at USC.
Dr. Kim graduated Cum Laude from UCLA School of Dentistry. He has 15 years of clinical experience and for the last 10 years, has owned his own private practice in Orange County. Living in Pasadena, hes been searching for the right fit that would move him closer to home. He and his wife Hannah, a local pharmacist, have 2 young children: Colin (6) and Madison (3). On weekends, Dr. Kim enjoys spending quality time with his family, cooking, reading, and is a professional LEGO builder for his children.

I can say without the slightest hesitation, Dr. Ryan Candelora is truly an exceptional dentist, and he runs a very efficient, quality office from top to bottom. His staff and support is professional, very qualified, and truly great at what they do. Finding the "right" dentist can be a challenging effort - I promise you, you cannot go wrong with him. On top of being very gifted at what he does, Ryan is also a terrific individual. He takes the time, provides very clear in his explanations, and thorough. In my many years of direct involvement with him, I have never been anything less than fully appreciative of the care and results that I've attained with him.

Dr. Kim is an excellent dentist. I had a 4:10pm appt, & was taken earlier than that. He put a cap back in place, & explained long term options. The staff is great. I was out in under 30 mins. I highly recommend this dental practice.

Dr. Candelora was terrific! He was very personable and explained everything thoroughly. I was shocked to have absolutely no pain when he did the two injections for numbing. That was a first for me- the most pleasant dental experience I've ever had! Thank you, Dr. Candelora!

Dr. Candelora is the best dentist I have ever been to in my 60+ years. I started going to him 20 years ago when I moved to LA. I have had a fair amount of dental work over the years from fillings to crowns to implants to bonding. Dr. Candelora excels at all. He is very nice, funny and makes you feel so comfortable. His staff is wonderful and helpful, too. They make me love going to the dentist!
