I don"t ever leave reviews but this place is top notch with unmatched precision! Had a root canal and Dr. Brandt explained everything as it was happening no pain, and perfect job!

Terrible office policies, poor communication and very expensive. Bad experience, I'd recommend seeking an alternative.

I almost fell asleep... During a root canal procedure... Brandt and his team are that good. Seriously, they communicate well. They make sure you're comfortable. They explain what they're doing before doing it. They are quick and efficient. I would say this is the best medical practitioner I've ever been to. Costly, yes. A re-treat on a previous root canal done by another dentist was around $1,500 billed to my insurance, but it was worth it to save the tooth and my sanity (from severe pain). If you go here from a referal or walk-in, expect excellence.

Dr. Brandt and his staff are all super nice. They do a very good job at making sure that you are comfortable. I am not terrified of the dentist, but I'll admit, I was a little nervous to have my first root canal done. Dr. Tang did an amazing job. She let me know everything that she was doing step by step. I was able to watch tv to keep my mind off of having a root canal done. The massaging chairs are a bonus. Darcy at the front desk is super helpful in answering any questions that you have about insurance information and copays. If (hopefully I don't) I ever had to have another root canal done, this would be the place I would go again.

Dr. Brandt is great. You can tell he knows his stuff, yet he's down to earth and goes by his first name. Went for a root canal and he explained every step of the way and did his best to minimize discomfort. May have been the bedside manner I've ever experienced from any healthcare professional. His assistant was great as well and office staff are all stellar. Highly recommend.

Was very nervous for a root canal. Had a couple years ago!! It was a cinch! No pain!! Doctor took his time and was very informative through the whole process!! Best Endo doc I've ever been too!!

I appreciate how gentle Dr. Tang has been with both my root canals. She has a wonderful bedside manner and has helped to alleviate my long-held anxiety about dental treatment.

I had a root canal done on a broken tooth in front by Dr. Xianli Tang and she was Awesome! I went into the procedure expecting the worst since I have never had this done before. It took longer to fill out the paperwork than it did to do the work. Did not feel ANYTHING! Awesome staff throughout this practice and would recommend them to everybody!

This is the 1st time I was in need of a root canal and I was recommended by one of my dentist's to Dr.Brandts office! This was the best recommendation for getting a root canal done because Dr.Brandt walked me through the procedure, talked to me and made everything so relaxing throughout the procedure! If you are worried about getting a root canal done, worry no longer and goto Dr.Brandts office! Best endodontics in jackson 10/10

I am the biggest wimp when it comes to pain in my mouth. Dr Tang is absolutely awesome. Started to feel a little pain gave me a small shot so I wouldn't feel anything even though she was almost done. Everyone understood my terror and didn't make me feel bad because of it. If I ever need another root canal this is where I will go!

I seen Dr. Xianli Tang worse choice ever!!! Supposed to do a RCT Retreatment. Half way through she starts going "oh no, oh no" under her breath. I asked whats going on. She said nothing. She then grabbed filling jammed it in my tooth and said im done, and asked that I go to the lobby. She was unable to explain anything... if I had cancer she wouldn't have been able to tell me. I mean it is your job to give the report good or bad. The receptionist finally give me the news after the doctor left. Because I asked her to leave because all she would do was beat around the bush. DONT GO TO THIS Dr. ESPECIALLY IF YOU LIKE YOUR TEETH. LONG STORY SHORT SHE BROKE MY TOOTH IN THE JAW!!! So $200 procedure turned into a $5000 multiple surgery and a bone graff that im responsible for. Thanks for ruining everything and admiting no mistake...

I had to have a root canal done today, and if anyone is scared, or having hesitation, I promise you Dr. Brandt & his staff will take very good care of you! Dr. Brandt explains everything to you as of what he is doing, or going to do... I've never met such a kind Dr.! Thank you Dr. Brandt for your kindness, and treating me with Dignity & respect.

Just had a root canal done and I tell you what they are amazing and I didn't feel a thing ,if you need a root canal don't look around call them amazing staff and they do amazing job.

No one "loves" having their teeth drilled. However, Team Brandt provides top notch customer service, modern technology and first rate care. I was impressed by the on line customer portal and paperless service. Dr. Brandt made me a smarter patient by explaining my issue and procedure in a manner which was understandable. I do not wish a root canal....but if I need one....Team Brandt!
