A native of Memphis Tennessee, Dr. Rutledge received his Doctorate of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Tennessee in 2002. Dr. Rutledge achieved Diplomate status in the International Dental Implant Association, the highest level obtainable. Dr. Rutledge continues to stay on the cutting edge of the dental field by attending various continuing education classes around the world as well as volunteering to place dental implants in the Dominican Republic.
Upon Graduation from dental school, Dr. Rutledge opened a private practice in Memphis. After 16 years in private practice and many vacations to the Tucson area, Dr. Rutledge and his wife Ali decided to make Oro Valley their home. Dr. Rutledge and his wife are avid competitive triathletes . They compete all over the world in Ironman competitions. When he is not working, training, or competing he loves to spend time with his welsh terrier Lily.
Dr. Rutledges practice philosophy is to develop long lasting, health oriented relationships based on trust, integrity and honest communication with patients. He wants to help patients understand the causes of their current dental condition and develop a long term plan to increase their self esteem and well being by enhancing their appearance, comfort and ability to sustain excellent dental health. His dental practice features implant dentistry, Invisalign and complete smile makeovers, but as a general dentist he treats all dental needs both small and large.

In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, be it being outdoors enjoying different activities or a quiet movie night at home.
Proudly hailing from the northeast corner of Florida, Angie loves all things involving beaches. What she loves even more is practicing dental hygiene. Her focus is to ensure each patient feels comfortable and valued. She will not only work hard to clean your teeth, she will take the time to share information to help you achieve optimal oral health. When Angie is not working, she enjoys reading, walking the family Border Collie and following SEC football. She and her husband have a daughter and two sons
Lorrie has been a practicing dental hygienist since moving to Tucson from her home state of Illinois in 1985. She has loved her profession for over 30 years and still conveys her passion for educating and treating her patients in order to help them achieve the best oral health possible. Lorrie is married to a great guy, Dale, and has three wonderful sons. Lorrie spends time away from work enjoying reading, hiking, traveling, animals, music and time with friends. A Tucson native, Shannon earned her hygiene degree in 2005. She finds her profession to be highly rewarding in helping people achieve optimum oral health. She prides herself on providing the highest quality of care pain free. Shannon is married with 2 children. In her free time you can find her in the gym and at the football/baseball field or volleyball court cheering on her kids.
She has been a part of the dental field since 1997 and has lived all over the country, working for several dentists over the years, learning new techniques along the way. Her husband is currently serving in the Air National Guard moving her and their children all over the country, their hoping to make Tucson their forever home. In Kristys free time she enjoys spending time with her family and going to her sonss and husbands hockey games.
