Dr Russo earned her doctorate degree at the University of Medicine and Dentistryof New Jersey and has been practicing dentistry for over 25 years . She is commited to providing her patients with the highest quality and most comfortable dental experience.
Thanks to his extensive experience, Dr. Steven Reff provides the highest level of surgical care with gentleness and compassion. He graduated at the top of his class from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, where he received his DDS (Doctor of Dental Surgery) degree. He was honored to be inducted into the Gamma Pi Delta Prosthodontic Honor Society by his faculty. He also served as president of the dental schools Global Dental Organization and Oral & Maxillofacial Surgery Society study group.
After completing his postgraduate training at Columbia University College of Dental Medicine/New York Presbyterian Hospital in cosmetic dentistry and oral surgery, Dr. Reff started working in private practice. In addition, he was offered a prestigious teaching position in the Columbia University College of Dental Medicine postgraduate program.
Having a keen interest in implant dentistry, Dr. Reff successfully completed a three-year intensive hands-on training program in oral implantology and earned a Fellowship in the International Congress of Oral Implantologists.
When he is not helping patients improve their smiles in Red Bank, Dr. Reff loves to go fly-fishing, hiking with his yellow Lab, and relaxing with his wife, Allison, and their two children, Mackenzie and Preston.
She is the owner of Mds Aesthetics and has combined her practice into Diamond Earth Dental. Her treatment room is set up to appeal to all of our 6 senses. Within this peaceful and rejuvenating environment , we guarantee you will experience a perfect journey. She manages the preventative health division of our practice. She is completely in synch with our office 'whole body' philosophy. She is extremely skilled at diagnosing and managing our unique care plans. As Kim spends time with you, she is not only examining your mouth and cleaning your teeth, she is also viewing your entire make up including your genetics, your past experiences both medical and dental.
Pamela manages the scheduling, billing ,insurance issues and our overall office affairs. She is a perfectionist who is extremely organized and is the main support for our patients and associates. She is intelligent , a great listener and is always open to our patients concerns and unique needs. She is a friendly and reassuring conversationalist so no worries in asking for her help in any matter.
Joanne has excellent interpersonal skill and an innate understanding of patients needs. She is a clean freak and keeps our office in tip top shape regarding OSHA compliance especially in accordance to the new Covid 19 guidelines. Her organizational skills regarding supplies , equipment and dental assisting techneics are impeccable.

My family's dental health has been under the care of Dr. Russo for over 10 years. She is selfless, extremely capable and her attentiveness goes beyond dental care. An excellent professional in her field, she makes herself accessible when needed. I have recommended friends to her practice and they all feel the same way. Her sincerity is bonafide. She is unpretentious and my children all rave about her and her office staff - Susan is wonderful and so are giselle & gabby!

Dr. Russo is one of the most caring and attentive doctors I have had the pleasure of meeting. I couldn't imagine going anywhere else after having found her! She does not rush to do unnecessary work. Was patient in helping me monitor my daughter's cavity as it healed. She is extremely thorough and is truly a holistic dentist!

I just had my first cavity filled and it was the best experience I've ever had with a dentist. The atmosphere is very spa-like. The waiting room is calm and relaxing. When you walk into the patient room, there is low lighting, candles, relaxing spa music playing, essential oil diffuser gently dispersing lavender into the room. Melanie made me feel comfortable and at home. She explained every part of the process and calmed my nerves. I didn't think I'd leave feeling so relieved and relaxed! It was quick and pain-free. I will never dread another dentist appointment as long as it's with her!

I visited her early fall 2017 to see if she can save an infected tooth (holistically). She took a couple of x-rays and said she cant. I gave her all my insurance info but kept getting calls saying that they cant contact my insurance and I had to give the info over and over again. On the day of the visit I had also given them a copy of a previous claim that they could use as an example .... Then I didn't hear from them until April 19, 2018 where they send me a statement. I was charged $250 for evaluation of a single molar! My dentist charges me $72 for complete oral exam! Thinking that they had not been able to still file a claim with my insurance, I submitted a claim myself and send her an email saying that I will not pay anything above what my insurance pays, first because of the above and beyond customary charges plus it was already past the date for my yearly FSA submission. Insurance paid $165 after about a couple of weeks, voila! Please be aware of her accounting practices!

Great dentist, really attentive to individual. She is always researching newest in dentistry and at the same time looks and the healthy and wholistic ways. She needs a clone, its hard to get an appointment sometimes but thats because she is a great dentist. Hard to find this kind of care.
