The person who answers the phone is very, very rude! Talking to other associates while on the phone with someone and handling her personal business while at work.

Hygienist is always thorough with her cleaning. Amie always takes her time and works hard not cause you discomfort or undo pain. Dr. Eady too is very pleasant and knowledgeable. He took the time to talk with me and none of the staff made me feel rushed.

I am an anxious person when it comes to dentistry. Soon as I walked into this office I immediately I felt relaxed. Just the aura, elegance, cleanness and smell of this office assured me that I was in the right place and it was a great referral from my general dentist. The entire staff are true professionals and their service was beyond what I was expecting.

The doctor and her staff are amazing and true professionals, they are so empathetic and caring. A while back I required some extraction due to impacted molars, the doctor in a very simplistic manner explained the problem and in no time my problem was all over. That same evening she personally called me to check up on me and made me feel special, Again Thank you.

Definitely the best experience I have had in a periodontal office. I was greeted by the office staff and manager Mrs. Latoya. After seeing what great reviews this office had I was at ease. I did my due diligence by reviewing my insurance prior to scheduling and the staff was very helpful with the process and it was all uphill from there. Latoya really helped me with everything that I needed, the doctor was very knowledgeable and the office was very clean.

Visiting the place has changed my life tremendously. The entire staff made feel good about myself again. They were very pleasant. Not to mention the Office Manager, Latoya the girl knows her stuff and is willing to go above and beyond to get things taken care of promptly. It's a nice clinic and is very clean. You will not regret giving them a chance.

Great experience Overall! Clean Office, very nice staff and great Dr! I needed to get some of the gum cut off my teeth and the Dr made sure to explain in detail what was being done and I felt no pain. I followed the Doc's instructions and I was good to go in lees than 2 weeks. I like these people and their Doctor.

I would give them zero stars if I could. I agree with the other reviewer. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PRACTICE. I've never seen a medical office like this one. UNBELIEVABLE. They are money scammers. They only care about getting as much money as they can from you. Watch them carefully. Be sure to verify your insurance coverage, in-network status and copayments. They will lie to you and try to make you believe they didn't say what you know they said and did. STAY AWAY. YOU ARE WARNED.

I had an amazing experience at Progressive Periodontics today. This was my very first visit and I can say I was extremely impressed. I was greeted by LaToya the office manager who was very pleasant and professional. The waiting area was quiet, clean and smelled nice. I was seen promptly by the hygienist Lola. Lola was very nice and also professional. She walked me through what to expect on my first visit. I was seen by Dr Eady who by far was one of the best dentist I had experienced in my life. He was knowledgeable, friendly and also made sure I was at ease because I was a bit nervous about pain. It was truly a pleasure. I have found my forever dental office!
