We are considered an in network provider for Delta Dental Premier. We do submit claims to other dental insurance carriers; however, it is the responsibility of the patient to contact the applicable insurance carrier to inquire about their policy-specific out of network benefit, if any. We do not accept or submit claims for any form of Medicaid.

I have been going to Dr. Russell for 45 years. I trust him 100% with any care of my mouth. He is honest and a perfectionist. The BEST dentist ever!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Russell for at least 35 years and can't say enough about the professionalism of all the members of his team. Everyone is open and caring, the equipment is current state of art and rarely do I ever sit in the waiting room for more than a couple minutes. They are good people.

As usual or is it is a positive and a great experience. Joe is not only a very skilled dentist but he is gentle and very honest what he does all his stuff reflect his personality with a great environment. I drive 40 miles every time I go to see him just because he is a replaceable

Most people would say going to the dentist is one of the worst necessities. Going to see Dr. Russell is a pleasure!! I sing his praises all the time!!!! I even drive from Pittsburgh, where I live, just to see him!

I messed up thinking my appt was at 330 when really it was at 3pm. Hygienist ready to walk out door, headed home but stopped, put her scrubs back on and clean my teeth anyway. Though a few faces have changed over 30 years, this office is like family. Dr. Russell is out of network to my insurance, so I pay more, but his expertise, jovial personality, and patience is worth every cent.

Dr Russell has a skilled, professional staff. Doreen is a very good hygienist and she always does a thorough job on my teeth. Megan is a real credit to the business. I am nearly 70 years old and my gums and teeth are in good shape thanks to the care of Dr Russell.
