Dr. Kelly and staff were very friendly and did an amazing job with my dental-anxious teenager on his 1st and 2nd visits. I will be referring others to this practice, as well as returning with my other children and myself! I highly recommend this exceptional little office family.

I really like this dentist the first time I had gone to them it was an emergency case and so was this time they are all very nice and help out every way they can they also have always been able to get me in very quickly

Awesome staff, great atmosphere. No scary dentist; knowledgeable, straightforward & caring dentist and staff. The hygienist was amazing, super helpful and knows what she's talking about. Wonderful experience, even though my teeth aren't doing their best. I'm happy to be going through the work that my teeth desperately need with Dr. Kelly and the great staff at Rushmore Dental!

When my own dentist was unable to get me in, Rushmore Dental got me in quickly within hours of my first contact with them. Provided me with some relief for a severe toothache until I could see a specialist. Staff and doctor were kind and concerned with my well-being.

Poor patient service. Had a cavity repaired and a crown placed on the tooth. Shortly after,, the crown fell off. Returned to have them put it back on. Less than 2 years later, went to another dentist for a cleaning. Their X-rays showed decay under that crown. Called Rushmore to see if they could help with it, as it will require a new crown at a cost of over $1200 to me. I was told by Tim Kelly's staff that they wouldn't help because new decay under a crown in that short period of time is very common. Have been told by two other dental offices that , that is not true. Customer service is not high on the list at Rushmore Dental. Update. Had cleanings and exams done every 6 months! The result is the same.
