Just the phone call alone the lady was very rude and unprofessional. Definitely would not even consider going into the office after how rude that woman was on the phone.

Love this place couldn't have chose a better place to get my ortho work done; they're friendly, answer all my questions, high quality work and even gave my husband a special discount for his retainers because I get my work done there. They go over and beyond and by Christmas I plan to have a beautiful smile :)

I have 4 of my 6 children that go to Dr Rummel each needing different treatment. 3 are in braces. There's always friendly smiles that greet you and my children are enjoying their new smiles and straight teeth. Staff. Baby girl will be the last of my children to see them for her treatment. I highly recommend Dr Rummel and staff.
