My husband and his family have used Ruland Family Dentistry for 20+ years. They had always been very flexible with our schedule, but when it came time to getting a mouth guard, we had an awful experience. It is common practice to check with the insurance company before even having a consultation (or have this part of the consultation process). However, they did not do this. They automatically fitted my husband for his mouth guard and made it. It wasn't until after that occurred that they contacted our insurance company to find out it was not covered at all. They gave us a small discount, but they still charged us an arm and a leg for a mouth guard we would never have ordered had we known it was not covered. I cannot tell you how disappointing this experience has been, and my husband will not be returning to this dentist.

Best dentist in the area, hands down. I've been to many dentists over the years and this one is by far the best. I see Dr. John, he's great. What won me over, is that I believe they warm the Novocaine up before they inject it and it makes it so much less painful!!! How caring! They're personable and they truly care. It's a local, down to earth, practice with an EXCELLENT staff. I always enjoy my visits!

Best dentist in the area, hands down. I've been to many dentists over the years and this one is by far the best. I see Dr. John, he's great.
