Dr Rujvi Bhatt is an extremely caring , gentle and a thorough dentist. I was able to talk to her directly during an urgent tooth pain situation. She guided through the entire process till she placed crowns. She is extremely gentle with anesthesia and the general dental work. She will check with you during and after the treatment. Lastly she will let you know about the care you need to take now ( eg Small fillings ) proactively before the issues become bigger. Overall an excellent experience and highly recommend! Thanks

Dr Bhatt, Angelina and Rosa are a great team. Had some wisdom teeth issues and Dr Bhatt recommended extraction, which is what I was also looking for. The procedure was painless and Dr Bhatt and Angelina gave great attention to everything. I was surprised when the next day Dr Bhatt followed up over phone about how I was doing! Rosa at the front desk is absolutely amazing at her job and explains the procedures, scheduling and expectations very clearly! I was also worried about the sutures post-operation and both Rosa and Dr Bhatt were kind enough to promptly reach out to me even when I called them after the usual business hours. I was searching for a dental clinic I can trust. I think I've found one for me.

I have to say that Dr. Bhatt is an amazing dentist! I have had 2 appointments there, one deep cleaning and one cavity filling. In both visits, she explained everything and made sure nothing was making us uncomfortable. Even the cavity filling didn't hurt much and she let me take as many breaks as I needed. Dr. Bhatt and her staff also have a way of making you laugh and dissolving all your fear. Her building is very clean and welcoming. She is so devoted to her patients well being that there is a monitor with speakers playing relaxing music! After the deep cleaning Dr. Bhatt even gave me a bag of oral hygiene supplies! Overall, I think Dr. Bhatt is an amazing dentist who will fix all of your oral problems comfortably.

My visit was even better than I thought it would. The teeth cleaning was done courteously and efficiently. The dentist was able to find the sneaky little piece of something that was bothering my gum and removed it very quickly. The office staff is always lovely. Also I had an issue in two teeth, one of which was requiring filling and another one was needing a crown. The dentist took care of filling in the same appointment and scheduling me for crown in next appointment. The doctors are very skilled and efficient. The doctor even called me after my treatment for follow ups. I would highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist in Santa Clara.

I have been going to Dr. Rujvi Bhatt for several years now, but just getting around to posting a review. I've been very pleased with the quality of work, hospitality, and cleanliness of this office. They are very friendly, down to earth, and professional. While at clinic she found cavity in my teeth. To further look into the detail, Dr. Bhatt took some photos using high resolution camera. In the same visit, along with my teeth cleaning, Dr. Bhatt fixed my cavity too. Dr. Bhatt is also my daughter's dentist too(toddler). She is very cheerful and patience with my daughter. My daughter loves to goody bag she gets when she visits her :)

They claim they "accept" our insurance but they still set their own prices. E.g. to get a referral for my 2 year old, to see a pediatric dentist, they charge $20. Our insurance says there is a code for this but our co-pay is only $5. When we asked them about this, they said yeah we know that code but we can't use it sorry. So they insurance says they can't charge more and they say we can't charge less. Then don't say you are in the insurance network if you're not going to follow their rules. (Reply) There's no misunderstanding. You were quite clear to my wife that you know the code but you still do not use it.

I always have a great experience at this office. The office is very soothing and well organized. Dr Bhatt is gentle, patient, and always communicates well about what needs to be done with me. Also she has a great sense of humor. She always welcomes patients. My teeth were very senstive recently, and I was having hard time drinking cold water. She explained me the reason in detail. Her assistant took quick x-rays of my teeth. After having teeth cleaned, my teeth sensitivity issue resolved. The staff was also friendly and explained me about the same in detail. I would certainly recommend this office to anyone looking for a new dentist.

Dr. Bhatt and her team continue to astound me with the quality of their work. The rapport between the staff is laudable, and they communicate clearly with each other and with their patients. Dr. Bhatt is exceedingly professional, listens attentively to concerns, and provides meaningful advice about how to improve or address dental problems. I've even started flossing more regularly because of Angelina's advice! Something I thought would never happen. Additionally, Rosa, the front desk person, is unbelievably polite, accommodating, and patient. She takes the time to clearly explain costs, and is willing to go the extra mile to get you an appointment time if you have an urgent need. I cannot recommend this dentist office enough.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND !!! Dr. Bhatt is a very skilled and genuine personality and has a diligent team in the clinic. Everyone in the clinic was very polite and made me feel comfortable throughout! Dr. Bhatt precisely examined my tooth and made sure I understand what exactly my case was. She suggested multiple options along with the appropriate treatment for me. The treatment went very smooth. Happy with the results! Also would like to mention that compared to other dental clinics in the area, they have the lowest costs for treatments without insurance!

Dr Bhatt is a competent dentist, and I have had good experience in my last 2 visits. I became Dr Bhatt's patient in 2020 after she acquired the practice from Dr Thomas Puzin. I was Dr Puzin's patient for more than a decade, and followed his recommendation to use Dr Bhatt's services when he retired. My wife also became Dr Bhatt's patient after my experience. We both have good things to say about Dr Bhatt's competency and care for her patients. On the other hand, the front office experience is awful. Recently, I received a call to confirm an appointment set thru auto scheduler after my last visit. The front office lady informed me that I had not confirmed. She also said that they rely on SMS for appointments and confirmations, and can't follow up with patients over phone. All fair points. I told her I didn't receive their messages - perhaps because they were sent from an unknown number and may have been filtered as spam. As I was going thru calendar and assessing if I could make the appointment, the lady started lecturing that I need to own up responsibilities and that I have not been accountable for my actions. Her tone was accusatory and she didn't want to listen to anything I had to say. Hearing her out, I asked to cancel the appointment and the lady won't stop even then. I finally thanked her and hung up. This experience reminded me of my post-visit conversation with the front office in Dec 2020 when the lady didn't want to hear what I was saying. At that time, I overlooked it thinking she was having a bad day, but again and over a trivial issue? Last 14 months have been tough, especially on healthcare professionals, and I sympathize with them. But there's no reason to not give benefit of doubt to others. There's no reason to be unprofessional and disrespectful to your patients. After this experience, we are unsure if we want to see this practice again - its front office experience is unacceptable.

Did my 20 week invisalign treatment here and everything went perfect, I would recommend this place for anyone trying to do invisalign. Dr Rujvi is very sweet and always calls to check up on you, she makes her patients feel like family.

I came to this dental care recently after needing to find a dentist office more conveniently located to me and this place is 5/5. I was seen by Dr. Rujvi - she is amazing. A routine cleaning and exam turned into a discovery of a cracked tooth that had so far gone undetected and was shortly going to start causing me a lot of pain. Having to come back to get it fixed would normally be something I'd dread but here I felt totally taken care of and in very capable hands. Dr. Rujvi made the process feel very normal, easy and routine and I was comfortable throughout - she actually made it so that I didn't even feel a thing. The office is sparkly clean and well designed. I also felt like my initial appointment for the regular teeth cleaning was extremely quick, easy and painless - usually I get uncomfortable with cleanings but not this one. The dental assistant is friendly and kind - yet she somehow find a way to balance that with not making you talk too much when your mouth is open :) Highly recommend anyone looking for a dentist in Santa Clara.

Dr. Rujvi Bhatt is very gentle and caring doctor. I went to her for tooth cavity, which was giving me a pain for a while. She took care of the same with the utmost care. She spent a good amount of time providing me a treatment and filling out my cavity. Her staff is also humble and caring. Dr. Rujvi Bhatt was readily available over the phone to explain me about my treatment plan. They sent me appointment reminder and scheduled me up quickly. The office is neat and clean, and soothing. I would highly recommend this office to anyone looking for a dentist.

Went there for dental cleaning, trying to push a deep clean for me, and finally agreed to do dental cleaning, took 5 minutes for the dental clean, I thought that is the standard for American dental cleaning service, but my friend told me otherwise. Since it wasted my dental cleaning insurance and copay for 6 months, I am leaving an honest review.

This is a GREAT dentistry! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!! Dr. Rujvi Bhatt is highly skilled dentist. I was having a teeth pain and sensitivity for last several weeks. So I decided to visit a dentist. She diagnosed my teeth sensitivity. I have never been to dentist for last several years. So I knew that my teeth had lots of tarter and will require a deep cleaning. She spent about 2 hours treating my teeth. She went above and beyond to diagnose and treating my teeth sensitivity. She is a hard working dentist. Since I am overweight and my body shoulders are very wide, both the doctor and her assistant almost stood two hours while working on me. I am really thankful to both of them. I have to say Dr. Bhatt is very responsible, highly skilled, has great techniques, and really cares about your dental health. She followed up the next day of my visit to check my sensitivity was gone. She answered all my concerns with great patience!!!

Dr. Rujvi Bhatt is an excellent dentist. She cleaned my teeth thoroughly. I was afraid to get my teeth cleaned. But she made my experience very pleasant and smooth. She spent 1 hour for the entire process, and the entire process was painless for me. Thank you very much Dr. Rujvi Bhatt.
