Sat for 3 hours just for them to say I needed a crown which I knew and told them beforehand and have to wait another month for an appointment never going back

I've been a patient at Rucker dentistry for over 30 years. Always A Great Experience. Helpful and Accommodating every visit. Good Quality Care. Trish is warm and engaging, and she keeps the patient informed of what she is doing and why. It's not often that you'll hear someone say that they look forward to visiting their dentist, but it's definitely true in my case.

Wonderful First impression. We have just moved to Lancaster this year, and Rucker Dentistry was neat, clean, time considerate and very affordable compared to other dentists. Great work done, and all the staff are wonderful. Definitely would recommend.

I had to wait over hour before I was service. It took 30 to get the cleaning done after I refused the Xray and Exam. Which was what I really want to have done.
