Just a wonderful doctor and office staff. Dr. BATRA is compassionate and will listen to your dental concerns. I'm so thankful I finally found a dentist that will listen and maintain my perfect smile. Thank You so much Dr. Batra I feel so much relief after our visit. Highly recommended. I already booked my 6 month cleaning with this office.

horrible place, i would not recommend to nobody, i had some dental work a few months ago--a crown-. doctor sees patients and does not explain about the procedure, my crown fell off not long ago, i just went to a REAL DENTIST and my dentist now, was shocked at the work they did on me!!!! please try not go to this place!!!!!!!!1

I wish they had option of giving 0 star. They took 2 days just to book the appointment and on the day of appointment the doctor never showed up. I am very disappointed and I don't really have any other option then going to this doctor since its provided from my insurance. I would not suggest anyone to pick this doctor.

Simply awful...chaotic, unprofessional and, well, suffice to say my husband and I would leave feeling manic from the level of craziness going on there. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

I do not know where to begin about this office. It I's the type if office where your your are a person and not just a numer or fdoller sign in their eyes. I have only been going to them a short whIle but in that time the women have gone above and beyond . With my insurance I have to pick a primary dentist(hmo) type. I called their office not assigned to them with and emergent station. They helped me get my insurance switched oven and saw me for my my problem the saw me that very da . I believe their names are heather and deanna. They never stopped running around (multitasking ) to keep all the patients comfortable and happy as can be esp being on a dentist office of all places. Back to my actual appointment; my x-rays were taken and the doctor and assistant came in for my exam and explained to me what was going on and answered all questions I had and even gave me the emergency number I'd I needed to contact them after hours . I would recommend this office to anyone that wants amazing care and make you feel like you were a relative of theirs . *reading some of these reviews I honestly dont know what office they went to bit it can't be the same one I did!!

My mom was a patient here and she had nothing but bad things to say just like most of all the other reviews on here. My mom went 30 minutes early for her appointment and was made to wait for 2 hours before she was taken in. Once she got in, the instruments weren't ready. There was no cleaning of the teeth completed, even though there was supposed to. Dr. Batra was only worried about making money and sent my mom to the billing department to see how much the treatment would cost while completely skipping the cleaning the appointment was intended for. When she asked the dentist a question, she was ignored and her staff answered for her. My mom also had to find the water button to rinse her mouth by herself without any assistance from the dentist or staff. If there was an option to give zero stars, we would. Be aware and choose a different dentist.

The assistants at this office are amazing they always take the time to re explain anything I didn't understand or want clarification of heather is one of the best always sweet and friendly. She is great about calming patients who are anxious about procedures and takes the time to help calm me down by explaining exactly what the Dr will do and what my options are based on my treatment plan. I wouldn't trust anyone else and that's coming from someone who has needed major work on their teeth due to a disease. They have saved a couple teeth for me that didn't think were possible to save. If it was not for Heather I probably would not have been able to go through with the treatment plan due to my anxiety about dentists. Never smelled cigarettes on anyone so not sure why people are saying that and while the staff are busy they are not disheveled they are multitasking so everyone gets what they need!

After speaking to Dr. Batra and addressing concerns, I can tell she cares about her patients and takes her profession seriously. I look forward to receiving her care.

I wish I could give them a negative star but unfortunately that's not an option. This place is the most disgusting, unprofessional so called "dental office" I've ever experienced. Disheveled staff, office appears to be in a never ending renovation status and make shift seating in the narrow hallways. The office assistants reek of cigarette smoke, appear unclean to be working in an environment that's suppose to be sterile. No doctors (Dr.Batra or Dr.williams) were on the premises even though they told me i would be seen by one, meanwhile office assistants were attempting to diagnose me. This office is in total shambles, if you go for a cleaning you'll be leaving with your shirt drenched in water and sore gums. I am SHOCKED this place is allowed to operate the way they are. For all of these reasons I will not be going here any longer and suggest you do the same.

I went through some dental issues recently. My current dentist did not return my calls..In spite of the lock down, Dr. Batra was kind enough to help me and counseled me over the phone as a new patient. I am feeling much better now and I appreciate her guidance to get me out of the pain. Me and my family will be switching over to Dr. Batra's office. Glad we found a new family dentist.

Did not have a pleasant experience at all. My kids always complained that Dr. Batra was very rough with the cleaning. Always seemed like she did not want to be there and felt rushed. The practice manager was helpful but there was always an issue with reaching anyone to talk to. Also they cancelled appointments or wanted to change constantly without any notice. Will be changing dentists for that reason.
