Michael and I have been part of this Dental practice since the previous Owner. So we were not sure what to expect with the transition to a new Owner (Dr. Ruby Chhina) and her team. I called a few months back to see if we could both get our semi-annual teeth cleaning and general teeth examination. I ended up speaking with Dr. Ruby who was ABSOLUTELY charming and very informative about her practice and her approach to treatment. Subsequently, I spoke to her office staff (a delightful lady by the name of Rachel Contreras) who went over all the hygiene protocols (very practical - very simple - very intelligent - very sensible measures that Dr. Ruby has instituted). Rachel also walked us through the excellent options & programs they have for two cleanings/exams per year at a very reasonable one single fee. It seemed very honest and very clear. We took it immediately. Then an emergency occurred and this is where we saw Dr. Ruby and her team in LIVE action!! Michael had a back tooth that literally split off at lunch one day and we were very worried and called Dr. Ruby's office. Instead of being bureaucratic, their office immediately scheduled a visit and fit Michael into their busy schedule. This was a great gesture of care and concern. We felt like family. After two visits, the tooth was reconstituted and a plan of monitoring was put into place by Dr. Ruby. Michael said Dr. Ruby was the BEST dentist he'd known in decades and we've been around the world in 6 continents for our work!! He said she and her Assistant Emely Cruz worked seamlessly during the tooth repair work and talked to him and to each other all during his treatment so he felt totally relaxed!! They were not "robots" like many dental folks we met around the world...they truly ENJOYED their work and were GREAT at it. Dr. Ruby would come out and explain to both of us the diagnoses and the treatment plan. She knew I was concerned and worried for Michael. She was not "pushy" and trying to gouge us with fake or unnecessary treatments. The fees requested were totally honest and decent and I gladly pay them and am thankful for Ruby Dental Group's "integrity". This is VERY rare in our world today. Next month we both go for our first of the 2x annual cleaning!! I will keep Google readers informed of our next set of experiences with Ruby Dental Group. I am sure they will be wonderful. We are so thankful for Dr. Ruby and her team. We hope they stay in our area for the next 100 years!!

Dr. Ruby is awesome! she really takes the time to talk to you about your dental health and her practice is kid friendly -I can't believe how much I enjoy going to the dentist now that shes my dentist! -highly recommended!

Ruby Dental group has been the first office I've felt confident and safe visiting since the pandemic . They have protective barriers in each of their rooms along with purifiers . The staff always take the extra measures to make sure you feel safe and comfortable . Dr. Ruby is the most patient and kind dentist she has worked on me and my sister , and a few of my old coworkers . I definitely recommend this office to all my friends and families !

It was absolutely wonderful! I've been very scared with Covid considering I live with high-risk people and they made me feel very safe even when I needed to have my mask off! On top of that they all helped me feel a lot less anxious about the dentist. Absolutely wonderful and 100% looking forward to going back!

I'm very hard to please honestly, but my visit with Ruby Dental Group was quite refreshing! The staff is top notch starting with the receptionist, hygienist and then of course Ruby!! It's just such a friendly and welcoming environment when you walk through the door, the office is clean and the staff very professional. Ruby took her time to talk to me about her concerns and what she thought I should or could do better. Most dentist that I've dealt with in the past seemed impersonable and just trying to make more money by suggesting things that didn't necessarily need to be done. Ruby focuses on preventative measures which I find so informative. I'm truly looking forward to my 6th month routine cleaning! I truly had a great experience with visit with Ruby Dental Group and since my visit, made appointments immediately for my 2 sons' whom had the same experience as I had. Put it like this, after one visit, my youngest son went and bought a electrical toothbrush and started flossing and brushing his teeth twice a day.
